It's not easy finding the right petsitter. I've tried several in the San Jose area, without satisfaction. Mark has been taking care of my kitties for over a year now, and I'm so impressed with his professionalism and his caring nature. He is refreshingly consistent and reliable. He does exactly what I request, and if anything at all is unclear, he calls me.
He responds quickly to email and texts and is never hard to reach. In addition, my house looks as neat and clean as it did when I left (I've actually had petsitters who rearranged my furniture, and who refused to clean up accidents). I would recommend Pet Planet for anyone who needs a good reliable, caring, professional pet sitter.

Pet Planet has been such a refreshing pet sitting service. We were so lucky to have found them because we refuse to have our lab stay at a kennel. He has some health problems and we felt like we could rely on Pet Planet to ensure our dog felt like he was at home and safe in their home. Mark always checks in with us and lets us know if our dog is doing well. I would highly recommend the service and feel it is much more professional than a boarding center.
