Our clinic was founded over 80 years ago and excels in the science of veterinary medicine and delivers compassionate, quality veterinary care. We are a full-service animal hospital, our mission is to provide the highest standard of veterinary care for pets. We offer comprehensive medical, surgical, dental and wellness services for your pet as well as behavior consultations, boarding and professional grooming. We are equipped with an in house diagnostic laboratory, digital x-ray, and pharmacy. We offer laser surgery as well as ultrasound on premises.

If anyone asked me to describe who we are at Jarrettsville Vet I would answer that we are a little bit of "old-fashioned full-service veterinary medicine, " and, a little bit cutting edge disruptive radical animal welfare driven "compassion comes first" soul. We often are called upon to try to get impossible things done.

She grew up in a small town on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, and became fascinated with animals at a very young age. She graduated from Towson University with a degree in functional biology of animals, and received her veterinary degree from Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine with a concentration in small animal medicine.

We have the best doctors and staff and we share a deep commitment to providing a kind, compassionate hospital, centered around caring for your companions. We will work with you to help you find an affordable, beneficial treatment plan while remaining honest, accessible, and transparent. We are open 7 days a week, 8 am - 8 pm Monday through Thursday, 8 am - 6 pm Friday, 8 am - 2 pm Sat, and 1 pm - 3 pm on Sundays (walk-in fee applies). Every client can reach us via phone, email, or Facebook private messenger.

Dr Magnifico is an awesome veterinarian who truly puts the animal first. They have a program to set up a savings acct for your animal for when you are short on money, you can just pull the payment from the account. Great place that will help you as much as they can with financial issues within reason.

I called this practice on a Saturday morning scared to death my dog was going to cross the rainbow bridge. I haven't used their services in about 14 years. They fit my dog in two hours later! I am on a very limited income and explained that to them. They worked with me and never went over the amount! Dr. Morgan was fantastic! She checked on my sweet Dolly everyday to get updates.
She advised me to try really strong antibiotics and see if that worked before spending a lot of money on X-ray and other expenses. Needless to say my sweet dog pulled out of it and is doing well for a fifteen year old Jack Russell! She is back to her old self! My greatest thanks and appreciation goes out to Dr. Morgan and the whole staff at Jarrettsville Vet! I can never thank you enough!

Dr. Magnifico is an Angel. Our family cat had been having problems and was having difficulty breathing. My wife called our local Vet and they couldn't see Dillon. They also were not very sympathetic. We called Jarrettsville Vet and they said that we could bring Dillon in after Dr. Mag finished Surgery. As soon as we entered the office. The staff was fantastic.
They immediately put my wife and teenage son at ease. Once in the treatment room, Dr. Mag gave us all of our options. As a family, we made the decision to alleviate 15 year old Dillon's suffering. The amount of compassion and care through Dillon's passing displayed by Dr. Mag and Brittany was commendable. Thank you Jarrettsville Vet.
