Barbara is awesome! She did a wonderful job caring for our three beloved children when we had to leave them home alone for the very first time. Considering how pampered and stubborn these pups are, Barbara managed to calm them down in order to warm up to her. I am so glad we decided to leave them in Barbara's great care as opposed to boarding them in a strange place.

I have used this company several times for my precious pups. Ms. Barbara and her team are fantastic. Her team puts me at so much ease when I have to go out of town because I know my dogs receive the best care they could possibly have while I'm away. I was very hopeful after meeting with the owner. Barbara has a wonderful personality and very personable. I purchased our puppy knowing we would have a long lasting relationship. I was wrong. I was not due to the owner, but her employee. My husband had complained of our security cameras never going off in our back yard during the visits. I ignored him, because I knew the quality Barbara represented.
I was aware of the prior review, but that was 2 years ago. I'm always positive. Well come to find out my husband was right. I provided the owner with video of her employees 4 min visit followed by a text stating she spent "awhile" with my dog. This truly hurt as we were stuck with no drop in for our puppy. This was a huge inconvenience as he doesn't have all his shots yet for doggy daycare.
My family opened our home and hearts and feels violated. We were refunded half of our funds paid. I am sure this is happening a lot and others just aren't equipped to track it. I also notified the owner of our video system in hopes this could be avoided. I appreciate Barbara for her attempt to resolve this issue, but the sting is still there for our family.

My girls are in good hands when I am gone. I like knowing they see the same person on certain days of the week. This way that person and my girl dogs both know one another. They get lots of love and attention from them. I don't know what I would do without them tending to my girls for me. I highly recommended Creature Comfort to anyone who needs a pet sitter and needs to feel their pets are in good hands!

It was always a difficult task leaving my Tiger behind when I travel. I have taken tiger to a kennel or had friends watch him but he is always so stressed out when I get home. But he loves Barbara and crew. Makes my traveling is so much easier knowing he will be well taken care of. I cannot thank her enough and am anxious to plan my next vacation. They are the best!

We are so happy we found Creature Comforts! I have three chihuahuas and an 18 year old cat so boarding at the vet really wasn't an option. I am so happy that when I travel, which is frequently, I can go without worry knowing my pets are well cared for by Creature Comforts Pet Sitting. The dogs are older and not highly socialized, so I am do grateful I can leave them at home where they are comfortable. I know they love my sitter, because they tell me so!
