On the Spot Dog Training offers years of experience combined with a genuine love for dogs and their families. They have been knowledgeable and exceedingly patient, as we the owners, are trained and our dog learns how to respond to what is being asked.

We had an amazing experience with our rescue German Shepherd. She had reactivity to certain situations and they helped us learn tips and tools to curb it. In many ways, she's like a different dog now! Highly recommend!

Lisa is one of the most thoughtful, punctual, and effective professionals with whom I have ever worked. She and Lanie were able to train our out-of-control 1 year old maniac of a dog into a true "dream dog". Seriously. Andy was just about to break us. He was barking at us constantly for attention. He would dart out the door at the first opportunity and make us chase him around the neighborhood.

He would jump on any guest that came into our home. He would swipe items from our closet and eat them. He refused to come back inside when called. Other than biting or being aggressive, he had just about every bad behavior a dog could have. After completion of the Dream Dog program, Andy is now the best little buddy a family could have. He still has his spirit and joy, but he is unbelievably disciplined.

He comes immediately when called, no matter what he is doing. He will walk beside me (even off leash) in any setting. I can even take him to busy public places (like Lowes) and he will stay in a down position with people walking everywhere and not move until I release him. When guests arrive, he sits politely until told to greet them. He never runs out the door.

He only barks when appropriate. Despite all this great obedience, he still has a great spirit and loves to play, fetch, run, wrestle, and do all the wonderful things that make dogs happy and fulfilled. Andy is truly a dream dog. Both Lisa and Lanie are always punctual with their visits. They are never late. They coordinate with your schedule when things go awry (i.e. sick kids, etc).

She communicates very effectively. She meets with you once a week and "trains the owner" which is VERY helpful. I can say absolutely nothing but good things about Lisa and On the Spot Dog Training. I knew nothing about Lisa or her business before finding her on the internet. I searched countless web sites, videos, reviews, and personal references and just could not find anything I felt would get us to our goals. Once I met Lisa, I knew I'd hit the jackpot. Without reservation, I would recommend Lisa and Lanie for any family looking to take their dog to the next level.

Lisa was great and made sure the basics were taken care of. My dog was biting us and she helped to get her to stop and behave when guest arrived. It was amazing how much my dog learned in a short amount of time. I would recommend her to anyone.

Lisa and Lanie got our bernedoodle puppy on the right track for having great manners and being the perfect family companion. We would absolutely work with them again and HIGHLY recommend the "Dream Dog" training program. So many friends comment on how far our dog has come in having wonderful manners. Lisa was a wealth of knowledge as we troubleshot those first few weeks with a puppy. All of the trainings offered are worth it! Get off the fence and do it!

We loved our time with On the Spot! Our trainer, Lisa, was professional but fun and our dog, Bowie, responded extremely positively to her and her instruction. She broke training topics down and spoke with us in ways that helped us understand how to communicate with our fur kid better. We're pretty sure our dog Bowie has bouncy balls for brains but she made training him look easy and helped is feel hopeful for our future with him. Thanks, Lisa!

Lisa was great in helping us get started on training our covid puppy. He was a much bigger dog then we expected so some of the behavior issues he had felt a lot bigger because of his size. She was great with communicating and showing us how to manage some of his changes in behavior. Not to mention our pup loved when she was over and training with her. We have started to really get to enjoy our dog.

Best training you will ever receive. I TRULY LOVE THEIR WORK! I have two dogs my first, Dex, is a Canine Good Citizen he's done three levels of obedience and some agility. Dex is now training to be a therapy dog which is very amazing because when we first received him he would not let anyone touch him and through on the spot dog training we learned how to make him more social and now he cannot wait for people to pet him.

I can truly say on the spot dog training is the best group of people for this job. They understand all aspects of the dog mind and guide you to understand it too. They offer multiple class including in home training. Their prices for classes are very fair and you receive so much for how low the prices are. I have been working with them for about a year and I love it. My second dog has just started classes and I already see improvement!

I am so happy I found Frankie and On the Spot dog training. I enrolled my rambunctious 9 week old puppy and she has been learning positive behaviors at that young of an age. I am so happy that I did and will be taking her to more courses once this session ends. People are surprised that my fur-baby already knows some commands and it's making my life easier with a pup!
