Easy to get an appt, staff is friendly and super great with my pup.

Just picked up my dog after paying $75 for a bath. He still smells as bad as when I dropped him off. His face was not washed. His ears are filthy. On my way to the pet store to wash him myself. This place is a ridiculous waste of time and money.

I cannot say enough about Muddy Paws and the staff that works here! My only regret is that I didn't find them earlier! I have two large doodles, one who is high anxiety, and she has absolutely zero problems going to be groomed. The groomers are amazing, know the dogs, their coats, and exactly what they need each time we have gone in. They are also more than willing to offer advice, or recommendations for other pet related issues.

I will miss coming here as we relocated to Scottsdale, AZ, and so will Sadie and Ryder! I hope we find a groomer this great in AZ. Thank you all for taking such great care of my fur babies the 4 months we were able to come!

My seven month, 60 pound lab pup is a handful, I know it. These fabulous groomers at Muddy Paws Livermore do a great job! She is always a happy pup when we pick her up. Nice and clean and definitely well taken care of. Thank you to the crew!

Muddy Paws is a welcome addition to Livermore. I took my Australian-Shepherd-Border Collie Mix, Brix, to Muddy Paws for the first time today and I couldn't be happier with the results. Dawgs with undercoats are tough to groom and getting the shape of a border collies' hair right is even tougher. Muddy Paws did an excellent job. I also like the convenient location in the Arroyo Park Shopping Center next to Safeway. I am already booking Brix's next appointment because I am sure they will be busy

The best place ever! My Noodle always looks perfect abs the staff is amazing and always so accommodating! Love it here.

If you have any kind of doodle: golden doodle and labradoodle and then this is not the place for you! They don't know how to cut poodle hair plus they are way too expensive Answer to the owner: I had specifically asked not to cut the facial hair and the groomer agreed that it is not needed! Please check the footage. Also you guys charged $115 for shaving, which was not discussed before.

Again check your footage. It was not our first grooming at your place, this is 3rd time! My review is honest and this doesn't imply that I don't support small businesses. Please don't make it about it!

The service we received was excellent and the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. I really appreciated the doggy vaccine checks as well!

First time at Muddy Paws and I couldn't be happier! So thorough, friendly and efficient! And a good value as well. My dog was smiling when I picked her up! Give them a try if you haven't already, you won't be disappointed!

Good place to go if you need to have your pet groomed with in a week or so. I wished they would have cut my doodle a little shorter than they did because his fur grows fast (I did tell them that when I brought him in). Have them grind your pets nails as they can be very sharp after they cut them. So far they have finished grooming him fairly quickly and called me to let me know he is done.

Wow! Everyone else who handled our wiggly pup had a very hard time getting him trimmed, especially his nails. Muddy Paws had them done in no time with no drama. Booking a full grooming next.

What a wonderful grooming salon here in Livermore! Muppet looks awesome every time! But even more important that a perfect shampoo & cut? Muppet LOVES to be there! Grooming can be very stressful for dogs. But everyone is so nice and the dogs are treated so sweetly, Muppet does not get stressed at all. I really appreciate that they stay on schedule and she's only there a couple hours. Highly recommend!

Admittedly, this was my first time using a groomer. That being said, I knew how I wanted our dog's haircut. I related that vision to the groomer and that is exactly what our girl got. They were friendly, informative, and helpful. I knew exactly what to expect.

The staff did such a wonderful job on Snuggles, Maltese poodle, today. Everyone was extremely friendly & I loved that he wasn't there just waiting in a crate for his turn. We will definitely return & highly recommend going there.

I love Muddy Paws. They would have to move out of state for me to stop going to them for my doggies. Stephanie is such a fabulous groomer and all the ladies are so sweet and kind. My poodle and bichon are both beautiful.

I'm so glad Muddy Paws opened a salon in Livermore! The staff are so friendly and the environment is stress-free compared to some corporate chain grooming salons. Their prices are reasonable and they did an excellent job with my Corgi for a sanitary trim. I will definitely be returning!

I'd like to give a huge thanks to Muddy Paws Livermore for glamming up my girls! Shyla and Luna are all smiles from their luxury spa treatment complete with "mani/pedi" nail trim, blow out, ear cleaning, Blueberry facial and matching bandanas! They both smell great and are so silky soft! Plus everyone there is so nice and friendly. They did an amazing job and even finished earlier then expected. I can't recommend this place enough!

I had my dogs nails clipped here and they did a great job! I loved that I was able to watch my dog as he was getting his nails clipped

This doggie day spa turned our three little poodle-mix mutts into beauties. The shop is clean and the staff are pleasant, competent and very responsive to our requests. We are so happy to have found a local groomer who is highly organized and able to schedule recurring appointments. They appear to be scheduling appointments so that our three dogs are in and out in about three hours (vs spending the entire day waiting their turn). One of our dogs has some special needs (some residual paralysis) and they were creative about making accommodations for her comfort and safety.
