Pastor Mike and team couldn't be more helpful and responsive. Have been using the PetStop for 12+ years and have bought batteries, collars, etc. as well as worked with Mike on basic repairs as well. The "invisible" fence provides safe space for our fur babies and peace of mind for the family. Professional installation and excellent customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend this company they not only install the in ground fence they work with all of my dogs on the day they install it but they come out 3 more days and work with the dogs and myself. They guarantee that this fence will work and it does. I have a couple of dogs that I thought would go through it but they know where to stop before it shocks them.

The service was quick prompt and very professional. Every single phone call was answered after the initial training to answer all our questions and training tips.

We are happy to report that our dog knows her boundaries so well now and enjoys playing in our yard. They even dropped off signs to place in our yard that lets others know the dog is secure with an invisible fence. Great customer service.

My spouse and I adopted a dog and we have a Big backyard but we are having some issues training and we took a chance on this company to install an electric fence that connects to her collar. the collar also connects to our phone as a clicker remote if we go visit relatives. In less then a month our dog is so well trained. It has helped us soo much! I highly recommend this company. Jason Hall and Pet Stop of North Georgia - AMAZING! Jason installed an invisible fence for my aussiedoodle and his professionalism, knowledge of dogs and dog training was invaluable. I believe our salesman and installer was Jason. We had 2 new West Highland White Terrier puppy's without a fenced in yard. Just before he arrived we had a downpour. We suggested he come back when the weather was better and he said the puppies needed their fence and he would install it in the rain. I'm still amazed at how professional he was regarding our installation.

I have called them to order new batteries, new collars, even when the power knocked out the system, which they walked me through the system until I was able to restore the power they have always been friendly, appreciative of our business. I had Pet Stop install an electric fence around my yard when my new puppy was young. It took me awhile to feel comfortable training her. But I did and she is now about 19 months old. I can say it's the best thing I could have done. She watches people and dogs walk by on the sidewalk, which she loves, but never chases after them or barks at them. She is able to safely spend time outdoors without me worrying that she will wander off or run into the street. I especially appreciate the support offered by Pet Stop when I wanted to check to see if her collar was still reliable. Highly recommend this company.

Mike (owner) and Jason (installer) were both amazing. Mike took the time to walk us through each and everystep we would go through in the process. Jason was polite, friendly and on time for the install, he even finished early. He kept us updated as he made the progress through the yard and answered all our questions. He helped us do the initial training with our dogs and was great at it. He even took the time to blow off our entire drive way and front walk up. I would highly recommend pet stop to anyone who needs an electric fence for their pets.
