This is the first time I have used their service and will be the last. I paid extra for the furminator treatment and was very disappointed. When I picked up my dog loose hair was everywhere and when I petted him the hair came out just like before the treatment. There was no difference in the amount of hair he shed after the treatment compared to before.

Do not pay extra for this service. Update - the owner contacted me and was concerned about the service and my disappointment. He was very professional and I appreciate his concern. I amend my comment and state yes I would go back to Shakers Dog Wash. If you expect the Furminator to eliminate shedding, this it does not do, but I am hopeful this will reduce the shedding problem.

We have three dogs and we bring them all to Shakers for regular grooming. They always do a great job and take good care of our pups.

Staff was super friendly and helpful! My first time there and did the self service! Clean and had lots of soap options for different needs! So excited to go back!

We were at Shakers and the owner came up to us and told us we needed to conserve water because he was going to be really busy today. We are frequent customers because our dog has pretty bad allergies. We were rinsing our dog sir! He made us feel pretty uncomfortable as there was another customer waiting. Not our problem. We are a paying frequent customer! The girls who help are wonderful, the owner, not so much! We may not be back!

Steve was wonderful as well as the other staff. The quality of the equipment fir self wash is amazing. Ava Grace looks great and she was not stressed out by the process. I would highly recommend this place for self wash. We be back!

I have been a customer of Shakers Dog Wash for nearly 3 years. The groomers are the best! I have referred several of my friends to Shakers, but I received a call from the owner explaining my business was not wanted any longer. All because the owner cannot determine what fees are to be charged. When I questioned the inconsistency of the charges, let's just say I received the blow back from that.

I would pay anything for my pet to be properly groomed and cared for. Was also told my drive from my home to Shakers maybe a bit far so maybe I should go somewhere else. I want to say thank you to the grooming staff for a great job! Too bad the owner does not have the same business sense! If you have a set fee charge the fee and be consistent, oh and make sure your desk staff understands the fee structure as well. Great business poorly ran by the owner.

We LOVE Shakers! The staff are friendly and professional and do an excellent job with my wheaten's hair cut every visit. Affordable prices and friendly service!

We took our beloved black lab for a spa day and were greeted with a warm welcome! This was the first time we had taken our dog to a wash. The employee on the counter gave us a run down of how the self-service stationed worked as well as tips and tricks. There was complementary treats for our lab and a bandanna. The owner even came out to chat with us and showed us how to blow dry our dog's coat. Amazing experience, great people, awesome service.

Tubs were clean, staff was friendly and very helpful! In self-serivce, we cleaned our dogs in roughly 10-15 minutes, the setup made it was fast and efficient. Our doggies loved it The dog dryer is AMAZING, dries your dogs out in like 2 minutes.

We've used Shakers twice. Our dog is a rescue and while she loves people, she doesn't like to be "left" places. She's miserable at daycares and kennels, but she doesn't have the same issues at Shakers. The staff is very nice and our dog is happy after being there. It's pretty easy to schedule on line and you don't have to wait weeks to get in. They also have a self-service wash area if people want to wash their own dog.

The Shaker's staff loves their furry clientele, it shows. My dog hadn't been groomed in a while and needed some extra care. They bathed him and did his nails and literally worked miracles on his coat. When I picked him up he wasn't totally freaked out like he was at another chain pet grooming service. I highly recommend Shaker's.

We love Shakers! I had trouble finding a good place to have my long haired goldendoodle groomed and had bad experiences in the past. But at Shakers they are super professional, honest, and do an amazing job. We always leave happy and with a complimentary bandanna and treats!

Shakers was easy to book an appointment, quick to get my dogs in for some royal treatment, and best of all the dogs came back happy and clean! Definitely recommend!

I've got a big dude to bathe. and when he's overdue for some deshedding I come here. He loves his blowouts and I'm so happy there's a place to do it, so I don't have to make a mess at home.

I've been taking my dog Mick (an older - about 14? - Schnoodle) to Shaker's for the last few years. Dawn takes SUCH good care of him every time. But this week, Steve (the owner) and Dawn really went above and beyond. There was a big accident at my house this week on Sunday when Mick (who is ALWAYS under my feet) tripped me as I was coming in the house with a can of paint.

I went flying, the paint went flying - and got ALL over the living room, and all over Mick. What a disaster. I got much of it off as best I could (it was oil based primer - so a real bear). I emailed Steve who immediately called me back.and Shaker's does not have grooming on Mondays so he said to come in first thing Tuesday morning and Dawn would take care of Mick. She did an amazing job. I am so grateful. She is so gentle and caring with my little guy. I really appreciate the care and attention Mick gets there.

I have a Pittie mix who can be difficult to groom, especially when it comes to nail trims. I was able to walk into Shaker's and Jill took care of my dog's nails within 10 minutes! I helped hold my dog and keep her calm, and Jill did her nails quickly but gently. I'll return for a full groom.

Washing my big ol' dog is no small feat. Shakers scoops up my long legged camel and scrubs him up, clips his nails, brushes his stinky teeth, fluffs him up, and loves on him--all for $36. They know him and he loves going there. The kids at Shakers are just a wonderful dog-lovin' bunch. Great place. Sure beats scrubbing down my master bathroom after a giant dog bath mess!

We have a very large Bernadoodle puppy and we took him here today for the first time. The girls that work there are extremely friendly and helpful! Even though Finley is a puppy, he's nearing 70 pounds and the young woman working there offered to help us lift him both times! Very helpful. We also required several towels to dry and they were super quick to respond and most importantly.everyone there was smiling!

Excellent customer service and you can tell they genuinely enjoy helping with the dogs! We will definitely be bringing Finley back on a usual basis. So much easier than struggling with him at home.

I cannot say enough great things about Shakers and their groomers, both Dawn and Jill. They always do a great job on my big fur babies and are so kind about listening to my concerns and requests and following through. The facility is clean, everyone is so nice, and they have top notch systems with easy online booking, reminders and Apple Pay. I can't believe I forced other fur babies to endure the commercial pet store grooming in the past when this was right down the road.

Exceptional service. I called that morning & they fit me in. Not only were they good but they had a quick turn around. My dog was filthy & they shampooed her twice. They were very reasonable.

Dawn has baen grooming Carlie "Su", shih tsu, since she was one (1) year old -- she is NINE now -- give you an idea of how much we love using your facilities and your splendid groomer?! In another life, I was a groomer, myself, so I am a gtood authority. Dawn is a super special person.

Highly recommend! My experience at Shakers Dog Wash was awesome. The staff was super kind and helpful. I chose to do the "self dog wash", but the staff regularly checked in on me to see if i needed anything/help and explained the wash and dry area. They offer a variety of shampoos, although i brought my own to use. They have aprons to help protect you from the water.

They also do nail trimming and give you the option of which method you'd prefer for your dog, which is great. Overall a great experience and we will definitely be back. I recommend this place to everyone looking for a self wash station or grooming facility!
