Very happy with the service here. The staff and the doctor were very kind and attentive to my Rosa's care. The doctor and staff really listened to everything and gave her a very through examination and made me feel a lot more informed as to possible treatments for her. They are so wonderful and caring. Rosa already seams to be responding well to the medication you prescribed her. I can't thank you enough she is my world. Hugs

I was calling around trying to get quotes on first round of puppy vaccines. Ark was able to get my puppy in the same day. They were super friendly and gentle with him. They did a general health check, his first round of vaccines, dewormer, and flea and tick prevention for about $200. I'm not sure how that compares to other vets in the area but I'm glad my pup is well taken care of there!

Our cat was severely injured by a wild animal and Ark Veterinary hospital got him right in and taken care of. They made sure to be up front with any prices and were reasonable. We've taken him for a couple things since then and always receive excellent service.

They saved my kitty. I called so many places the night he got sick and in the morning we found Ark. Everyone was very nice and super helpful and the prices were by far the most reasonable of any other location I've contacted. My family and I are forever grateful for the veterinarian and staff at Ark for giving our kitty another chance at life and happiness with our family.

I recently switched vets and am very happy with Dr. Suttle at Ark Veterinary. She listened with attention to my concerns and followed through with a complete physical evaluation of my dog.

The Ark Veterinary Hospital takes great care of our beloved cat from Hades. They know she is going to rip them up one side and down the other, and they still welcome her with a smile!

Phoned office late on a Friday afternoon with an issue with our cat. They were able to see him right away. From the phone operator, vet tech and vet we received excellent service. Everyone was so caring.

TW: Passing of beloved pet. Prior to today, my family had never taken our pets to this clinic. One of our cats was severely ill. Her name was Destiny. Despite never had been to their hospital they seen us as soon as possible, almost right as they opened. They did all they could and I truly believe that. I think they took very good care of Destiny and tried their hardest to find the source of her pain, discomfort and illness. Sadly, our Destiny was too far gone due to what they discovered was kidney failure.

We followed their suggestion to let our little girl rest, though it hard, they were kind, sensitive, and supportive. One nurse held and rubbed our Destiny's paw as she passed in my mothers arms, while we reminded her of how much of a good girl she was, and that she was loved. We're going to keep this vet as our primary vet, and bring in our other kitties to be seen very soon. We can't thank the staff enough for all they did. Thank you again staff at Ark for helping make Destiny's final moments as peaceful and painless as possible.

This place is amazing. We have a 13yr blue fawn Pit-Bull that has been having a lot of pain and discomfort. We took her to another place first and they basically told us there is nothing they could do. It's normal. When I know her pain cause I see it on her face and actions all day. So we went to Ark and they were very genuine and comforting to Angel and I. They did tests and images and actually got her the medicine she needed to make her comfortable and acting kinda young again, lol.! YOU GUYS ROCK!

Clean neat little vet. Doc seemed very knowledgeable and took care of the situation very easily and professionally.

They did not sedate my 19yr old before they stuck her. The first shot she screamed and flopped around. The 2nd shot put her down but she kept on breathing and by the third shot I wanted to die! It was aweful!

Dr. Suttle and Dr. Wellert are both great. I am a working line Doberman breeder (less than one litter per year) and they treat me with respect and kindness (some vets do not like breeders of any kind). They. answer all my questions, I don't feel rushed, and the pricing is fair. I appreciate a well run, timely, respectful, clean and courteous vets office. Thank you to the staff for doing a great job, it isn't an easy one!

My Ginger needed ASAP assistance and even though they were booked, they let me drop her off and saw her when they had time. They were loving, caring and made me feel like she was at the top of their priorities. Thank you so much Ark! I will never forget it!

I would have recommended them. but after taking my $1000 they couldn't get my pet in to make sure his eye wasn't infection for 4 days after I called. he could be dead in 4 days. thanks for your so called caring family.

Ark veterinary hospital is a good place to take your pets. All the staff are friendly and helpful to explain what needs to be done The tech's and dr are also thorough about answering questions. I had a wonderful experience today at Ark Veterinary Hospital in Wooster Ohio. My 6 pound pug/Pom Nixxie needed bladder stone removal surgery. The staff was very quick, kind, polite, and thoroughly explained. everything to us in a way we could understand. They even helped with info on how to prevent getting stones again in the future! We came home today with a healthy dog, a new doggy diet and peace of mind. It was an hour and 20 minute drive that I will continue to make for future vet visits. Thank you so much

Staff is always very friendly and compassionate. Boarding was also great. They were also very good for routine vaccine appointments and basic checkups. However, DO NOT take your cat here for a sickness or something else non-routine. We now have a dead cat because she wasn't treated/followed up properly. She had some sort of infection or sickness when we went in the first time. Got better for a couple weeks after fluids and an antibiotic shot.

When we went for the checkup, they asked US what we wanted to check. I'm sorry, but that is NOT my job. I have no idea what internals need to be checked on a cat to make sure they're healthy. I'm not a vet, I'm just a loving pet owner. I expect the professionals to let me know what they think should be checked out. Had we gotten blood work done again at the second check-up, perhaps we could have done something else to treat our poor cat or at least prevent her from suffering. But she was clearly in pain and passed away on the way to an emergency vet hospital. Absolutely heart breaking.

Wow I love this place! Great people it was my first time at a vet they definitely care about what there doing! Made both me and my pup comfortable! I definitely would go back!

Every time I visit Ark Vet Hosp everyone is very nice. They genuinely care about my pets. During a difficult time when we had to put two different kitties down, they were fantastic!

I love Ark and could not recommend them enough. They have been so attentive to our fur babes and were the only Vet to really listen to us about our pups digestive issues and diagnosed him with IBS and immediately got us on the right track. Without them he wouldn't be thriving like he is. They are super friendly and get us in super quick. They take special care with our special needs boy. Marshall loves all of them VERY much, and so do we.

This vet is amazing this was the first time taking our dog Zeke and I give it a 10/10. The whole staff is so nice and helpful I can't say enough great things about this place.

Wonderful staff! They were very patient and kind and answered all of my questions! My cat was really sick and we couldnt get her in anywhere they got her in the next day and fixed her right up! She is back to her usual sweet self in just 24 hours i highly recommend them!

I've been taking my pets to the Ark for over 5 years. The doctors are super competent and kind and the staff is really compassionate and great with my dogs and cat. They are curbside only during pandemic and I appreciate that.

Excellent staff. Very impressed by their vets. Ark isn't cheap but their prices are honest. The price you're given is based upon everything that's needed to do the procedure the right way. Other Vet clinics provide you with initial prices but leave out elements of a procedure that are necessary. Like blood work, exrays plus additional charges for exams. Want an honest, comprehensive estimate and procedure, go to Ark.

Hearing horrible things about the Ark with my first dog I decided against using them. Sometimes you have to learn for yourself. I got a new puppy back in July and decided to give them a try since it was closer to home. The care and service is absolutely AMAZING! The girls take such good care of my Winston and he loves to go in there for some lovin. Prices are reasonable, great care, great service and we are so happy we chose them

I have been going to Ark Veterinary Hospital for 2 years now. Earlier this year our dog suffered from glaucoma & had to have both eyes enucleated. Dr Suttle did a wonderful job & Belle is doing just great. Dr Redman & his staff have always been helpful & professional. They send postcards when shots are needed. We board her there regularly & she has never had a problem. I recommend Ark Veterinary Hospital for all of your pet care needs. Prices are reasonable.

Ark is a WONDERFUL clinic! I love Drs. Redmen and Suttle. These Drs. are so caring and knowledgeable. The office staff has been great as well. We have used Ark for all of our pets for the last 7 years and couldn't be happier. I highly recommend them!

Just picked up my dog from his castration appointment along with boosters/vaccines/blood work. As always, all of the employees were helpful, considerate and professional from start to finish. Selena was excellent this morning and eased my nerves about the procedure. I received a prompt phone call following the surgery informing me that everything went well.

Pick up was smooth and the employees at the desk were extremely thorough with post op instructions. I am completely satisfied with our visit today and could not have asked for a better experience! I wouldn't trust my fur baby with anyone else! Thanks for all you do! Cory, Kelsey and Kosar

The hospital had been good to my pet, however lately it seems they don't elk you about charges for tests at a later date. The office staff can get extremely rude when you catch them at this. The office manager can care less about you or your pet. There are better hospitals in Wooster.

The staff at Ark Veterinary Hospital is amazing. While on a road trip, traveling across the country with our Great Dane, we needed to stop for a quick emergency. I was amazed with their care and friendly attitude. I would highly recommend them to all the locals.
