For a dedicated customer stand point, I wish to be as honest as I can be. We have spent thousands here and you may as well, but the disgusting attitude and down right verbal mouth(out loud in front of all others) from management you will receive over returning a defective product. You WILL be intimidated, sulked at and even mocked. Not a single ounce of professionalism.
You would expect at least and apologie that we witnessed not once but twice squirrels falling from 18 feet high due to the defective product. Instead we were treated like a criminal. Including on personal saying, "If you don't have your receipt than I will have to look through the whole days sale." We provided them with the transaction number and the date. NOT good enough.
Another management member says, we don't give money back without a receipt!" We said no, we are looking for this to be replaced and I will place lock tight on the threads. He reply was, why don't you just pick something else so I DONT WANT TO KEEP DOING THIS!" This is not VT, and not a good way to thank a good customer. You may seek another customer who will spend 300 per month. We will seek else where.

A great place to find all your outdoor pet and gardening needs. My horses have had their own account here for years and have racked up many points for me on our frequent rewards card. You just got to take a stroll through the store even if you don't need anything. You just may find something you do!
