WHAT A BAD SERVICE, Saturday June 18, 2022, approximately 2:30 pm, I went looking for a pet, after more than 30 minutes of waiting, the man who attended came out, he was cleaning the cages in the back where the pets are located. birds, he came out with a bad attitude, he was a man of about 35 years, with a beard, glasses and bald. I asked him about some pets and he told me that they did NOT have pets for sale?

Like me, there were other customers, some are buying products and food for their pets and he told them something that also made them uncomfortable? They put the products back in their place and left! Every day I am surprised to see more people with that bad energy and attitude to serve customers, I imagine it was not the owner, for this reason it leaves a disappointment that I will not return to this store.

This is one of the most disgusting and overpriced stores I have ever seen in my life. A bag of food costs twice more than what it usually costs at this store. The cages and tanks for the animals are filthy and overcrowded. I came here to support local business and instead left completely disgusted. Take your money elsewhere.

This shop is more for exotic pets than for ordinary cats or dogs. The choice of goods isn't very big. Inside it's not good-looking and clean.

I really only like this store because the owner has a cute cat. The store itself is really unsanitary and unclean, all the fish tanks look like they could use a good clean and the store overall is just very crusty. There's a back room with exotic animals, but it's always closed. I once went to this store while the back room was open because the owner was showing the pets there to a customer.

I asked if I could go in too and he said no, I had to choose a specific animal from the list and let him know if I wanted to see it. Which was weird considering he basically was showing all of the available animals to that customer. He's also very strict about no photography in the room. The owner himself seems nice, but every time I've visited the store there's some sort of incident.

Recently when I went, I noticed the owner's dog was casually drinking the dirty water on top of a bucket near the fish tanks; given the fish net on top of it, I assume it was water from the tanks themselves. I think if the owner is going to bring his pets, he needs to at least improve the supervision of them as he seems to be the only employee at the store. Overall, it's a fairly dirty environment that's a bit suspicious with the whole closed-off back room and the owner's rules.

The best kind of pet shop that's rarely seen anymore--owned by a family of animal lovers, you can be sure that this establishment puts the health of their livestock before easy profits. Friendly & informative staff who are a pleasure to chat with every time i go in to stare longingly at the fish.

This place abuses animals, full stop. Reported to MSPCA law enforcement, and if you're reading this, PLEASE do the same. Animals here are all near death and held in disgusting conditions. They have a whole room in the back full of exotic birds that seems incredibly suspicious-- you aren't allowed to go back there and all photos and videos are banned.

I believe this location to be a front for exotic bird smuggling. The dogs in this shop need to be confiscated by the MSPCA-- their fur is one massive mat and they barely moved when we entered the shop from heat exhaustion. The tanks are filthy and the birds are kept in squalor overloaded in tiny cages. Please please report this place, and take photos and video evidence if you can.

Spent five minutes in the store to be met with poor animal conditions, poor service, and an incredibly rude and impatient employee. I asked a simple question and got such a rude and aggressive answer. The animals deserve better. Obviously just for profit and no care goes into quality of life. To be honest, I am just thoroughly disappointed by the entire experience. Wish I never walked in.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. This is without a doubt the most inhumane pet store i have ever been to. There were over 20 Hamsters stuffed into a 5 gallon tank. FYI: Hamsters housed in these conditions develop internal health issues that can greatly shorten a hamsters lifespan. I wish this place would get shut down. Please, please, please, please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION!

This little shop is the go to place for exotic animals. I went here after looking all over for sugar glider breeders and The Pet Shop was recommended to me. We went in and were allowed to look at and play with all of the sugar gliders they had and ended up leaving with 2. They came home very docile and tamed which we were not expecting. Their animals are very well taken care of before going home with you.

I was shocked at how many different exotic species they had there and I would recommend to anyone to go there. They are a smaller store and a bit cramped, but if the end result is a happy and healthy pet then I'm okay with it. I haven't priced other animals, but their sugar gliders were priced below average. I am happy to promote a small local business like this!

Came across this little shop. Owner very knowledgeable and friendly to share with us his experience. The two Newfie in the store is so cute.
