We are Walk The Dog, a family-owned and operated pet sitting and dog walking service located on the seacoast of New Hampshire. We service North Hampton, Hampton and Rye, as well as parts of Stratham, Greenland, Exeter and Portsmouth. We offer customized service, tailored to your needs, and no pet is too small or too big for us. Our clients have ranged from horseshoe crabs and Chihuahuas to horses and St. Bernards.

We are here to make sure your pet gets exercise, love and lots of attention while you are at work, away on vacation or whenever you'd like to give your animal friend a little extra care.

About Us Report

Walk The Dog is owned and operated by Alana Hickey, a longtime resident of the seacoast and New Hampshire native. Alana grew up on a small farm with dogs, cats, rabbits, chickens and a horse. She learned to appreciate animals as a young child and now shares that appreciation with her own children and their many pets, including a dog, cat, gecko and chickens.

We service North Hampton, Hampton, Rye and parts of Stratham, Exeter, Greenland and Portsmouth. Yes, we will. Once we meet with you at your home and get to know your pet, we'll ask that you provide us with a copy of your keys. We maintain information on animal hospitals in the area and will have on file telephone numbers where you can be reached, the name of your veterinarian and anything else that you would like us to know in case of an emergency.We ask that you cancel by 5:00 pm the day prior but we understand that plans change and we aim to be flexible.
