Owner (Bruno) and the staff truly care about all of their furry charges in every aspect! They meet their physical and mental needs, and really learn each animal's personality. The staff was busy washing the kennel stalls and giving prescribed medications to those pets under a vet's specialized care while we were meeting and greeting the cuties. Bruno matched us to the perfect dog for us. He took into account our needs and our dog's needs, setting us all up for a successful adoption and a happy furever home! Kora and her new family can't thank you enough!

Staff was great to work with. Dogs came back from a week-long stay happy and healthy. My one little guy was a bit homesick but we could tell that both of our dogs were well cared for. We will be back and thank you again for your hospitality!

We recently adopted a white german shepard and he's really nice but he just needs a home without another dog. We were told he was an adult dog but he acts like a puppy, he went potty inside the house multiple times and he chews everything. We were very upset to find he is terrible with other dogs he constantly bites our dog and shows his teeth. He thinks he owns the place and block our other dog from our path when she is just minding her business.

I was shocked by the conditions that the animals were being held in. I took a chance on boarding my dog at Eagle Kennel for a few nights, unfortunately upon my arrival I was immediately alarmed. First impression was a small, messy office. When taken to the back to see where my dog would be held, I was beyond shocked. I have volunteered at countless animal shelters and I've never seen conditions quite like this.

The room was extremely cramped, the dogs were loud from the office/ waiting area but in the cage area, the barking echoed and filled the room to the point that you couldn't even hear someone speak. They mentioned its usually quiet but even when we pulled into the parking lot the barking was quite loud. The cage that was open for my dog was a concrete slab with dividers and it was wet and full of mud or some grey substance.

There was a small hatch for the dogs to go out to a concrete run a few times a day. I was told he would not be taken out for walks or to play at all. He would sit in that cage until I came back to pick him up. The small dogs had it even worse, small cube, stacked cages. Very similar to what you see in a pet store. I assume they aren't taken out either and probably go to the bathroom right there in that small space.

I was very hesitant to leave him but I unfortunately didn't have any other choice. I picked him up two days later and he was very happy to see me. However, he was so dirty and smelled like urine and feces. Everything I had sent with him had the same smell (blanket, bed, toys). Two days later, my dog was sick. Sneezing, congestion and thick yellow mucus coming from his nose.

I had to take him to the vet and it was clear he must have picked it up from being in that environment. Its really a shame that this is how the kennel chooses to present itself. The family is very nice, I had no issues communicating with them but in my opinion the conditions were just unbearable. I really feel sorry for all the pets that are being housed there. I hope this is helpful for those looking to board at Eagle Kennel.

I could not be more impressed with the level of professionalism and the cleanliness of this kennel. Bruno knows dogs and handles them with love and respect. Having two large dogs here can be nerve-racking but he handled them calmly And professionally.

It was our first time boarding our dog there and we will never go back! Our dog was there for a little over a week and lost 12 pounds and got pneumonia. We were never notified that he was not eating or doing well. Very upsetting to come home from vacation and rush our dog (whom was covered in urine from another dog) to the vet for hydration, medication and the possibility of hospitalization. Not only was the cost of boarding and vet bills extremely high, the emotional stress on the dog and family took a toll. We will never go back.

I went there and helped out for a couple hours and saw first hand what they do and how they care for the animals there. They take such good care of them even the ones that aren't the nicest. I loved eagle kennel and the people there. It is owned by a family and their oldest son even works there and helps out. It is a great environment to be in.

Left our two dogs for one week while we were away on vacation. They claimed they were bathed and we were charged for it. Our dogs left there smelling like urine. This makes me wonder, were my dogs taken out or left in the kennel to piss and deal with it. After they were bathed at home we realized just how filthy they were. We also left them enough food for two feedings per day and half of it was returned.

On top of that we called five times and left two messages requesting a call back, none of the calls were returned. We will not return with our pets, if I cant even get a call back I definitely cant trust them with my pets.

We took both our dogs there for one night. They both came home sick with kennel cough! The manager never called me back when I called. I will never be going back to this place ever again. They obviously don't care about the animals, and have really bad customer service. The vet we go to even said that eagle kennel has bad service and they get a lot of clients that had their dogs boarding at that location with the same issue. Save your money and save your poor animals from getting sick!

If I could give negative stars I ABSOLUTELY. I boarded two dogs for a week and they both have been very sick since I picked them up. I called the kennel and the woman said, "well no one else got sick". My dogs went to the kennel healthy and they've been sick for the past 7 days. Also, both dogs were supposed to be groomed and one look at my Teacup Yorkie and it was obvious that she hadn't been groomed.

I had confirmed the appt with the groomer. I specifically called again the day before we were coming home to remind Eagle Kennel that both of my dogs were to be groomed and when I picked them up NEITHER DOG WAS DONE. That wasn't the most exasperating part - I was charged for grooming. When I saw they didn't get groomed I asked them to take it off the bill and they took one off and not the other? Finally they removed my other dog. Never, ever again!

What an outstanding kennel! I've been a customer of Eagle Kennel for years, but this last visit really knocked my socks off. I know there are fancier places where my two dogs can stay, but in my opinion, there is NO PLACE that cares as much as the team at Eagle Kennel does. My dogs always come home happy and healthy. And the fact that they are happy go to the kennel (for either boarding or the occasional daycare outing) means a lot to me.

One of my dogs was injured a week before our mid-June vacation. Not only was I worried about her injury, her care now included antibiotics twice a day, cleaning the dressing, tending the wound, etc. I knew Eagle would give pills, but cleaning dressings? OF COURSE! I left feeling reassured, yet still worried (because she's my dog!). But I couldn't cancel the family vacation, and besides Eagle has an agreement with the vets next door if needed (as well as my vet's contact information).

Well I shouldn't have worried. I received email updates and my hound came home happy (as usual) and healed in advance of the anticipated schedule, no doubt due to the excellent care and compassion she received during her stay. THANK YOU Eagle Kennel team. You guys rocked it. Readers, if you are thinking of boarding (or day caring - my guys love that treat) your pet at Eagle, please do.

You will not regret it, your pet will be happy, tired (in a good way), and relaxed. Now that my hound is completely healed, she'll be going back for day care (and probably a bath.she'd overdue!). Five star review, and recommended without hesitation!

We called Eagle Kennel to inquire about boarding our dog for 4 days while we were on vacation. No one answered the phone the 3 days in a row that we called during business hours. Twice we left messages as the voicemail requested saying someone will call us back. We never received a return call. We gave up and boarded our dog elsewhere.
