At Boarding The Ark Pet Resort, we know your pets are part of your family, and we make them part of our family while they're here - whether they come for a day or spend a whole vacation with us. For our feline guests we offer kitty condos so luxurious they just might rival accommodations at home.

We're centrally located in the heart of Millbrook, Alabama at 3080 Hwy 14. We have been proudly serving the needs of pets (and owners) in the tri-county area including Elmore, Montgomery, and Autauga Counties as well as Prattville and Millbrook for 27 years. We still do business the old fashion way - one pet at a time.

Services Report

Our overnight boarding guests receive the royal treatment. Our K-9 guests will enjoy deluxe boarding kennels with their own private indoor/outdoor runs and play area. We offer luxury suites that feature cots, ceiling fans, and flat-screen televisions. Our feline guests will our cat room which features super-comfy cat condos, a giant flat-screen television, and a fish tank to amuse our feline guests. We also offer several window condos (for hours of bird watching), private litter boxes, and relaxing music.

Can't go wrong taking your pet here. Employees are amazing, facilities are clean. They really care. Boarded dog aren't just stuck in a kennel. They have play time/socializing with other dogs. Rates are reasonable too.

We brought 3 healthy dogs for a short week of boarding while we were out of town. We picked up two dogs with kennel cough (even though they are vaccinated and they are still suffering over a week after being home), two dogs with diarrhea (took 5 days of serious clean up in otherwise house broken dogs), and one dog with open wounds/sores on her neck (pictured). Will not be returning.

Staff is friendly and professional and they always remember my pet's name. Always a wonderful experience both with boarding and baths. Bathing my 85lb pup on my own is a struggle, so I'm happy to pay $30 for a professional job done. He also hates being away from us, but I know he's in good hands at Boarding the Ark if we ever need to board him!

I was definitely impressed with the job they did. I have a large shorthaired dog who is frightened by water. They were able to bathe him and get him smelling and looking nice for a very reasonable price, and quickly!
