We adopted a cat from these guys and took it to the vet the next day and it needed a 1200$ surgery. they offered no help or direction on the situation.they offered our 50$ back for adoption fee or take the cat back but that isn't going to help.we already are attached to the little guy.they were very friendly but getting a cat that obviously needs surgery and adopting it out is bs

Ew they ok but they took my cat and tried to say he wasn't fixed after a almost 2 hour arumet and seeing he was fixed and in good health they still didn't want to give him up but after calling around my boys back home desperate what they said! Love your pets and don't let these people take them I have over 7 cats who I love deeply and they are wild and outdoors but I fixed them got them shots and feed them daily I just hope they leave us alone!

We drove one hour to see a pup we were hoping to adopt. I was able to make an appointment and they held the dog for my husband and I. The staff was so nice and helpful. Walked us to see the pup and the rest was history. We adopted him that day, took about an hour and a half in total. The dogs are well cared her and the people there care about their animals. We are so happy we adopted our boy and will come back to adopt in the future.

Horribly disgusting people work at this facility. I found the sweetest young female dog; but after being unable to find the owners and already taking care of three dogs I thought my only choice was to bring her here; one of the biggest mistakes of my life that still torments me. I dropped her off and 3 days later came in to see her; but was told that for a month they quarantined animals and nobody could see them.
I waited a month and called them and they said that the quarantine is only a few days. I had been looking at their adoptable dogs in the meantime and the dog I brought in never was put on the website. I went in asking what happened to the dog I brought in and they said their policy is not to tell us once we give a dog up. All I can think of is they killed a really sweet medium sized good looking dog that used to pull me close into her with her paws like she was hugging me and was so in need of making someone happy. The people at this shelter are a shameful waste of space. I had to give them a star when they deserve a box instead.
