I was in town visiting my two different family members recommended here & I was able to get a shampoo/ nail trim with a walk in They prefer appointments Thank you very nice work group!

My Silky Terrier has never looked better! She loves her trips to the spa at Dapper Dog & jumps with joy when she's on her way to see Jessica!

Such a great experience! Luna's groom turned out absolutely perfect and exactly what we wanted. She came back so happy. The staff were wonderful and you can tell they really care about the dogs!

Our dog Bruce Wayne got his usual spa treatment at Dapper. This was his first time here and we are pleased with the grooming he received. Staff is friendly and the check in area is clean. This is our new place for Bruce's future grooming.

I highly recommend getting your golden retriever groomed here! I didn't get the name of the groomer, but she did an awesome job! I had specific instructions on how I wanted Motley groomed and it turned out perfect! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Best place around for grooming. All of the girls are so nice and accommodating to the needs for everyone! 100% recommended for both grooming/bathing needs for the pups!

Nicole took excellent care of my nervous pup. He was so happy when I picked him up and he smelled much better too!

As a fur baby mother, I am very protective of my kids. One day I pulled up behind their building and I was going to go inside and check out the place And see what they had to offer. They are not allowing anyone in, but the owner came out and spoke with me and answered all my questions. Today was their first day there and I am very happy with the outcome of my fur babies. Marie was the groomer and she listen to everything I had to say about my pets and answer any questions I had.

There was another young lady who ran my bill, I didn't get her name but she was very nice as well. I grabbed a bunch of business cards to hand them out. I highly recommend them! I will definitely be going back.

The others can't compare! I take my senior rat terrier and Boston terrier with an eye issue to Dapper Dog. The staff is always pleasant, helpful, and listens to the needs and concerns of the owners. They are always flexible at getting my girls in for grooming and they come home looking and smelling great! I tried a new place last month and it just wasn't the same quality. I will always recommend their business!

Our dog returned to us shaved down (which is what we asked for) but they also shaved all of her whiskers off completely. She acted strange for weeks after we left this groomer. She wouldn't leave her crate, was frequently shaking and was hesitant to let us pet her. She has never acted this way in all the years we have had her. Thankfully after a few weeks she became more herself but I will not be taking my pets back to this facility.

Our golden retriever is always excited when he arrives at Dapper Dog. They make it such a good experience & do a great job!

I loved taking my dog here! The girls were super nice and considerate of my dog. My dog is afraid of going to the groomer but when I picked her up she was happy, content and looked beautiful! I will be taking her here from now on. Thank you Dapper Dog!

I could not be more THRILLED! Dapper Dog is by far the best groomer I've ever been to! My baby is a Chow/Husky mix with a lot of anxiety and it takes a lot of patience and no cages to get him through a good deshedding session. The staff here is so wonderful and deserves 10 stars! Great place to take your dogs of all ages. They work with puppies to make sure their first grooming experience is a positive one and they take the time to make sure senior dogs are comfortable and relaxed. They put the dogs well-being first above anything else. Also the owner and staff make sure the customers' experience here is a great one too. They will address any concerns or problems that come to their attention right away.

This was my first time using Dapper Dog Wash and I will never use this company again. When I originally called to get a price on my Wheaten Terrier Puppy (28lbs) for a Full Haircut I was quoted $50. I told the person I spoke too this would be her first haircut but that I did not want a face feet and fanny because her hair was very long and she needed to be trimmed all over.

They told me a face feet and fanny would be $30 and I once again said I understand this is my pups first haircut but I would like a full haircut for her. They told me this would not be a problem. I also asked about a price for a haircut for my full grown Wheaten Terrier (40lbs) and I was quoted $60 for him. When my husband picked up our dog she had her face barely trimmed and her nails clipped.

My dog barley looks like she was groomed and they charged us $50 instead of the $30 I was originally quoted. They charged us $50 for something we were quoted $30 because of her weight they said. Even though they knew her weight ahead of time before her appointment. When we called back upon bringing our pup home we were told that she was nervous getting a haircut (this is expected for a puppy and typically a groomer works with the dog to make them comfortable) and that they didn't want to do a full haircut like we asked them too.

So this company decided to do what they wanted and not what we asked and charge us whatever they wanted, not what we were quoted. Not to mention when we called back and asked them about the pricing they said a full haircut for her would now be $60. Because the pricing was not transparent and this facility did not do what they asked them to do, I do not recommend them. Don't waste your time or money. Very Unprofessional and we are extremely disappointed.

Could not recommend this place more. I have a 13-year-old dog, and they could not have been more accommodating to make sure she was well taken care of, in a reasonable time at a reasonable price. They lived up to their word-of-mouth reputation and then some.

Consistent and fast service. Friendly staff. My big hon always comes out looking handsome. He's happy too! Quick turnaround, never more than two hours. Highly recommend.

Dapper Dog is an awesome! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and caring. We took our dog there for a bath and nail trimming. I have a rambunctious lab so I'm always worried taking her places but they handled her so well! Very fair pricing, easy drop off and pickup at the door (due to Covid). Will be back for sure!

Took our golden doodle here after the last groomer shaved her. This time we only got a wash and blow dry; no hair cut. Turned out good for our little fluff monster. Smells nice and fresh. Next time we'll try a cut. They were very friendly and a helpful staff. The store had a little area for the dogs to hang out if done early.

We have been taking Kramer to Shannon (groomer/owner) for many years. She is so loving and gentle with him. We wouldn't think of ever taking him anywhere else. Thank you so much, Shannon for always taking such loving care of our little Kramer.

I'm always worried about taking my dog to get groomed because of his anxiety with getting groomed. Specifically the dryers freak him out; other places always have a hard time drying him and end up putting him in the kennel dryer, which i've heard horror stories about. Dapper Dog Wash was able to blow dry him and only used the kennel dryer for his head, which is a huge deal for my dog! Highly satisfied with my experience here, and so thrilled to find a place like this after having my dog for 4 years. Thanks for being so great!

Shoutout to Nina for taking our 5 month old labradoodle, Bob, from a shaggy mess to a handsome stud! Reasonably priced, quick, clean facility, and you could tell they really love dogs. Excited to have finally found a groomer we like. They will be our go-to from now on. So happy.

I used the self wash today and it was amazing! My pup had gotten into something horrible but also hates the groomer. The ladies here were so accommodating! They explained every step of the self wash. The girl behind the desk made sure I had a strong soap for the mess and a gentle for my pups face. You can wash your dog in the same room as they groom some other dogs. I would never hesitate to leave my crazy pup with them from now on. They seem to have a genuine love for animals.

Best groomers around! They truly care about your pets! Cameras all over the business protect them from slanderous customers! The facility is clean and well cared for. Very reasonable prices too!

I used to love this place, but their service and convenience has taken a hit. The cost has risen $5 a grooming since last year and they have changed their hours. Their last appoint during the week is 1 pm which is inconvenient as our family is working throughout the day. Only weekend day they are open is Saturday, so their appointments are booked far in advance. Unfortunately I'm now in the market for a new grooming service.

If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. My family brought our St. Bernard up to get groomed, as we have numerous times before. While dropping her off, her behavior and walking we're fine. 4 hours later we got the call that she was done, keep in mind her normal grooming only takes 2 hours. Upon picking her up, she was panting excessively, and whining.

She could not move her back legs at all, and would shake excessively if she tried. Staff had "no idea" why that was happening, even after being in their care for 4 hours. We determined that we needed to take her to the vet immediately to seek care. According to our vet, she was made to stand for far too long for her size, weight and age. You would think staff would be educated enough to know the proper handling of these animals!

I know I do not go as often as some people. My little girl only needs a wash and brush; however, I just love this place. They are friendly, quick and do not put my little girl in a crate.

What a great place! Same day appointments, open on Sundays, friendly staff, no blood during my pup's nail trim, they even got on the floor with her to do it, and I didn't need an appointment for it! Dogs are all in same room so not good for overly anxious dogs, but the staff is so nice, it can be overlooked. Will definitely be back with the other dog soon!

Good customer service, fair price, and I like that they don't cage the dogs. Never had bleeding nails, one bad hair cut (but who hasn't had one of those) after a year of coming here. BUT I probably won't go back because of extra fees: $5 per dog, per half an hour, after they call you that the dog is ready. (Which they didn't tell me till drop off) There is nothing wrong with them as a business but that fee just doesn't work for me.

My terrier mix, Charlie, was groomed yesterday. This was the first time at Dapper Dog and Theresa groomed him. He looks great! The place was clean and everyone was very nice.

We did the DIY option for our girl, who hates getting baths. She is a large shepherd mix and it is difficult to bathe her at home. We have taken her here several times over the years and it is always a great experience. Today a nice fellow named Brandon helped us out. He was so nice and caring. We were in and out within 15 minutes. Everything is supplied and for $14 it is worth it to save our backs (waist high tubs are so convenient) and the mess of cleaning up hair and water from our bathroom. I hope this business sticks around for many years!

This is a review of the self service dog wash. Dapper Dog Wash also has full grooming available but I enjoy the bonding time with my pup :) I have been taking my dogs here for years now. The staff is wonderful. The environment is fantastic. They have thought of everything to meet your needs to wash your own pup. Because I have moved further and further to the westside I have tried 3-4 other do-it-yourself dog wash facilities that are closer to home.

And I must say not one do-it-yourself dog wash business has received my return business except Dapper Dog Wash (DDW). I will take the 45minute drive and pass up four (probably more than that) closer dog washes to experience the quality and cleanliness I experience at DDW. Dapper Dog Wash has the right tools; right length of the water nozzle cord; right height of the tubs; right amount of CLEAN matching, non-bleached, non-frayed towels; overall cleanliness; right amount of dryers; the best owners and the right staff!

Trust me, if you have been to any other do it yourself dog wash then you know what I am talking about and will be mighty surprised and very happy with DDW! Love them and please support this local small business! (And as a mostly unrelated side note: I don't think I have written a review in which I included the name of the business as much as I did in this one. For the win: DAPPER DOG WASH!)

Excellent service and top notch staff. Margret and Andrea are the only two people that can calm down and trim our beagles nails. The facility is always clean and the entire staff is always very friendly.

Woof woof woof howl woof. That's the dogs version. Very friendly staff, the pooch loves coming here to get washed by either me or dropped off for the full schmear, wash, nails, groomed.
