Nancy Crane's Family Pet Care was started from the "Ground Up" in 1960. Over 50 years later, we are still family owned and operated. Our staff is trained to give you and your pet exceptional service and care. We are proud of our beautiful 114 room indoor and outdoor boarding kennel and lovely cattery. With over half a century's years of experience, we have developed boarding care and extra services that have consistently exceeded the expectations of customers and their pets. Our grooming and retail sales have been developed to round out our family pet care services.
Services
We have been bringing our pets to Nancy Crane for the past 10 years. They do a wonderful job of taking care of them while we are away. We never have to worry if they are being well taken care of and they are always very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Their facilities are clean and it's apparent that they take pride in the service they provide.
All PCSA members subscribe to and are governed by the following Code of Ethics. The PCSA Ethics Committee enforces this code and encourages inquiries should these standards not be met by a member. As a member of PCSA, I recognize that, in order to fulfill my obligations to the animals in my care, to my customers, to the pet care services industry and to my community, both my business and my personal life must be governed by honorable standards.
Our Staff takes pride in the clean, well maintained kennel and cattery. The inside runs are air conditioned in the summer and warmed with radiantly heated floors in the winter or your pet's comfort. The cattery is located in a separate heated and air conditioned building with windows for most units.
This has been a common complaint from our first time customers who have used other boarding services in the past. They say they do not feel comfortable not being allowed to go with their pets to their rooms. We've always wondered who wouldn't insist on seeing where their pets will be and what they are paying for?

This place is fantastic. I get my maltese groomed here, and they are so good with him. I gets very nervous in new environments and around new people, but they never have issues. They always take the time to talk to me about how i want him groomed, and i appreciate their detail. I haven't used the boarding services, but if they are anything like the rest of their services, I'm sure they are 5 star.

We recently needed to quickly board our german shepherd for a 20-day stay and were delighted with the care we received at Nancy Cranes. Owner Stephen accommodated our every need within an hour and our boy, Bruno, was happy & very-well groomed when we picked him up. Over the years we have taken all of our pets there. A total of four dogs and a diabetic cat. Our vet recommended Nancy Crane years ago when our cat need insulin shots daily and we were leaving on vacation. We feel completely at ease with the staff at Nancy Crane. They are wonderful and your pet will get great care. We wouldn't use anyone else! Love them.

Our Shelties, Bo and Benelli are groomed and boarded at Nancy Cranes. We never worry about them as the staff cares about all of the pets they watch. The pens are clean and doesn't even smell like a kennel. Grooming is great too! Our new Papillon joined our family and is already a handsomely, groomed little guy. Highly recommended.
