It was back in 2006, when the company's founders, Karen and Jordan Gold, were walking their dog, Wrigley, one night with a lighted leash around downtown Sierra Madre, CA. My first order was a number of years ago when the site first opened. As a new dog owner at that time, I was impressed by the owners experience and very useful suggestions for my Shih Tzu. The Leash and Safety Harness get lots of use and hardly show any signs of wear because they are high quality and durable. My recent order was shipped wrong, the size of the product was incorrect, items I did not include in the order were shipped and some items I paid for were substituted with lessor products. Now the company is hiding from my inquiries. Their pledge of customer service is false. This has happened before and I thought is was a glitch. Now I see it is a pattern.
When you call the business and click for customer service they play "How much is that dogie in the window" twice (on my dime) before you get a recording that they aren't available. If you click "Live chat" it times out and does not work.

This store is a hidden gem. They are a Canine Concierge Store so you have to call the number for a private appointment. You can bring your dogs over and try on all of the harnesses and collars. The best part for my dogs was they came out and installed the dog harnesses and gave us a dog car safety check-up. I'd highly recommend them
