My dogs stayed for only two nights. I have two dogs that shared a room. The dogs came out wearing the wrong gear, my sheltie who doesn't wear a collar because she slips out of them due to her head size was wearing my aussie's too big collar. He was squeezed into her harness. My Aussie also seemed like he hadn't peed in a very long time and sprinkled everywhere and then still urinated for a very long time.

He was also absolutely filthy and stained my car. There should be no reason to send a dog home like that, even if the person didn't want to pay extra for a bath. He also had diarrhea when we got home, though he is a teething puppy so I will not put that on them. All of my property was written on, and there was no warnings about that given. I called them to report what happened and when the owner called me back, she just came up with excuses and interrupted me every single time. I cannot believe that they have such good reviews.

I have a very anxious and hyper German Shepherd that I was worrying about boarding. These people were amazing with my girl! They gave my dog lots of attention and she came home a happy dog! Definitely bringing her back for our next vacation!

We were looking for a Pet Resort, to take our fur babies while we were away on a trip. We toured the Pet Resort and we were Impress with the owners. The facility was very clean and the staff members were so friendly. We decided to go with the Pet Resort. On the day of arrival we were greeted by the most friendly staff. The ower Jason was there on our day of check in.

He made our fur babies feel so welcome. He let us see their room and it was a very nice room, very big and cozy. He loved it. While we were away they send us pictures of our fur babies and it was so comforting knowing they were so well cared it. When we picked up our fur babies they were happy and clean. The staff was very kind and even helped us out to our car.

My husband and I have boarded our dogs here multiple times in the last few months. This is the ONLY place where we can take them without receiving the cold shoulder from them when they are picked up. The facilities are extremely clean and the staff is VERY friendly and accommodating. They are not overpriced which is important since we have three doggos.

Our dogs actually get excited when we pull in to the parking lot which is a first for a boarding facility. They are the only place we trust to take care of our fur babies when we go out of town and I HIGHLY recommend them. Make sure to call in advance because they are usually booked.

We have a new (6 months) Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and this was our first experience with boarding. Separation anxiety on our part - apparently not so much for the dog. Great pictures twice daily of his activities. Superb care and exactly what we hoped it would be. Friendly, professional service and excellent grooming. We'll be back!

This was my first time boarding my kitten here for 5 days while I was out of town for thanksgiving, and I am so grateful and happy with how they took care of my baby! They did so well that it almost seemed like she wasn't ready to leave. They even sent me pictures of her without me even having to ask which I loved! Will be utilizing their services in the future.

Our GSD boarded with Alpha Pet Resort for a week and had a blast. On top of providing excellent boarding, Jason and his staff have taken the time (quite a lot of it) to give us us information and advice pertaining to training and other issues. We highly recommend this business.

We boarded our dog for the first time, suffice it to say there was some apprehension in doing so, we definitely wanted to be sure she would be taken care of and feel safe. Luckily we found Alpha Pet Resort, they took such good care of our Emmy. They understood her personality, likes and dislikes very quickly so that she could feel comfortable for the duration of her stay. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for the best care for their pet.

Alpha Pet Resort came highly recommended by three of my friends in my new town. I went for a tour before dropping my pup off for his reservation! They are very impressive! They covered their policies and procedures, their double checking of his food- all around organization! The online account is really helpful at sharing information with Alpha, and helps me feel confident with them taking care of my fur-baby! My pup stayed from Friday- Monday, he was groomed while there. He came home super clean and soft! Great experience!

I used Alpha to board my 2 dogs for the very first time and I was so glad I did. Of course it being the first time I was so nervous. Alpha sent me daily pictures of my pups and I saw what a great time they were having. My favorite was the picture of the being read a story before bed. I will absolutely use them for any future boarding!

Can't say enough good things about this place. The owners that run it genuinely care about your pets and will take them in as their own during their stay. Recently sent my two dogs over for the weekend and received regular updates and plenty of photos during their stay. The suites are amazing, complete with TVs so the pups don't feel lonely and they'll even read bedtime stories to them with certain packages! Alpha pet resort is the gold star standard.

Great kennel with a wonderful staff! Our 2 rescues had never been kenneled before except at a kill shelter and they did just fine. Their level of detail helped to ensure a good stay and they didn't mind when I called to check on them. It's a bit of a drive from our northern Virginia home but reasonably priced for the level of care. We will be back in just a couple of weeks. Thanks Alpha!

I love every one and every thing about this place. The care is excellent and they love my 3 dogs. The groomer did a good job on my standard poodle too.

Great staff and clean kennel. Our dogs were well taken care of and the pricing is great. Highly recommend using them when in/around Culpeper, or even dropping your pets off here when you are traveling further out. We will use again.
