They squeezed me in after I told them my kitty was having seizures even though they were booked and have a waiting list and were sooo tender-hearted and compassionate when updating me on her status and during the transition into her afterlife. I'm very happy I found them at this time!

This experience was the Best ever for our Ellie May. She really liked the vet tech and the Dr. That's a win win in our book. The whole staff were very friendly. So grateful we were able to get in at this clinic after being turned away from so many during our search. It's nice to have found a great place that will care for both of our dogs.

My visit was fabulous. My cat got into a fight & had a big abscess on his neck. My regular vet couldn't see him for over a week so I looked for someone who could see him sooner. I called Valley Animal Hospital about 9:30 & had an 11:00 appointment that day. Everyone was so nice & I was so glad I could see the Dr. so quickly. All is well with my cat & I'm changing to this Vet for my cat & dog as well.

They were very nice when I had to put my dog down they were very helpful I'm making that decision cuz there's going to be what way too much for the surgeries we got hit by a car I just want to thank them. Thank you very much

My dog Lilly got really sick alittel 3 years ago. I just randomly decided to see if they could look at my dog. I had no money to my name but they decided to be gracious enough to treat my dog and i set up a payment plan with them. The vet subscribed strong antibiotics that i need to give lilly faithful 3 times a day for 12 days. They saved my dog which i am beyond greatful for.

I just wish that i could of taken my dog back here recently when she got sick again because i strongly believe that my dog would of been still alive today but she died about 3 days ago. I try being my dog here and i had plenty of money to pay for her to be look at and ect. but I was told that they wouldnt look at my dog because there was no record of my dog being there before cause it been over 3 years i guess and also i was told that you guys arent taking new clients so we you couldnt help me which was very unfortunate but i understand. This is a fantastic Vet. They are very friendly and caring people. In my opinion they are one of the best vets in Grants Pass hands down!

I really like the staff and the doctors. They very nice, thorough and good with my dog. They are great at answering any questions we have and explain the procedure that needs to be done. They are great!

I love this place! They have been taking care of both my fur babies for 10 years and when my mom had to take her 20 year old cat to be put asleep they were so kind and did this adorable heart shaped box for her ashes! I would recommend to anyone!

Since my dog was established as a patient I have always been able to get appointments within reasonable time. I have been able to call and get emergency appointments within 24 hours both times we have concerns. Through the pandemic they have been flexible, reliable, reassuring and helpful. They always make an effort to call and check in a few days after appointments to see that everything is going well.

Thank you for caring for our Luna as if she were family and not just a dog because that's exactly what she means to us Thank you for also teaching us how to keep ALL our babies happy and healthy

I have been going to Vally animal hospital for about 8 years now and have always got TOP NOTCH SERVICE. the people are really willing to help you get hi grade service. The prices could be a bit lower but that is the only concern I have. Everything else is excellent. (Thank YOU ALL; especially the Techs.) James S. Morgan
