Drive across Orlando to this Highly recommended groomer only to be disappointed. There is NO symmetry to my dog. The right side of his face is no joke 1 inch longer then the left side! The left side is choppy with no blending! I'm so upset. The fact that I have to now go to an ADDITIONAL groomer just to clean up this up is beyond me. Seems like a rushed job on a Friday.

Rick and his team earned my business for life! They treat your pets like they were their own. They had a thorough consultation with us prior to starting work on our dogs, they had great communication, and offer a boarding service. Everyone should be going here! Thank you!

Hands down the best groomer I have ever taken my dog to. I called for an appointment and left a message and someone returned my call promptly within a few hours. It is a small operation with just a few people and they take a limited number of reservations each day, so you need to call in advance and be patient. When I dropped off my elderly pup, she and I were both warmly greeted at the door, and we were welcomed calmly to not stress her out.

They were very attentive and patient while we filled out the paperwork. Just a few hours later I got a call that she was all finished with her appointment. Expecting a typically nail trimming and quick bath, they had painstakingly brushed out her undercoat and thoroughly bathed her. They even clipped her nails (which she hates!). I am really impressed with the quality of service, the atmosphere, their convenient location, and how well they treat their customers (and their customer's pets).

Now that my dog is on medicated shampoo and needs regular baths, I will be sure to call upon Rick and Dave again every time it's bath time! The price is really reasonable, too!
