They are absolutely the best. Our girl had tumor surgery and 4 teeth pulled. The entire staff were professional, kind, caring, sweet, wonderful and a real blessing. Their costs are reasonable and they do not try to gouge you. They will forever be the only ones who care for our pets.

Thank you Chino Valley Animal Hospital for always being so attentive with our boy Wrigley! out of all the places in the Valley we chose to stay with a vet we are familiar with and drove all the way to Chino Valley for our dog to get his shots up to date, teeth cleaned and get a cyst removed. Thank you Rebeca for always being prompt and willing to squeeze us in to have our boy seen as soon as possible!

We made the difficult decision to euthanize our 12 year old lab. He had cancer and his front leg was so swollen that he couldn't walk on it anymore. We made an appointment and when we got there I went in and let them know we were there. They had us come in and we were standing at the front paying for everything. One of their employees, an obnoxious lady with pink hair, walked by and said "Oh Ouch Jeez" and gave us a dirty look.

This was a hard enough decision to make without the immature and unprofessional comments from her. We proceeded to check in and pay for everything and instead of taking us to a room they made us wait in the lobby around all the other dogs and clients. Why they didn't have us wait outside if they weren't ready is beyond me. When they finally took us back to the room it was horrible.

The technician was dry and uncaring and when she left the room and we were waiting we could hear the back staff talking/laughing and asking if "the dog was dead yet." The entire experience was horrible and made it so much harder on us. Coming from someone who has worked in a veterinary office before this is not how it should have been. We deserved better care and so did Jake.

Have been a customer since 2005. Back then they were still in the little red building. The service was superb. Unfortunately they have grown so quickly that just getting a timely appointment is difficult. wait times can take an hour or more. All our dogs started going there as puppies. One was in a end of life situation.( 16 years old) and needed immediate care. Was told doctor was triple booked and I should call another vet. We spent thousands of dollars over the years. Apparently she was no longer profitable. Don't count on your long time patronage meaning much.

Chino Valley Animal Hospital has always been so helpful in treatment of my animals and even in just answering questions. The facility is always very clean and the staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Their pricing is so much better than most places, it's like they care more about the animals than getting to millionaires, they keep it affordable to get your animal treated. Taken our little Dixie Dachshund there several times. The staff is very compassionate and professional. Prices are reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Critical: Reliability Don't know what is going on there but nothing like it use to be. Made an appointment which was 2 weeks out then get a call the day before canceling the appointment because of an illness then can't see the veterinarian I had scheduled with for another week. I am done with them after 20 plus years.

We are new to the area and needed a vet for all our pets. From the first appointment we were welcomed with total professionalism! The doctors are thorough, the staff are animal lovers and the cost for care is reasonable. We are definitely part of the Chino Valley Animal Hospital family now!

Experience was always great as usual. No complaints. You all go out of your way to help everyone, even though you are shorthanded. You are the best.

You guys wouldn't take my dog in when he was dying. The lack of care to even help keep him alive or put him out of his misery hurts our family tremendously. Your front desk staff told us to go to Prescott valley vet clinic knowing that my dog wouldn't even make it. Living in paulden and as far away as vet clinics are in Prescott or Prescott valley our pets wouldn't even make it.

He was hit by an idiotic human being that lead him to his death. He was our friend greatly missed and only a pup still. Vet clinics like you need people who actually care about animals. We are extremely torn up about this as our dog died in pain, suffering and hurting to wobble to his daddies lap to die while trying to get him to an emergency vet clinic in Prescott valley because you guys turned him away! Fix this issue in your company!

My beautiful baby was diagnosed with PCE and it was very progressive. They did everything in their power without costing me an arm and a leg, to save him, but his quality of life just wouldn't be the same. They were thoughtful, , caring and very helpful with his last moments. I couldn't have asked for a better experience for one of the most horrible days of my life.

They weren't very expensive and were honest with their care plan. I drive WAY out of my way because of how kind they are. (I live across the street from another vet that I won't bother mentioning). Thank you to the entire staff. I am eternally grateful.

I've had the most refreshing experience at Chino Valley Animal Hospital. The receptionists at the front desk are knowledgeable and friendly. Once I sat down to wait, I only had to wait less than 5 minutes to be called in to see the vet. The vet was thorough in his exam and professional. I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a vet for their pets.

I recommend this vet to literally everyone I know in the area. I have never had a bad experience with them and I think they are absolutely rockstars. They saved one of my dogs from parvo then helped us through the process of getting all her vet bills payed for by the vaccine company. Then saved my other dogs life without charge over the phone instructing me what to do. I am truly grateful for everything they do and I will always use them.

This is by far the most caring, professional and least expensive vet in the area. We had just moved here and wanted to get our girl fixed so started our journey to find a vet. We met with a couple vets and we're absolutely shocked on how much it was to spay our dog. I have 6 dogs all spayed/neutered and never paid more them $150 ever. We were getting estimates from $500-$800! Anyways decided to keep looking and later that week we went to have dinner and met this really nice couple next to us and they were telling us how they had to just put their dog down and how caring the vet was so we asked them what vet they used and that's when they told us about Chino Valley Animal Hospital.

We called to get an estimate on spaying our girl and it was less then $200. We loved how caring they were toward her and us! So now we make the drive (30 min) to Chino for all our pets. I highly recommend them and really hope they keep up the good work and good prices!
