I had used them before and it worked out. Sam did a great job This time Sam said 2-3 hours. I showed up at 3 hours and the front person said she would go check She came back and said it would be another 45 minutes. That would make it Close to 4 hours Heres whats wrong- i live north of ft collins and NOBODY called me about the delay. The front desk person was rude and gave no explanation.

When i finally picked up charlie she was shaved and it doesn't look like they cleaned her teeth. Sam, who usually brings her out, did not come out. I asked if i could talk to her and the front desk person said no I felt dismissed. I teach customer service and this was horrible. If something happened to cause the delay all they had to do was apologize, use a little empathy and tell me what happened. I will not go back there.

Love these folks. Being taking our 2 little dogs there for 3 years and Jessica has been a fabulous groomer and other staff are always nice and helpful, even when they are super busy. Highly recommend!

I love supporting small businesses and this one is super cute and clean. I took my pup there for the self bath. Their customer service was great! No breed discrimination which is always nice to see. Price is super reasonable even after I tipped the person cleaning the tub for me. The only issue (which is unavoidable in a public grooming setting) was there were really noisy, crying dogs getting bathed that were freaking my dog out. I might try to go during less busy hours and see if I get luckier.

The customer service is amazing and the self serve dog wash is awesome. They give you literally everything you need all for a great price. The ladies working on 06/16 are so wonderful. My dog made some new friends today and I will definitely be back!

Great place with friendly and super helpful staff. They have a selection of great treats and dog products in their lobby and their self dog wash is awesome. Private little stalls, great wash products (very sudsy and did an excellent job cleaning). They provide you with everything you need and you have the option to upgrade your package to different washing products or paying a small fee to get things like ears cleaned, face trimmed, teeth brushed or nails trimmed.

Our doggo has black nails and they're super hard to trim without hurting anything. The staff was able to grind them down without hurting or scaring our dog. We'll definitely be back for that alone. Would recommend.

I had a WONDERFUL experience with The Dog Pawlour! We brought our Bernese Mountain Dog there and he LOVED it! They took their time with him and it was really appreciated. They did an excellent job clipping the areas we needed clipped and he was a beautiful boy when we picked him up! Also the price point was excellent for what we got. Would definitely recommend and will be going back!

We had two excellent experiences having our dog groomed here. The next time we tried to call. We could never get a phone call back. I understand if you're busy and you can't answer, but after multiple messages and over a week, I would think that you'd be able to return a phone call. If you want to actually schedule an appointment and get your pet a grooming appointment, I would recommend calling somewhere else. UPDATE- I would definitely give them two more stars, they did a great job with my dog. They called me within 30 minutes of writing this review and got me scheduled a couple days later. Thanks Dog Pawlour! Kelsey did an excellent job!

If you are looking for a dog groomer, The Dog Pawlour is your place. They got my dog in very quickly (I called on a Tuesday and got an appointment Thursday). They were all so kind and friendly. When I picked my dog up, she was the softest I have ever felt her. You could tell they did an amazing job making sure her coat was clean, her nails were cut, and that she was taken care of. Hands down the best grooming my dog has ever had. I highly recommend. I will definitely keep coming back.

This place is great. I used the self serve wash. I had to wait a bit but I feel like that is expected since there aren't appointments. They had a all of the supplies I needed from brushes to shampoos and multiple towels. They also have a bunch of toys and dog treats. My only complaint is the person at the front desk was obviously doing wayyyyy too much and there was rarely someone at the desk to help, the phone was ringing constantly and clients were stacking up in the waiting room.

I do want to say that she was moving fast and was extremely professional, this is not a complaint on her but maybe just the fact that there needs to be another person at the front desk. Overall I would definitely recommend.

This was the first time I've ever used a daycare. My new puppy and I drove from Cheyenne early to drop off at 7 AM. It was was quick and easy Everyone was so welcoming. Both Bella and myself were at ease. She left a wagging her tail happy and tired. We look forward to coming on Wednesday! Thank you so much.

I use the self-wash stations semi-regularly and had my dog fully groomed by staff at the Dog Pawlour last spring. Staff is friendly and very helpful, and the waist high tubs, supplied grooming tools and high power dryer in the self-wash suites are hard to beat! Plus the toy selection in the lobby is always a hit with my pup - I always let her pick out a toy ahead of her bath (spoiled much?) that she receives when she gets home. We'll be back!

I took my 11 month old Newfoundland here today to use the self-serve wash. The staff was super friendly and got us in right away. The facility is clean and nice-looking and the self-serve suite was big enough even for my big dog! They provided brushes and towels, the water pressure and temperature was nice, and the blow dryer was amazing! We were there for 1.5 hours (he's shedding his puppy coat AND blowing his summer coat right now) and it looked like my dog exploded in there. Seriously, it was bad. Also, we broke their rake. And they were really, really nice about it. Thank you for letting us destroy your self-serve station so my dog could be clean again!

My dog Moira is a rescue and the staff was so patient with her, especially Zoe. Unfortunately we are unable to go to daycare at the moment because I have an older dog in fragile health and I worry about Kennel Cough or other illness spreading between my dogs, but we hope to go back when we can in the future.

I could not recommend this place enough. I used the little hoodie they provided to cover his ears and protect his face. I don't think he's ever been this calm during grooming before. I walked in without an appointment and had no wait, and a staff member named Claire showed me how everything worked and mixed up a custom shampoo and conditioner.

They had 3 different brushes, aprons, 2 towels, a face cleanser, the hoodie, a SUPER powerful drier, and 5 doggie perfumes to pick from. I couldn't believe how fast the drier did my dog's double coat. The prices were a lot more reasonable than I thought they'd be, the self service is only $20 for unlimited time in a private grooming suite (every other self-groom I've been too had time limits).

I also added a few treats for a reward after grooming and an extra $15 to have a professional trim his claws. Overall, this place is wonderful and I would recommend it to any dog owners.

Great place to get my chihuahua's nails trimmed. Efficient and friendly service plus loads of items for sale: treats, toys, leashes, halters. Just a great vibe in this place!

We LOVE the Dog Pawlour! We have been taking our dog there for grooming for almost 5 years and are always happy. Really nice, responsive staff.

We brought our two dogs here to do the self dog wash. The first lady who helped me seemed like she did not want to be there and had no sense of urgency, which is fine but it took forever to even get our dogs in there and many people were waiting for a long time. The self serve dog wash was fine, it just seemed like the shampoo and conditioner were way too watered down to do much, and seemed like one way to cut costs. Haven't gotten any dogs groomed so I'm not sure how they are with grooming, but probably better places in town to get your dog washed yourself.

Customer service is not a strong point. Staff is rude and not professional at all. I took my dog in to use the self service wash and to look around the store. Staff working was too busy chatting amongst themselves and didn't approach us to explain how things work. They seemed unwilling to provide any assistance as they were too busy gossiping. The manager Molly was present as well and she was talking about personal issues. Needless to say I won't be back.

I have a pretty reactive red heeler. She HATES having her feet touched. Unfortunately, she still needs to get her nails trimmed from time to time. The dog pawlour has managed to do it twice, even when her vet couldn't. Prices are very affordable and the staff are always very friendly. I like their little shop too. They have a lot of fun products you usually wouldn't see anywhere else. This place will have my business for a long time for sure.

6 months later and my dog is still traumatized. Please don't make my same mistake - stay away.

I really like how they have a gate at the front of their store. They were awesome with our nail tries even though one of my dogs is a pain to do! All of the associates that I talked with were very nice and helpful. I use to go to krisers, after they let go of my groomer and the manager is awful, I am so happy I found a place that is even better! I will be going here from now on

This was our go to groomer. We have been through several owner changes. We went last week and will will never, ever return. My dog, who has been groomed a lot over the years, was cut in several places by the groomer. While i know that can happen, you would expect them to tell you about it. Not a word. Left it for me to discover. I had a friend who had the same experience and I thought she was crazy but now that I see it for myself I won't return. Too bad. This was a great business

We took our dog in for a self-wash and were so impressed by how welcoming and high-end it all was. We used to go to Petco for the self-wash, but we are going to go to the Pawlour from here on out!

Took my client one Saturday as a walk-in for an overdue toenail clip and they treated him fabulously and efficiently. Good prices.

Just brought my terrier here for a bath and grooming for the first time, and they did an awesome job. Prices are reasonable. Appointments are usually about a week out (which is a good thing.they're busy for a reason). Staff was really friendly. You get to meet the groomer who will be taking care of your dog to make sure everyone is on the same page, so that's always nice!

Brought the dogs in for a nail clip And the ladies working were awesome! Super kind and my dogs instantly felt safe. They haven't always had successful nail clippings (get too nervous & the big one turns into a bucking bronco & the little one potty's everywhere). None of that :) thank you!

What a pleasant surprise! After moving here from South Florida (where I bathed my dog outdoors), I tried a big box store groomer for Cooper. I wasn't at all happy, so asked my neighbors via Ridgewood Hills community Facebook page for recommendations. This place was recommended, and I then read all Yelp reviews. Just brought a very Happy Cooper home.

I had told Kelsey I thought someone had abused him with water before we rescued him, so he may be shy with water. Cooper is an 80# Catahoula love pup. They asked if I wanted a bandana. I said no way he'd let them do that! Cooper came out with Kelsey happy, wagging his tail, AND in a cute bandana! He was so clearly treated well. He wasn't even trying to rush out the door!

I loved this place so much I asked if they're hiring, as my daughter in law Amanda is job hunting and great with dogs! Wouldn't suggest it to her if I wasn't so totally impressed! I will definitely be a regular customer.rather Cooper will be! Thanks so so much for taking such excellent care of him!

Kelsey is amazing. My dog always looks like a king! Make sure you book before you really need it because they are usually one week out.
