We signed up for their Beginner Obedience Class right before the world pandemic infiltrated our area. DTW was kind enough to let us join another class once we were comfortable enough coming back. Janet and Bonnie were very kind and patient with our wild puppy, something we truly appreciate! We also boarded her there recently and, I don't know what kind of magic they used on her, but she has been a calm, sleepy dog since coming home (definitely a positive thing!). I highly recommend their services and will use them in the future for boarding and hopefully more training classes! Thanks, y'all!

I was told when I dropped off my two furr babies that it was going to be one price then was charged something completely different when I picked them up, the girl at the front counter was rude wouldn't tell me why my charge was so high then they brought me out my dogs canned food when I gave them enough cans to feed my dogs twice a day there should have been no dog food remaining. I recommend if you love your dogs to steer clear of this place.

Did the 2 week board and train with our 1 year old pup Kiba and he came back acting so much better. Our trainer Cassidy did an excellent job showing us what he learned and what we need to do to reinforce his positive behavior at home. They are incredibly welcoming and professional and we fully recommend them for boarding or training

I enrolled my puppy in class paid 80.00 dollars for 4 sessions, and went twice and place closed because of virus and my puppy grew and got too big for me to handle so I had to find her a new home, when dog trainers closed, they should have give all clients half their money back since we had to stop classes. they don't give back money that is their policy I feel this is not a good way to do business They wouldn't let a friend finish up the other classes so I wouldn't have felt like I lost my money down the drain. poor business policy.
