We were so happy to welcome our new fur baby (from Animal Kingdom) into our home in June. Lexie was super helpful, very professional, efficient, and a staunch animal lover. The price was pretty high but we are totally in love with our pup. She's smart, sweet, and so funny. We can tell she's going to be a great addition to our family (Her big sister already loves her too). Thank you Lexie!

I don't trust it whatsoever. these dogs are in small cages, like what you'd see a cat in when you walk by the cat area at pet smart, and i don't mean tiny puppies i mean like teenage dogs, young adult dogs. and it was mid afternoon and most of them were on their backs looking exhausted and sedated. it could be fine, but there are MUCH better places to get an animal from, like a shelter for example, a humane shelter.

I got my frenchie from here just have to say all the staff member where very nice and was helpful and Kendall was the one that helped me and hands down the best thank you very much Kendall for the help

Took our pup for follow up on Giardia and still positive. I'm so disappointed. Kennel cough still there hoping he gets better. We had recommended Animal Kingdom to my BIL whom went in to AK and actually purchased a labradoodle. I wish he hadn't. I don't recommend this place at all. Sorry AK.

My partner and I traveled to Arizona for Christmas & we walked into Arizona Mills mall. I instantly fell in love with the store and the puppies. I ended up walking out with my shih tzu! Lexi was the woman that helped me and I'm so grateful for her service. The price is pretty high but it's such an investment in the long run. They provided me with his vaccination records, breeders information, his family tree and photos of his dog parents.

He was also microchipped and neutered! They have little rooms for privacy incase you want to bond with a certain puppy. Even though the price was high I have a peace of mind knowing the puppy I purchased is healthy and well socialized with other pups and people!

Every time I've called to get info about a pup, I was told the pup was sick and couldn't go home for "days to weeks". This coming from a many different locations over the span of a couple years. They also charge ridiculous prices, twice as much than you would pay for a healthy pup from a reputable breeder with a health guarantee, AKC, DNA.etc. I wish I would've just gone straight to the breeders, wouldn't have wasted 2 years trying to add a new baby to the family.

I loved this place. My boyfriend and I got our first dog here and it was the best experience. Nick was so nice and made the process so easy! The place wasn't messy and the animals weren't sitting in there own poop like some other animal places I've seen. Prices are a little high but totally worth what you're getting. Definitely recommend coming here for your future pet!

So late in posting a review but this place is effin great! I swear I was never a dog person but man this place has definitely changed my mind. I was out there vacationing and ended up coming home with a puppy! Thanks to the help of Freddie and the other lady, for it's been so long and I forgot her name but she was pregnant! I hope she's doing well too!

They took the time and even stayed past closing hours to make sure that I was positively sure I was making the right choice. But I finally found a puppy that I love be and adore. Not gonna lie it's a little pricey but you get to spend time with them before you buy and I definitely made sure I got the right puppy that is a fit for me and my family! Thank you guys so much I super appreciate it! Without you guys I wouldn't have gotten my precious Kneesaa!

My husband and I just purchased our Aussalier puppy from the Arizona Mills location today and we couldn't be happier! In 2019 we purchased our Yorkie from the San Tan mall location (Puppies N Love) and that was also a wonderful experience. So far the pups are the best of friends! The sales associates are very helpful and friendly. Puppies are well socialized and assimilate easily into 'home life'.

A lot of people like to balk at the price of the puppies, but I consider it an investment in the years of companionship that you get. Overall, my husband and I are super happy with the experiences we've had at Animal Kingdom/Puppies N Love and will gladly be back!

My family was staying in Mesa for Labor Day weekend and when thinking what to do we decided we needed a puppy fix. My grand daughter needed a dress for her band practice as well so we decided on Arizona Mills to shop. We went in Animal Kingdom not expecting so many puppies. Certainly full filled our puppy fix. Had been looking for a small breed puppy for a couple of years.

We had recently lost our Zoe of 14 yrs. From the moment we went in the store the staff was just wonderful. A happy place to be. I had other ideas of a puppy store and the fear of horrible puppy mills. We spotted a little cavipoo and decided to just see her, play and give her some snuggles, knowing how we have searched humane societies and rescue shelters, unable to find that little one that would fit into the next step in our transition to retirement and travel. Well, Rachel was our person.

So caring and understanding. No pressure! The only pressure we felt was the immediate love for this little precious puppy. She was the one I have spent 2 yrs looking for! Decision made, not spur of the moment! We have been searching so long! Rachel stepped in when we said she jumped straight into our hearts. Rachel began the task of information and paperwork.

It was amazing. The medical record, the breeder, the parents of our now Rosie. Lots of paperwork, not gonna lie. It is quite a process to add a new little puppy to your family. Not easy! We were serious. Adding to your family should be a little challenging. Not I'm buying because the puppy is cute, take the puppy home and realize you don't want to do the work of raising a new baby! One of the ways shelters are so full! Rachel you were so wonderful! Thank you for helping us through this process! Rosie is home now! Forever!

It's a small pet store inside a very busy mall, I can see why many animal lovers would hate this place. But we walked in & fell in love with our new member of our family Bubu Bear. After spending about a hour & a half, we decided to purchase him. We couldn't bare leaving him behind after bonding with him. Customer Serviced is o good, the kid that helped us knew a lot about the pets & was helpful.

Both associates stayed late after the mall closed to help us with the purchase. Only down side, is this is inside a very busy mall, hard to spend time with any pet here without other people interrupting. The prices are insanely high although pets as far as we can see are well looked after, fed, medicated & a schedule vet routine until they are bought/adopted. Also they are all fully vaccinated with proper paperwork. Also financing is available if it helps you in any way.

The cages are tiny and packed with more than one dog. It was heartbreaking to walk in, by the size of the cage I thought they were rabbits. The bedding they were on did not seem suitable either as the puppies were just eating the paper pieces. Fuck this inhumane money hungry place to every employee to manager y'all should all be ashamed. Go save a dog from a shelter

When my family and I visited the store, we did not expect to leave with a dog. However, we worked with the staff member named Chris at the Arizona Mills location. He was so honest, kind, and forthcoming with information. He helped us find our forever puppy. And it was truly meant to be! Thanks again Chris! He's an amazing employee and we found an amazing dog to call our own. If we ever return to get our puppy a brother or sister, we would love to visit this pet store and work with Chris again.

Bought a dashund Oct 2017. He has always been a very poor eater. He has 3 seizures in 3 years. The claims didn't want to acknowledge they were seizures, now they do with vet papers. Now they cant verify that he was born with them. Although my sister saw him have 1 about a week into us bringing him home. He had lameness in his leg when he was 2 had an XRAY and they found an extra bone in the spine.

The vet said the lameness in the leg could or could not be from a seizure, they didn't see it so they cant verify. There are no tests they can do to verify a seizure. DNA hereditary tests are not accepted either. Expensive dogs do not mean HEALTHY DOGS. We recently got him neutered, we were hoping to have 1 litter of pups since he has such a good temperment.

We love our dog and he is very well taken care of but has had expensive dr bills including overnight stays in the pet hospital due to seizure. Be prepared to go deep into your pockets!

I had the pleasure of being helped by Cyann and I could not have been happier. From the first time I called her store for just general questions, all the way to the actual adoption of our puppy, she was so helpful, kind, and patient. She not once made me feel like a bother. She was even able to provide me with such stellar service WHILE still assisting another family. (Which we did not mind at all!

Hello, I'm 11 years old and my parents and I went here to purchase a hypoallergenic puppy. They have very nice staff! We really appreciate Lisa B. for her kindness and flexibility working overtime to get the puppy! The puppy (Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier) had the sweetest personality ever! Unfortunately, shortly after purchase when we had our first vet check-up, we had a few alarming problems.#1 the dog had severely dry skin #2 more importantly, a parasite infection in his behind!

We saw him always biting himself (his butt more frequently) then, the dog began vomiting fleshy blood, So, we looked into taking him back. We were very concerned So, we talked with Lisa and she really helped us out. They are in the process of taking him to a Doctor. The doctor says that she thinks he has a upper respiratory condition probably following something else.

They said that they would update us if anything else is happening. This is extremely heartbreaking for my family and I, (especially as first time dog owners) we were completely attached to him like family. Overall, customer service was a 5, but a disappointing experience with the puppy's health. I don't think this is anything common, but just our experience. Lisa was awesome to work with and we are thankful for her. Thank you for reading!

Never leave reviews on places, but with Cyann from Animal Kingdom made it feel like we had to she is beyond AWESOME! We have never met a worker who is so genuine & outgoing! This woman made our visit to get our beautiful Peke A Tese puppy such a great fun time and literally answers any question you throw at her, she has been even more helpful since we took our puppy home, with advice, suggestions and literally anything in general. She's very easy to contact and gives you responses the day you ask!

If you are planning to buy a puppy from here we highly recommend you to ask for Cyann to help you out! She makes you feel confident and comfortable the whole time there! She's probably the sweetest and people person out of the whole staff! We are soo happy we met her and have her help! Honestly she's a blessing! Hope Animal Kingdom can continue to bring more workers on the field like Cyann she is the best example on how her job should be done! Thanks Cyann & Animal Kingdom!

Fell in love with this sweet baby and took him home with very clear instructions, references to vets, dog trainers, and emergency services too. Has a puppy pack too which I didn't expect but was super awesome!

Are you serious right now? I just got a new puppy, not even a week ago. He's about 16 weeks and was welcomed to our home. Not even 20 minutes ago did he have lunch, but his stool had BLOOD. I thought your puppies were healthy? I searched up the symptoms and he might have parvo. Thanks a lot AZ mills.

Really appreciated the efficiency of Tucson' s store employees. They were a great help answering our questions and assisting us in getting what we needed. We came from outside of Arizona to purchase our puppy. He, Archibald, is doing great and we and our extended family are crazy about him. Very kind and helpful staff! Tashena was extremely knowledgable about Wirehair Fox Terriers. We wouldn't have gotten if she hadn't talked to us about this breed. She was also patient with our millions of questions. Very happy with our experience. 2019 update- Merry Christmas from the pack!

Horrible place with overpriced dogs. I feel so sad for the puppies that are in there and live like this. Please go to a rescue and do not spend your money here. Their pens are constantly dirty and smell. I am so sad for the puppies that get sent to these kinds of stores

Walking in here truly made my heart break! So many puppies of different breeds in the same play pen legitimately biting each other meanwhile the employees are paying no attention; just on their phones? I understand that puppies play and what not but not paying attention to what animals are where and which ones are actually getting harmed during "play time" is extremely essential and I really feel the pups here are not being properly watched. I pray that nothing worsens!

We went walking through this store today, the staff seemed nice, but the dogs are not in the best condition. I saw earmites, dry crusty dog noses, panting scared dogs, and unfortunately non of these dogs are rescues. Really was wondering if these all came from a puppy mill.

HORRIBLE MANAGERS. you have the worst company in the pet industry. your store manager is a crook. im going to report him. hes telling people to hold puppies that you need to get a loan but you can still pay cash later, but then i get an email saying that im going to be penalized by hundreds of dollars for paying cash. I DIDNT WANT THE LOAN! I wanted to pay cash and he is a crook.
