The Dog Wash is a full-service bathing, grooming, boarding, day camp, and training facility. Grooming dogs is our forte. We offer everything from a basic bath to the fanciest of show-dog quality hair cuts, trims, and shapes. We cater to your needs and your pet's, taking the necessary time to make certain that every dog-especially a dog that is new and unsure-is completely comfortable with whatever is being done.
All of the services and activities of The Dog Wash support your pet's maximum well-being. Our staff understands that even the healthiest of pets may need additional exercise or special attention that the most caring pet owner cannot provide alone. To that end, we offer fun ways for your dog to work off excess energy or pounds and expert administering of veterinarian-recommended activities.
Keeping your pet safe while you are away is one of our fundamental services; keeping your pet happy is our specialty. We work around the clock to make sure that our facilities are clean, comfortable, and safe for your pet. Our air-conditioned and heated state-of-the-arf kennel facilities accommodate pets of all sizes.

I've only had one experience with this groomer but it was excellent. I have a Fox Terrier. Correctly grooming that type of coat is a difficult tedious process. It's very hard to find someone that even does it. The Dog Wash does, and did a fantastic job. Scheduled my next appointment on the spot. Dog looks great.

The worst place ever for my fur babies. I called in advance and asked what it would cost to kennel her for the weekend and I was quoted on price and charge a totally different one. I also asked them to trim her nails for me and they charged me but never even touched them. As soon as I picked her up she was acting very schitish and scared. She never barks and is always on sweet.
But she has not stopped barking or going nuts since we picked her up. We know her bathroom habits and by the way she pot-tied after we picked her up they never took her out to potty all morning it is now the afternoon. I am extremely upset with how my sweet fur baby was returned to me. Please if you love your fur babies never bring them to this awful place.

Do not bring your dog here for grooming. This is the second time that I left simple instructions and they were not followed. We have a Havanese, and they cut his hair on his ears off down to the skin. I have had these dogs for 15 years and have never seen one's ears cut off to the skin. If it does not grow back, I will sue them. Once before they brought out a dog that was not mine, and insisted that it was. Trusting them, I started for home and had not gone a block before I realized that this was not my dog.
This place used to be number one, but management has changed and it is sub standard for the high prices they charge. The original owner was one of my wife's customers at Maison Weiss. It was great back then, but they now have people who are not qualified to groom a dog as it should be for the breed. If I could post a picture of the dog on here, I would. Never going back there again. They would not even answer my call because they knew how upset I was. No excuse for incompetence at these prices.

Do not bring your dog here for grooming. I left two simple instructions: pluck ear hair and leave eyebrows. They did neither. Furthermore, looks like they did a rush job. Took a chunk out of my dog's beard so that its uneven. Overall, generally sloppy job that I'm having to fix and even out myself. Instead of spending money here just buy clippers and do it yourself. That's what I have to do now anyways. They have zero knowledge on how to cut certain breeds. I mean, they didn't even google it!

Tuxedo, my standard poodle, absolutely LOVES to go and get groomed. Donna, the groomer, has a deep an obvious love for animals, and it shows. She notices things about Tuxedo, which means to me that she is really paying attention and cares for these animals as she grooms them. Well worth the money, and literally only 4% more than the local chain where none of the groomers ever smile and the dogs look concerned.
