I was excited to try this new groomer out for our dog. The location was convenient for us and they were available on short notice. Upon entering the employees were very pleasant and the facility was beautiful. Unfortunately, our dog has anxiety and didn't want to be picked up by the groomers, so they refused service. We understand the concerns of being bit by a nervous dog, but the employees at Petco even know how to work with our dog and don't have any concerns grooming her. I expected the employees from a more expensive and fancy groomer to have more patience and understanding working with an anxious pup.

They do a terrific job and they are lovely people to work with. That said, this was more expensive than any other groomer I've used in the past.

Bark now was great with our little puppers. She came back smelling great and her white fur was very WHITE. I would definitely recommend this business.

This place is amazing. My dog normally hates going to the groomers but for whatever reason he LOVES going here and seeing the staff. The staff is extremely nice, friendly, and does a wonderful job. Winston's haircut always looks top-notch!

I took my tripod into them yesterday and it was very simple what they needed to do. A bath, drill the nails and trim the hair between his pads, butt and penis shave. He already had a full body haircut about a month ago so didn't need another one. The groomer never came out to greet me when I arrived nor when I left. I told him that my dog had some pitch on his chest and some on his back paw.

When I arrive my dog was crying to get to me which she's never done. Not sure what happened in the back room. He was still damp from the bath not fully dried. I could see they shaved his butt and I think they just cut his nails but did not drill them down. Big difference. The pitch was still there and the hair between his paws did not look like it was trimmed nor his penis.

I paid them $50 and I gave a $10 tip which I regret. I should've checked him out first before I left there but was in a hurry to get to another appointment. Also on the way in I had a really bad odor of trash or something else that permeated the whole office space. I canceled my next appointment I emailed them and they never responded. So it tells me they don't care. I'll be going elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible customer service! On several occasions we have had appointments cancelled without call or notice. Employees will essentially tell you "too bad" and do little to nothing to reschedule. Their prices are too high and quality too low to put up with this. 0 out of 10 recommended.

Friendly, efficient. Brought my 2 dogs in for nails and glands. Both were done in 15 minutes.

We love the groomers at BarkNow. We took our 2 yorkies there for their first grooming experience at about 6 months. We were very nervous about leaving them there, well the puppies loved being there. We can't say enough about how wonderful they are, the cuts were great and dogs love them.

Bought our daughter's golden doddle mini in. He is only 1 1/2 years old and terrified of groomers after a bad experience. The owner was super gentle and explained everything that had to be done because we had left his grooming too long and he was pretty matted up. When we came back he was happy, clean and beautiful. Highly recommend Bark Now and even drive all the way up from Boston. Mark

I will definitely be back! I brought my Persian mix here today for his first grooming, and I'm extremely happy with my experience. They truly listened to what I wanted, sent our cat home looking and smelling amazing, and sent me home with a photo and a report on his visit (too cute!) Don't hesitate to book here! Excellent service and experience!

Did a great job with our shaggy little trouble dog! I was a little worried he'd give the nice people here a hard time, but he did ok! Very affordable price and a great cut. Our dog Zeke even got a cute little bandana. We'll definitely be back again.

Contacted Bark Now at the recommendation of a friend. I have a large Irish wolfhound who is fearful of people and is just getting over a shoulder injury. She is in desperate need of having a nail trim as I hadn't done her nails at all while she was getting over her injury so now she has very long overgrown nails. I contacted Bark Now about a nail trim for the hound.

They would not allow me to be there with her or help hold. Apparently it is not their policy. I have always previously helped with getting the hound settled and comforting her while her nails are being done. I have never had a groomer object to my help as an experienced dog person and this girls breeder, for such a large hound. I will be looking for someone else. Very disappointing.

I have brought my dog here on numerous occasions, typically if my dog does not like to go somewhere she will make it well known before we even go into the establishment. I've never had that problem here and as a matter of fact my dog usually pulls me in when we go. Unfortunately I can't give more than 5 stars or I would.

We've had good luck here in the past with our old grumpy husky mix, but I think we had a miscommunication last time (and a different employee, not the lady we're used to) and we ended up with a totally shaved Old English Sheepdog. She looked cute, but it would have been nice to get a call.she certainly wasn't "severely matted" as it said on her card. She did have several mats under her harness straps, but honestly, with it so cold, I would rather have had her partially clipped, even if it looked a bit odd.

I took my dog here and when i got her home she would not stop shaking and flopping her head. Her ears were bleeding. The vet told us it was because the groomer cut too close to her ears. I also found a cut underneath her leg. Ive had my dog groomed at chain places and she's never come home with a cut. We have since learned to groom our own dogs as a result of this negative and traumatic experince for our 9 pound pup. Noone informed us of our dogs injuries when i picked her up. I find that very unprofessional and neglegent for them not to notice.

My dog is very difficult to groom due to her attitude around other dogs and strangers. I've been bringing her here for a few months now and the team has catered to her amazingly. They groom her as quick as possible to minimize her stress (usually in less than an hour) and even on the first visit when the groomer felt uncomfortable grooming her they called me right away to come pick her up which is exactly the right way to handle the situation. They also use CBD oil which really helps calm my dog down. Really happy I found this place.

I got my very sweet, tender hearted cat groomed here and I won't be returning. I was his pregnant mom's foster home so i have literally known him his entire life. He is a big guy--not fat but huge! He has a ridiculous amount of fur and has been getting groomed his whole life. He is 3. Usually he growls the whole time but goes with the flow--but wants you to know about his disapproval.

When I arrived, I was told it would take about 2 hours--WHAT? No cat wants to be handled by a stranger for that long. I got a call that he was done in about 30 minutes and I was there to pick up my sweetie within 10 minutes. They charges me $80 which is ridiculously over priced and then proceeded to hand me a "report card" that said he needed to be sedated for his next visit.

When i inquired further for details i was told he was "special"--that doesn't mean anything and I wanted to know what happened to my best friend. That response was enraging. From the moment I arrived, the vibe in that place just wasn't as peaceful and pet loving as all the other groomers who have successfully groomed my cat. (I travel so i have seen a bunch of different groomers in action with him and previous pets.) The groomer came out and sat on the floor--do you even know cats?

That is a move to make fast friends with a dog--not a cat. It was ridiculous. His haircut is practically perfection but I prefer a ok haircut and a non-traumatized cat, any day. It has been a week and he was so freaked out by whatever they did to him (which i don't know because they didn't talk to me and handed me a "report card" which is so rude) that he hasn't left my side since. Seriously, clinging to me which i love but something awful must have happened to him.

Bark now is a very accommodating establishment. I felt they worked around my schedule nicely, reassured me when I had concerns that my dog was worried, and when I picked him up from his appointment he was beautiful and happy! I'll be bringing my dog back.

I love Bark Now and so does my Aussie (11 year old). I am always looking for a good groomer who can handle the serious job of tackling the undercoat and breeches of a long haired dog - well Bark Now does that very well. My dog also does not like his nails trimmed but they were able to do it and said he was very good. Whenever I take him, he looks fantastic.

They also gave me a free picture of him with a fancy background and bow when I picked him up. I love it! They also give your dog a report card on how he/she behaved during the grooming. It's quite sweet. I don't spoil my dog often but whenever he gets groomed, I feel like he's getting a spa treatment :) Thank you Bark Now for taking such great care of my fur kid.

The staff at Bark Now are gentle, professional and provide a relaxing atmosphere for pets. After inheriting my mother's miniature schnauzer that had never been groomed, we took the shy little guy to Bark Now for his first grooming experience. The staff was very sensitive to our family's loss and was wonderful with Bebbes, even offering complimentary reiki for him to help with the stress of losing his mom/owner. He came out looking handsome and happy. Can't recommend them enough!

I absolutely love bringing my two little dogs to Bark Now! They tend to get anxious and don't do well when I bring them to other groomers but they love to see Kris and always come back with adorable haircuts. She has a magic way with them!

I would never bring my dog here again! I think the business was bought out a few years ago and ever since the quality of work along with the customer service has been declining. The last time I took my little Bischon there she came home with not only a bad cut on her tummy, but she also had FLEAS! They then had the nerve to ask me how much tip I wanted to give my groomer, as if it was expected or something!

How RUDE! Are you kidding me! Then, just today they had the audacity to call my home phone and leave a message asking me why I left poor feedback on Google! Really? Never again!

I disscussed with the owner the appropriate grooming package after she had a lot of time to assess our small female Australian Shephard. She recommended and we chose the basic package for $55 and it would take 2-3 hours. 2 hours later we were called, she was done. When we arrived to pick up our dog, surprise - the bill was for $60 as she had "a little too much underfur". Well, our dog's coat was assessed prior to the service and it took less than the estimated 3 hours so I was scratching my head and held firm on the price quoted.

I realize it is only a $5 difference but being a person of principle and a business owner myself I felt it was a terrible business practice to charge more without calling, especially since she was done well within the expected window of time. How many others are lured in with one price only to be charged more, with no discussion or choice? Our Aussie looked and felt clean but the trim was minimal and very blunt and unnatural looking. Her nails were not trimmed as promised. I definitely will not return.

Not at all pleased with this company. My dog suffered severe corneal damage while under their care. I had to bring him to the ER vet where he was diagnosed with a significant corneal ulcer. After many ointment applications, pain medication, and multiple visits to the veterinarian and ophthalmologist, his ulcer has healed but he has scar tissue over the area that was damaged. Beware of this groomer!

They didn't even make me aware that he was in pain and/or hurt and it was noticeable that something was wrong with his eye because he wouldn't even open it. How could they not notice this if they were taking such good care of your pup?
