We charge by time, not service, which means that we can do anything you'd like within the time you purchase. In case our Pet Sitting services don't meet your needs, we have two other options with limited availability; we can stay in your home overnight or else you can privately board your pet at one of our team member's personal homes. A fantastic option to keep your furry friend protected from the problems that occur in traditional group boarding.

We have used dogs love running to walk are two puppies weeksville true. Dogs love it when the Walker shows up, she's very conscientious, the billing is done very smartly. My only downside is that they ask you to give to our window for your appointment time, that is she will be here between 3 and 5. I wish they could sign tune that just a little bit better. Otherwise they are a great service

Our dogs have been walked by the Dogs Love Running! team for several years now and we have always been pleased with the service. The walkers are wonderful with the dogs and the management service team is very response. The service is also very response to changes in scheduling and in walking our son's dog when she is staying with us. Great service which really cares for your dogs!

We have been a DLR client for almost five years now for our dog, a very active and energetic German Shepherd. While we've had a few different runners, we've loved them all and so has our dog. We are definitely THAT millennial couple who treats their dog like their child because well. she is our first born; With that being said, we were nervous about trusting just anyone with the task of walking, loving, and taking care of our sweet pup while at work. However, the moment I met Amy at our in-home meet and greet, my nerves were nonexistent.
After each walk, the walker leaves a sweet, detailed note about the walk, which is nice to come home to. Our walker evens brings in our garbage cans on garbage day. I will always recommend Dogs Love Running! because they never disappoint. They treat our pup like one of their very own.

We've been using Dogs Love Running for the past couple months now to let out our puppy during the day. We've had a great experience and I would highly recommend. We have the same walker every day so our puppy has gotten to know him. We receive reports every day which is always nice to know what they did for each visit. When we knew we were moving to Naperville and would need a dog walker immediately, I contacted a bunch of places. DLR fit the bill: 1-2 consistent walkers, daily notes, easy scheduling/payment, and reasonable pricing. Chris even came by on a Sunday to do a 1st visit. Our dog is very anxious around new people and had never had a dog walker before, but Chris is so patient with her and leaves detailed notes every day. It's such a comfort knowing our dog is in good hands!

We were leaving for Europe for 2 weeks, and the day before our flight, our dog sitter cancelled. After calling at least 7 boarding business, Heidi called back and and explained the in house option. We had never considered this option, but she was very reassuring. She came over that morning to meet our dogs and we felt very comfortable with this solution! Heidi was so great!
We did not worry about our dogs during our trip, and when we returned, our dogs kept looking out the window to see when their new friend was coming over to walk them! That shows how happy they were. Thanks Anna and Heidi!

Heidi and Brandon always give the best attention to my puppy Cooper and always look out for his well being. Amy and her entire team are just fantastic! As our dog got older, it was important that we had a great service to take care of him while we travel. Dogs Love Running immediately bonded with our dog and has taken fantastic care of him! They arrive on time, each time and are consummate professionals. Importantly, they lock the door and arm the house after each visit. Also, they leave a concise note as to how are "boy" did and properly fed him and gave him fresh water each visit. Dogs Love Running is the best! Whatever we've needed for our 3 girls they have been more than accommodating. We've done multiple short visits during the day and overnight stays and all have worked out splendidly. It gives us peace of mind to know that our dogs can stay in the environment they are most comfortable and, usually, with a sitter/walker who they are familiar with.

Getting a puppy and trying to sort out her care needs while I am at work, was very stressful. Dogs Love Running saved my life! Heidi met with me to make a plan and right away eased my stress! The dog walkers truly love dogs and leave me with a note each day with details about the visit. I could not have survived this critical time in my puppy's life without their help!

Our family has been using Dogs Love Running Naperville for 2 years and have been consistently happy with their service every visit. We have a high energy dog that has has really benefitted from the exercise he receives when we are away or not able to give him the runs that he needs. Everytime we leave our pet we know that he is in the best of care! Additionally, we've used their service a few times in last-minute situations and they are always so accomodating and try their best to work with us on a solution. This is the first time that we've used a Dogs Love Running and we will use them in the future without hesitation. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Don't be thrown off by the name, they also care for cats if you need them to. Our cat, Ziggy, is very low maintenance. He's a big guy and as long as he has his food and some TLC, he's happy. Heidi, the owner, came to meet us for an initial appointment to get the lay of the land and to meet our furry baby.
She review his history and was a pleasure to talk to. She obviously takes pride in what she does and wants to make sure her customers are comfortable with her team taking care of their home and furry family while they're away. Patricia was the person who actually came to check in on Ziggy. She said Ziggy was very happy to see her (she's right, probably because she was his meal ticket).
The best part was when we got home, there was a card on the counter with a report for the week. It had visit dates and notes about his attitude, health, and room for any concerns she may have had. The back had a great note from Patricia. Many of the other companies we checked into before going with DLR were either very expensive (way too expensive for a low-maintenance cat) or had too many rules and things they weren't willing to budge on. Heidi was very flexible and was able to meet our requests without a problem, and her pricing is very reasonable.
We trusted her and Patricia with our home and with Ziggy's care. We will use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for pet-sitting/exercise services anytime.

My wife and I have been using Dogs Love Running for almost four years now. They've never disappointed to provide our dogs with the best possible care. Visits are noted with cards, telling you how your dogs did on their walks or during the visiting / play time. The company is very willing to make special adjustments to suit your dogs' needs, be it delivering medications, feeding them, watering them, or even something as particular as playing with a "special" toy that the dog loves. Ownership is very personable. Heidi knows each dog personally and individually trains walkers by accompanying them to visit dogs.
My dogs *love* Heidi and the walkers; I've actually been home a few times for their sessions, and both of my dogs positively freak out as if a family member is coming over. I cannot recommend Dogs Love Running enough. It's a really well-run business, operated by people who are totally trustworthy, and who really DO care about your pet. They are completely deserving of your business!
