Cassio Kennels

This is my third time using Casio for boarding. The people here are super friendly and welcoming. My dog has come home in perfect condition every time she has stayed here and I can't say that about every kennel she has stayed at. I would definately recommend Casio for your furry family member.

Our pup had a great stay at Cassio Kennels! He will definitely be back; and in fact we have already made a reservation for him during our summer vacation. Thank you to all the staff for taking such great care of Sam!

Sophie always looks forward to her vacations at Cassio and smells and looks wonderful when we pick her up! She is old and they take very good care of her, we don't worry when she is there!

Always treat my dog as if it was there own. Quality grooming and boarding. Highly recommended

We love taking our girls to Cassio. We have been going there for years. We currently have a Morkie and Llasa-poo and both love it. It is a joy to see them running in when we drop them off.

Our new puppy was enrolled in the puppy and the obedience classes, and we both learned so much. She was also boarded at Cassio for the first time, the staff loved her, she was well taken care of.

We took our dog for a grooming at Cassio and our pup came back not only looking horrific but the dewclaw was also clipped off. The groomer did not mention anything which is shocking since it would be hard to miss something like this. We had to schedule a procedure to get the rest of the dewclaw removed due to the accident. The owner also refused to provide a refund saying the dog was technically "groomed". If you look at the pictures, you could see the terrible cut. We are shocked and disappointed to see the treatment here. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I just moved to the area. Cassio was recommended by the vet. Called them up. Was able to being my dog in for a trial run (overnight). She did great! I was leaving for my trip on a Thursday morning. Monday night I had to being her to the emergency vet (NOT related to her being there overnight the week before). The staff at cassio was more than willing to give her her medicine for the duration of her time there.

I was worried that they wouldn't be able to give her meds. I left her for the duration of my time away (about 4+1/2 days). They were all wonderful! When it came time to pay, I was expecting a much larger bill than what it came to. So, I was pleasantly surprised. I would definitely take my dog there again!

Although there are several boarding facilities much closer to us, we always board our two dogs at Cassio kennels 35 minutes away. Cassio is consistently great with our pets, and both luc and Kobe walk in like they own the place. The caregivers there are truly caring and remember the dogs from visit to visit. They are also very attentive to their dietary needs and follow through with any special directions. Highly recommend!
