Can a father and son run a business without much friction? Well, so far it's working out very well. However, we do have one strict Division of Labor rule: Patrick does all the work and I count the money. Just kidding. Actually, without tripping over ourselves, we've managed to get things done despite quite a bit of overlap in responsibility. If there is a division, it goes something like this. I'm responsible for getting the orders and Patrick is responsible for making sure the product ships and you receive it in a timely manner.
