The most unprofessional visit I have ever had. Kayla will not give me the name of the vet tech who verbally abused me since that is their policy. If they will verbally abuse you to your face, who knows what they do to your animals behind closed doors. I never even got to see a vet. Whole visit was disgusting!

These are BY FAR the kindest group of people I have ever met. Incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and trusting. Their kindness for me after putting me pet down at this clinic has been above and beyond. They called after saying their condolences and checking in letting me know they were there if I ever needed anything, and sent me a card with all of their hand written notes of condolences. I have never experienced so much kindness from a clinic. Thank you all for your service

They helped my son out with his best friend and they was very friendly people who work hard for you and take care of your animals and they are very affordable too so I would tell anyone to go there and see them take my word as a 12 year veteran of the marine corps they are the ones that can make sure that your partner is happy and healthy

Lovely Staff, and the doctor took so much time with my pups. Never felt rushed and was able to get all my questions answered. And the medication for my pup has been fantastic at clearing up his skin, which is a miracle. He's had years of skin problems and we have tried so much, it is truly a blessing to see my little guy without him itching non stop.

I've had pets since I was born. So I've seen a few vets and animal hospitals from Iowa to California and beyond. I like Moore because it shines. The hospital is very pleasant and easy on the eyes. The staff truly wants to help. The level of professional care is top notch. My dog has been in for care three times in the last year. I've been a happy pet owner.

The best vets ever. They really love and care about my elderly cat who has special needs. I board him with them if we travel and they keep him super healthy and happy. Thank you Moore Animal Hospital.

Everyone here is so kind and helpful! They all make sure we leave with no questions about anything! They were able to fit us in same day with super short notice and work with us to figure out what was going on with our dog. Everyone is also so sweet and patient with our nervous girl. I want to say thank you to management and staff for making Rolo's experience a lot better. I really appreciate it a lot, it does make a huge difference to go inside with him. My pup is always happy to go to the vet. Very knowledgeable Vets along with friendly and caring Vet Techs. The front desk staff treat you with respect, pay attention to concerns, and help address them accordingly. I am happy to have Moore Animal Hospital as my primary vet!

I brought my dog and cat to here multiple times and despite them being expensive, I liked this vet. Unfortunately my dog developed a really bad skin disease that has been ongoing for almost a year. I brought her in multiple times and was barely spoken to by the vet and was told that she was improving and that the skin co diction was just a yeast infection or allergies.

So after bringing her multiple times with the same problem and wasting a lot of money I took her to my childhood vet who ordered a skin biopsy/blood test. It's almost certain she had hypothyroidism and has been dealing with this for such a long time and suffering. I was very unhappy with how I felt I was brushed off even though I was clearly very concerned for my pet.

I don't ever write bad reviews but I think it's necessary in this case. If she does have this disease it will be a very easy fix. Hopefully this will encourage them to spend more time with the patients and owners.
