It all started because of the love of Hope and Jim Williams for Maggie, the rescue Golden Retriever who was given 3 months to live by the vet. They decided to adopt Maggie and made a promise to "give her the best 3 months of her life." Hope and Jim, our founders, set to work researching. They developed a custom diet using natural, healthy foods and supplements, and Maggie lived a vibrant 3 more years!

Always very knowledgeable about their products. We generally avoid places in Sequim because people here are rather "old school" with their thinking and mannerisms. We have never had a bad experience here because the workers are attentive and have great communication skills, something of a rarity in this town. Thanks for all your hard work, we are customers for life and would not go to any other store.

Best pet store ever! They have a great variety of food, treats, health products, toys, leashes and harnesses.everything to make happy pets. Their prices are competitive, which I especially appreciate having 3 dogs. And, the personnel are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My dogs and I will always shop at Best Friends, because that's where our friends are!

I love shopping here for my cat. The store has a great selection of high quality products and the staff are super helpful. The prices are fair and I would rather spend my money here than at corporate big box stores. My cat loves all the toys I've gotten for him and the Odor block litter they sell is the best litter I have ever used. Love supporting my local businesses!

I love this store, always so clean and the staff doesn't stalk you but are great when you do need help. The knowledge they have helped me on my dogs nutritional needs! It has improved his overall energy and his coat is no longer dull. A must stop if you are in Sequim or if you are not it is well worth the drive!
