Well this store is better than PETSMART for few diffent reason but need to open the cat room there so can put cats in there for people to look at & adopt if want to & need volunteer work at the store every day in cat room area so people can talk to volunteer & check the cats out & decide to cat adopt & fill out paperwork for adoption!

The entire Petco Great Falls grooming staff is phenomenal, pleasant on the phone and in person, and very accommodating. My dog has been serviced by a few different groomers at Petco GF, don't remember all their names, Alex and Luke (most recently). I also appreciated the personal customer service from the check-out clerk (didn't catch her name) and Lorie. Lorie spent a great deal of time explaining the benefits of the Vital Care program and assisted with signing me up. Thank you very much to the entire GF Petco crew!

Their fish department is nasty multiple dead beta fish and horribly kept tanks nast yellow water the glass looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks and most of the cichlids are in terrible shape and poorly looked after

First-time panic-ed shopper at this Petco, located in Great Falls, MT. near the Airport, which kept me on time for my flight as I found myself in need of a larger carry-on kennel for my puppy than the one I had. ( puppies grow quickly ) Options were very limited in sizes, brands, and very expensive. I was not planning on spending $80+ for a travel bag. I had no choice. Thankful that the store was close as I was able to get what I needed quickly. No assistance from employees.

Not very clean the women bathroom lights are 90% burnt out the toilet seats are loose there was no one to talk to. to ask questions

Went in with a few questions about cat issues and the staff there was very helpful. They asked relevant questions about behavior, habits and attitude of our kitty then made a few suggestions in regards to products going over each one, how to utilize them, and how they may help. I was very impressed.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to provide customer satisfaction and in keeping the store clean, stocked, and safe.

It was alright. When you can get the attention of one of the staff they are really friendly and super helpful. If you don't, plan on waiting awhile or have to search someone out to get help.

Just took my little guy to get his nails clipped and he wanted to show off how pretty they looked and how pleased he was that the Petco staff was so gentle and kind. They did a great job and are careful in handling him because he's old and blind. They are quick and seemed to genuinely care about the pets they handle. Thank you! Would highly recommend them for pet grooming.

The bald guy that works in the dog food section really knows his stuff. I was looking for specialty dog food and he told me about the different kinds. He was very knowledgeable.
