********I absolutely LOVE Indian Tree********* The moment you walk in the front doors I promise you will have a great experience! The front desk staff always greet me with a friendly smile. Dr. Hendricks always takes his time with my animals and hears all of my concerns. I'm also impressed that he gets down on the floor to meet my animals at their level to make them feel more comfortable. I always leave knowing my animals had/have the best care! I've already recommended several of my friends to Indian Tree and will continue to do so!

I have been with Indian Tree since my oldest dog was just 8 weeks old. The staff there is amazing and they are amazing with my two pups. They've seen us through so much. I recommend them to everyone I know that has dogs. I wouldn't trust my pups care to anyone else

I have been taking my Gemma to this vet since she was young and I cannot say enough good things about them. They always understand when I have a concern about the cost seeing as I live pay check to pay check and they always do what they can to make the visit affordable for me while still taking great care of my dog. They are insanely reassuring to the humans when they need to be.

If I am in an emergency situation and they can't see her right away, they are quick to give me good references in my area. I will never take my girl anywhere else! Thank you Indian Tree!

I moved here a few months ago, tried two other vet's, and have been searching for an excellent vet. I guess I could say I'm lucky in a way it was my third try and that was Indian hill. The staff was beyond professional helped me in and out with my dog. They diagnosed my dog and finally she is getting the proper medical treatment. I would truly recommend Indian Hill if you truly care about your beloved pet as I do.

So far they've handled my cat well and I am very happy with their service. Very orderly, organized, and clean place. Vet techs are amazing and so are the vets that I have dealt with. My cat is healthy and hasn't had an emergency or sick visit yet. I did take away a star because this place is super expensive, however I have pet insurance that covers most of the cost of what the bill would be. I'm happy having them as my vet and feel pretty confident about my cat being their patient if he were to get sick or injured.

Would not recommend taking your dog to this vet. Been going to them for over 4 years. They said my dogs needed a vaccine when they just received it. Tried to over charge me multiple times. Had an emergency appointment set up for one of my pups and they canceled when I was on my way, didn't even care or ask how my pup was doing just canceled in last minute knowing it was in emergency.

Don't know why they would set up appointment if they were going to cancel. Not professional at all. Had to change vet doctors in same building because I caught vet pulling my dog by neck to get in back to give her shot. Horrible experience for my dog and me. Just wanted to warn everyone, my dogs are my family and should be treated the same as I am.

Cost of the visit was outrageous. I was going for an evaluation and suddenly was dropped a bunch of charges for things my cat didn't need. I love my cat so I did anyways. According to this hospital my cat has hyperthyroidism and was given medicine that made my cat constantly vomit. So they recommend an ear application and a lot of my cat's hair fell out and never grew back.

They never made me aware of the possibilities of the side effects. They're final suggestion was to remove her thyroid after all they did with her and the money it cost. I would not recommend this pet hospital!

They took great care with my pup that was not acting like himself. They treated him and myself with empathy as they performed tests and decided on next steps. I was grateful they were able to see him so quickly for my piece of mind.

Recently adopted a rescue puppy and had our first intake with Dr. Hendricks this past weekend. Very happy with our experience. The vet tech and Dr. Hendricks were both wonderful and made my VERY nervous puppy feel right at home. He has been through a lot these past few months and I appreciated how comfortable they made him. I also was blown away when I got the bill and saw that they waived the visit fee because he was a rescue. That was just a really nice gesture and shows you the kind of people they are. Thanks ITAH!

I couldn't be happier with Indian Tree Animal Hospital! They helped us when we recently lost our beloved dog and gave us all the time and information we needed to make a very difficult decision. When we brought in our new rescue dog for a health check, the vet was so helpful and nice. The ladies that answer the phones are so helpful, too!
