Anderson Dog Works is in the business of dog training. The original instructors were Barbara Tollison, Jim Durrance and Jane Fink. Jane is now the primary instructor teaching all classes. The gentle positive methods initially founded by the staff are still applied today. Jane regularly attends lectures and seminars given by the top trainers and behaviorists in the world.

She understands each breed and how to handle them as an individual. When she does corrections she explains what she is doing and why they acting a certain way.

Jane (the owner) is extremely patient with young terrier puppies and that is what is needed. She knows her business when teaching.
