Creature Comforts

I have only good things to say about Creature Comforts! They always take such good care of our animals and go the extra mile whenever there's an emergency! I appreciate the Stewart's even more every time I take n the dogs! Such a good crew and very good people to have here and Waynesville!

Maxley seemed like she had a good stay, she actually looked like she had grown. The people who worked there were very nice. I called to check on Max a few times while I was on my Puerto trip and they informed me of Max's day. They also extended her stay as I was unable to get back when I was suppose to. Max even went up to the girl at the front desk to say goodbye!

A special thank you to Abigail for accommodating me when I couldn't make it back. This was our first time using a kennel and I'm so happy I chose this one. Thank you to all the great staff for loving Maxley! Sincerely Candy Martin

I just want to say I appreciate Creature Comforts looking after my dog Coco and my bunny stash. They took very good care of them while I was on vacation

My dad passed away suddenly and I had to go to Texas quickly. Creature Comforts took our Husky in last minute for us and had to stay 5 days. We picked her up today and she had the best time staying there. They treated her like she was their own and she loved it. We will absolutely be using them in the future. Thank you for taking such good care of our pup!

The staff at Creature Comforts were terrific! I had never boarded my babies before, one is almost 7 the other is almost 5 so I so worried about boarding the two of them. When I returned, after 3 days, they were happy to see me but were not at all sad or stressed, just happy go lucky as if they had been at home for those 3 days. I definitely suggest anyone needing this service, please give them a try. I won't hesitate to have them boarded there again.

I just absolutely love the owners, Jeff and Michelle! I took my pit out there to have nails done, bath, etc. When I picked him back up, that was the most handsome dog that I had ever laid eyes on! Not to mention, the price was very well affordable. I will continue to do business with them.

The Creature Comforts kennel and the staff are amazing! I will not take my dog anywhere else. She is excited every time I drop her off and is even happier when I pick her up. Their grooming services are wonderfully efficient as well.

Wow I used many kennels in my lifetime but this was the absolute best one ever. We travel a lot and always take our fur babies with us but sometimes when we're out I have to kennel them for a few days. I always worry but when I in this are this is the place. they were treated like royalty and had no health problems either. I highly recommend Creature Comforts for your babies as well. Thank you so much for such a great job. When in your area I will be using your services everytime.

I enjoy taking my grubby pup in for a bath and getting back a fluffy, clean smelling pup sporting a jaunty Christmas bandana! I also appreciate the careful measures they take for Covid safety, and their friendly and welcoming attitude.

We left our 3 dogs for 4 nights. One big dog and 3 fur babies (15 and 7 years old). We were very pleased with their care. CC gave meds and bathed them and trimmed their nails before we picked them up. We're taking them back tomorrow for another visit. I would recommend these fine folks to anyone!

Thanks for giving my dog a summer cut in November. To say the least, I'm pissed. Now I get to cancel a photo session for Christmas pictures scheduled for Friday. Thank you

Thanks to everyone at Creature Comforts, a week ago my family and I go to Catalootchee Ski resort, and didn't know what to do with my puppy"Nela", call them the day before and that is, they take care of everything, call my vet in Tampa, FL, get all my puppy information, and done. Next day take her for grooming and daycare, everyone was in love with Nela and treat her like a princess, thanks again for your help.

Thank you for all the times you took care of Cooper, he loved his time there! When he comes home he is so worn out from playing!(and he is a very active hunting dog). Cooper always came home clean and happy.

We love Creature Comforts. We especially love Ms Becky Franklin she grooms our furbabies. Would highly recommend them

We just love the new owners, Michele and Jeff. She worked as a vet tech for several years, so her knowledge and experience is invaluable. The hours have improved, the service has improved and we actually like Michele's grooming better. The prices have remained the same even though they are making lots of improvements to the grounds and the building. If it were possible I would add an extra star because a good business just got better!

We have had no problems with Creature Comforts, until today. We boarded our two dogs for a single night, and arrived at 2:15 to pick them up. We were charged two nights, as the pickup time is 2:00 PM. We were not told this, nor do I see it on the website. This should be explained at every drop-off. I just noticed the nightly rates aren't listed on the website either. That would help.

Interviewed 2 places to leave our dog for a long week end and this was the winner. The owners are young, friendly and nice. The place smelled CLEAN - always a plus when there are a lot of dogs around. I felt this was the best local place to board our dog and I was not dissatisfied.
