If it wasn't for Home Sweet Home we'd be sunk. We have a challenging rescue dog and Amy is very patient and kind with and to her. HSH is the only care our dog will allow to care for her. And we love the communication we get. HSH responds quickly to requests and visit updates. We have been clients for five years and wouldn't try anywhere else. Thank you!

Bethany and her team are absolutely amazing! They took care of our two furr babies for 5 days. Amy and her team are just the greatest! My husband and I have been going away for several multiple-week vacations now to be with our families overseas, and have left the care for our cat, Grus, in their competent hands. The daily photos and cute stories about how our Grus is doing has quickly became a highlight of going on vacation. Btw, Amy is THE best pet photographer - we now have some of the best photo of Grus thanks to her.

Everything is always so thoughtfully executed by everyone, and they follow our many instructions to the T. Going above and beyond, they keep an eye on the house and notify us if something seems off. Overall, knowing that they are around and that Grus really like their visits, it does no longer feel so bad to go away and leave Grus "behind" because we know he is better where he is at and will be so very well taken care of. That is such a big relief for us. Cannot recommend HSM Pet Care enough!

We were so nervous to leave our sweet fur baby and Aileen at Home Sweet Home was absolutely amazing! There is no way we'd leave him with anyone else except HomeSweetHome. They gave us twice a day updates by email with pictures and we were able to have a nice week away knowing our buddy was so well taken care of!

Home sweet Home has been taking care of our pups for the past 3 years and I can't say enough great things about this team. We absolutely love them and a couple of my coworkers now use them because they are the best! We use them for daily walks while we are at work as well as overnight visits if we head out of town. They have always been so wonderful with our 4-legged kids and truly care about them, like they are their own pups. They are professional, trustworthy, caring, attentive, and keep us informed on everything with our pups! They are truly the best of the best!

I have used Home Sweet Home since the summer of 2015. They are unbelievably reliable, professional, trustworthy and experienced with handling my 2 crazy felines! I'll admit that I am a crazy cat lady and HSH accommodates all of my quirky requests.happily! The staff is so very kind and they keep your mind at ease with electronic updates AND photos! We've used HSH for cat sitting during out of town trips. We could not be more pleased with the quality of service and their attention to detail. They keep track of the many persnickety details of our cats' care. They even brush their teeth and hide treats for them throughout the house to dispel the cats' boredom. Communication with HSH is easy, and they respond promptly. This is a thoroughly professional operation, and a caring one too.

Home sweet home is the best. We have been using their daily dog walks for a year and a half. Very reliable. Can schedule/cancel through the website, which tells us which walker is coming and the time of their visit. They upload and email a link to puppy photos and a written update everyday. And the dog walkers are the best. Special shoutout to Aileen (who chased some squirrels out of our living room) and Mara (who soothes our energetic puppy with her magic touch). Highly recommend!

I have always had good care with HSH! They are responsive and helpful and send pictures of our pets when we are away. I have found them to be very good with our pets and responsible. I would highly recommend using them!

We only used HSH for a few months but they provide an excellent service. The online tool to schedule and cancel appointments is so convenient. I also love the pet journals they email after every visit. I know it must take a few extra minutes of their day but gives a lot of comfort to the pet owner! They were 100% consistent and paid great attention to our dog. They are priced a little higher than what we have paid in the past but they do a great job!

When HSH takes care of my pets, I never worry. Chris seems to channel Cesar Milan and has managed to connect with my dog who typically trusts NO ONE outside of family. And miraculously, he's helped connect Austin with other dogs and people. My kitties are also wonderfully cared for. And I love that I get photos of everyone texted to me daily.

I can't say enough about Chris and the staff. We were in a bind as our prior service left us with no notice. We were able to meet and interview quickly so that we had coverage right away. Our dog is a rescue and a challenge which HSH is willing to take on. They were even able to suggest a trainer that deals with aggressive dogs and clueless owners. We have been with them for a year now and could not be happier. You can trust your pet with them like you would trust a friend or family.

I have used Home Sweet Home (HSH) Pet Care on quite a few occasions over the past few years. I have not had any complaints about their service or follow through, but what prompted me to write this review is in part due to the improvements that I have seen in the organization of the company as they have grown and also on account of the continued excellent service I have received from everyone there, from the pet sitters right up to the owner.

This is a well-run and honest venture that charges reasonable rates, has transparent policies, and makes every effort to take care of your animals proactively. It bears repeating that this is a gem of a business, providing a high-quality service at reasonable rates.

Had been good about flexible scheduling, but be wary as I've found on more then 1 occasion they would walk my dog for LESS THAN HALF the time I bought. Its a bit deceitful to pay for the longer walks only to find they would walk my dog often for not even the minimum 15min time especially when paid for twice that. I feel a bit robbed by these guys and sorry for my dog whom I had initially thought was getting the long walks that he needs.

These guys are awesome. I never have any concerns when I have used them. They eliminate all kinds of stress, frustrations that you may get with other services. When I book an appointment, I know my dog is in good hands and will be well taken care of!

Home Sweet Home is the best! My wife and I recently traveled to Europe and needed somebody to look after our cat while we were gone. The service we received from the people at Home Sweet Home (HSH) Pet Care went above and beyond our expectations. The people who operate this family owned business are both extremely professional and very down to earth.

To start, the owners came to our house for a free consultation to meet us and meet our cat, to establish a level of comfort and make sure all the logistics would be fine. We really appreciated the time they took to come meet our pet and us before the first visit. We loved the fact that upon each home visit, we got a personalized e-mail as well as a picture of our little guy!

It gave us a great level of comfort that not only was our cat getting what he needed but that the people looking after him actually cared. When we returned, our pet area was cleaner than when we left and we could tell that great care was taken with our pet and with our home. We don't have a good frame of reference for pricing for pet services but we thought the cost of the pet visit was a steal to begin with and then when we saw the high level of service, we could not have been more satisfied.

Finally we were impressed with HSH's credentials, they have a long list of referrals and are fully insured / bonded etc. For such a small family owned company the service was really first class. We know HSH would be perfect for your pet care needs. We did not use them for pet supplies but they also have an online pet store (I think they might deliver for free if you have in-house pet services) which could be convenient.
