I recently boarded my chihuahua at Holly's for 11 days. I will definitely take her back when the need arises. I was extremely pleased with the love, care, and concern provided to Zoey during her stay. Christie kept me informed of how Zoey was doing and even sent me a picture. All the staff I met were very helpful from the first time I toured the facility and throughout Zoey's stay. Thank you all so much for giving me peace of mind while I was away!

I can't really give an experienced review. I did visit this facility in hopes of getting a complete tour, and hopefully boarding our dogs here. From the outside -- what I could see -- the facility looks nice and the staff member was very friendly. But the "tour" ended right inside the kennel door, and then the outside "tour" consisted of standing at one end of the grass and being told, "I have nothing to hide.
We just can't walk on the grass here because the truck was here yesterday to pump the sewer." Whaaattt?! That aside, the dogs never get to play with other dogs while staying here. I want my dogs to be socialized and have fun with other dogs. So we will probably not be taking our dogs here.

My dog had such a wonderful time here. The facility has the perfect accommodations for a relaxing stay for my dog. He has to take medication twice a day and the staff made sure that he took it. They even made a special chicken and rice meal for him to take his meds. They didn't mind me calling each day to check on my fur baby. I will definitely be using them in the future!

This is the best facility I have seen to board dogs. The dogs can go outside and play or hang out inside. They aren't stuck in crates all day like I feel so boarding places may do. The facility is out on many many acres of land and a good ways from the road. They think of everything to keep the animals happy all the way down to soothing nature music playing.

Our dog loves Holly's Bed and Biscuit Inn! She gets so excited when we arrive. The staff is always super helpful. We love that they take time to interact with her. We can always count on them to give her the medicine that she sometimes needs as well. So thankful there is a clean, safe, fun place to leave Jade and have no worries when we are out of town.

We always board our dogs with Hollys! They are always tired from the play time when we pick them up - so I know they have fun. And you can go by and see all the pups playing in the outdoor run/play space! Everyone seems to be having a great time whenever we are there. and the staff is super attentive. ALSO love their groomers! The dogs always look great when they come home!

I left my Yorkie with Holly's Bed & Biscuit Inn for 10 days. I left her food and treats so that she would have what she has at home. When I picked her up she had lost weight and her treats were not opened. She is a very small Yorkie and she really cannot lose weight. I gave her a treat on the way home and she gobbled it up. I also had her groomed while I was there.
Basically she got a hack job and her toe nails were so rough she scratched me to pieces. But, they did not hesitate to ask for a tip for the groomer. I have never had a groomer ask for a tip although I always tip. I would not recommend this place.for the price I paid she should have been treated like a princess.

Holly's has been great with our dogs. They both are exhausted when they come back but so happy. We had a kennel we lived before we moved and we're nervous to take them to a new one. Holly's has made us not nervous anymore! They offer nature walks and extra play time- so take advantage of that! They always come back smelling nice even though we might not have got them groomed that time. I trust holly's to keep my dogs safe and taken care off!

While spacious and clean, I picked my dogs up after being away for 10 days and they were saturated in urine. This wasn't a one time recent accident. My poor dogs were covered with both dry and wet urine and their beds were saturated too! No one bothered taking away the saturated beds or rinsing them off. They obviously weren't let out enough or paid much attention to. I'm looking elsewhere next time!
