I was heartbroken over losing a cat I had for 13 years. Checking the PAWS site led me to finding a 2 year old cat of the same breed, Russian Blue. A few days later I brought him home with me and he fits right in. I am so grateful that we have rescue orgs here where one can find and rescue kitties of any age. The people at PAWS were nice and the process was pretty easy. My heart is mending faster now that I have this new companion. Adopt, don't shop!

We were looking to adopt kittens and we found some we loved online. My husband and I got online, paid the $10 fee (which you have to pay before you can even look at the full application), and then started filling out the application. Everything was fine until we got to the box to check that says, ".If I fail to return the animal, I authorize PAWS to remove the animal from my premises without process of law.

I agree to waive all claims for trespass or damage." So basically they are making you sign a form saying that they can take your animal back anytime they want (essentially the animal isn't yours), and that they can trespass and do damage to your property. Why is anyone signing this?! Ridiculous. We went to the shelter and had a great experience. I just wish I hadn't "donated" $10 to this place.

Extremely racist they over profiled me so much I couldn't even look at the kittens while she let other white ppl just fine to the back now I find a lot of other ppl she's profiled just understand what your in for going in with tan skin apparently I'm not suitable to adopt for having tan skin smh BTW don't worry we will be bringing this to the city's attention I won't tolerate racism from some old boomer.

We came here to visit the cats and I had called an hour before asking if that would be ok and they said yes. We came and signed in, walked over to the cat room and immediately, Lulu told us we couldn't and was being incredibly rude about it. Me and all of my friends have had bad experiences with her. We asked another lady and she told us to wait for a volunteer to be with us and we can go in. We waited for an hour and left. Terrible service. Not sure I'm coming here again.

Picked up 2 Cattle Dog mix puppies. Staff was as Polite and caring. You could see the love and care for there pets.

Tried coming in to just hang out with the cats. I went in a few days ago and they let me hang out for a couple hours no problems and everyone was really nice. They close there office at 3 so we came in at 2 and they said they're closing and we can't see the cats til we're 24. We've been in 2 other times and they said we could come in latest 2:30. Nancy and Sally or Mary not sure were very rude.

Over what? It's a cat rescue it should have such better energy then it did today. The cats need love to. This was completely rude and unfair. Where is the customer service we're 19 and they talked to us like we are children when all we wanted to do is see some cats. Very upset this ruined my day. We were not planning on adopting! We just wanted some serotonin from the cats for 30 minutes! Other than that the cats are well taken care of and so sweet and the staff that were in last time were the nicest people.

I trust them to take real good care of my cat Snickers that I had to give up today. I am so sad but I couldn't take him on my move to Hawaii. I sponsored for him to be adopted, so if you can't afford to adopt him that fee is taken care of.

We brought home this sweet girl today and I couldn't be happier with the care and professionalism of the establishment. The owner and volunteers all seemed knowledgeable and it was obvious that they care about each animal. Thank you so much for Poppy. She is settling in wonderfully.

Went for a Meet and Greet with Beautiful Cinder! All was well, Everyone we met was caring, kind and polite! We adopted Cinder with no worry or hesitation! She's a Real Sweetie and We are all so Happy to be Home! Thank you so much, Lulu Hart!
