Love this place. Excellent value and I know I can trust them with my special-needs dog (blind and needs daily seizure medication). Hours are very accommodating. I wish they had a doggy cam or two, but it's more important to me that I can trust my pup is happy, cared-for, and safe.

Karen's k9 is very accommodating and my dogs have a blast there! They can even get a bath before they come home. The employees always have time to answer any questions about your dog's day or night! They are the best place to go!

Thank you so much to all staff of Karens K9 for amazing care of my 2 dogs while we were out for 8 days. I can't be more happy knowing that my dogs were fine and having fun over there. I requested for a bath to one dog before pickup and they did not charge it and gave it for free. What a nice bonus. You guys rocks!

My three dogs had a great time at Karen's! They were also groomed during their stay and look beautiful. Affordable and the staff was professional. No extra fees when boarding - the daycare is included!

My 2 dogs were so happy at Karens K-9 while we were away for 1 week. I was nervous especially for German Shepherd because it was her first time for boarding but she was so comfortable from first minute. Thank you so much to a staff. You did an amazing job to taking care of our dogs. We will be back for sure!

When we moved to Malvern several months ago we had already selected a dog daycare for our dog before we even moved. Our dog is our #1 priority and he knows it!. When we visited Karen's K-9 initially they stood out above the rest as caring, knowledgeable, and explained how they work to the very last detail. The other kennels we visited were just not very receptive and I felt as if I was imposing on their day (keep in mind we only visited (3) kennels, so this doesn't speak to all in the area).

And now that our dog is going we couldn't be happier. They know him and all his quirks, they give us updates if they see him behaving in an unusual manner (which means they are paying attention), and they always are very quick to retrieve and accept your dog when you show up. We have also had him groomed here and boarded him a few times. Excellent bang for your buck, and leaves you with the reassurance that your dog is being looked after while you are away.

Shopped around for a place to board my dog while we go away for a week. The one closest to me had just lost a dog somehow, so I wasn't about to use them. I found Karen's on an internet search, spoke with them on the phone a half dozen times, and eventually sent over the forms and brought my dog in to try it out. She stayed for two nights.

She loved it. She didn't want to leave! She made friends and enjoyed a more active playtime than she gets at home. One of the reasons we chose them was their all day play. We'll be bringing her back before we leave for vacation. And I'm sure she'll love it.

We have had a great experiences with bringing our pug, Gabby, to Karen's K-9 for boarding when we're on vacation. We've tried two other places, and Gabby hated going to both. And I can't blame her, she would spend pretty much the whole day in a cage with very short exercise breaks. At Karen's she's out running around and playing all day. Karen's has always been accommodating on fitting us in on short notice, and the staff has always been very nice. Great place.

Karen's was so helpful right from the start! We had to find a kennel last minute for a long holiday trip and they were more than willing to accommodate three dogs on short notice. They were by far the best price we received and the dogs could play all day long. Other kennels charge for play time.? I wouldn't even consider going somewhere else. On top of everything they reassured us when we called to see how the dogs were doing and were willing to talk. Karen's was super helpful and friendly, a true picture of customer service. Thank you! You have our business from here on out!

This place is horrible. I will never bring my dog here again. She has gone three times. Each time she comes home with diarrhea and is sick to her stomach. This last time when I went to pick her up she was covered in shit. They did nothing about it. Their response was I should wash her when I get home. Do not go here. Trust me.

Karens K-9 is great! Katie has a great time, is well taken care of and completed exhausted when we pick her up. Staff is great and care a deal about the care they give the dogs.

I have been taking my dog here for about a month now. She has only gone 3 times but she loves it. I have never seen her so excited to be dropped off before. The staff is very friendly. They remembered us after only one visit. I can't say that about the other daycare we tried in the area.

I've not actually let my dogs stay here because the conditions seemed deplorable. I walked in and there were dogs running around everywhere, no separation of different sizes. There was urine and other things on the ground, which I can only imagine dogs will be sitting/laying on. When i went inside for a tour I was greeted by more random dogs running around not crated. The smell hit me immediately. I would avoid this place at all costs. They are the cheapest doggy day care around, and there is definitely a reason. You get what you pay for.

I was staying at the Sheraton for few weeks with my dog in September. We tried Karen's on Yelp recommendations. Free first 1/2 day- went well: my dog is 5, a rescue pup shy, quiet Scout gets along with all dogs. Next couple of 1/2 days went ok and when I was late 5 minutes staff was gracious, didn't complain: told me she got along fine altho she didn't want to get out of the car.

The first week of my new job I dropped her off for the day and when I picked her up and we got back she was ears back. The guys told me she was great, got along with all the dogs. Tuesday night petting her I felt some type of bump on her leg- crusted blood. Washed it and saw a cut. Ok a dog altercation. I mentioned it the next day at Karen's, they all said no idea, they'd put her with the passive dogs, keep an eye on her, etc etc.

I liked that plan we all agreed. Well that next night I took a look at her and there was a cut over her eye, blood crusted. When I washed it I saw it was pretty deep. Totally unacceptable. I paid for a week, but no way was I taking her back. The dogs to people ratio are like 20-1? chaos! While they seem like good folks there is no way they can watch or see what happens, they clearly didn't even after a warning.

My dog has been in daycare around the country, never had issues. I was so angry I don't even recall if I called, I think I did but never got a call back- regardless my dog was hurt and I told them. They didn't do as I requested and they lost a customer.

First off, I love Karen's K-9. It's a saving grace for my energetic boxer/beagle mix! I was looking for a place to take Hefner when we got him from a rescue at 6 months and we wanted to socialize him more. He really blossomed after going to daycare, he loves to play with all the dogs now (even at the park) and people. German Shepherds were an unsettling thing for him at the park but after daycare he plays no problem with them! We've been taking him over 5 months now and the employees know Hefner everytime we go, they knew him the second time we took him!

Which made me feel better about leaving him. They have dog turf on the ground that they regularly clean and sometimes a little pool outside for hot days (dogs are given small group pool times which I really like). They have grooming services, but I've never used them. They also have good deals if you buy in bulk days but I don't feel like we take him enough to need them. Anyway, love the people and love the way they care! Thank you Karens K-9!

I am so grateful for finding this place, The staff is great. Understanding and they take care of my dog like gold. My first time taking my dog there I was fairly nervous because he had never stayed anywhere overnight outside of our home. They made me feel, calm, safe, they didn't mind me calling every day to check in, they kept me fully updated.

When I picked up my dog from doggy day care, He was extremely tired he had played so hard. He loved it there.! I will continue to take him there when i have to go out of town. There is NO BETTER PLACE Overnight care then here. Sammie says thanks;

This is as easy of a review as I can write. I've been taking Kody here for almost 2 years and have had nothing but great experiences, he loves it there (well he never actually told me that he does since. you know, he's a dog), he is always excited to go there, and always exhausted when he gets home. Another positive is being able to purchase "credits" in advance, you can end up paying about 20 dollars a day which is a good deal. My only concern is since it is close to my work, what I will do if and when I get a new job.

We love bringing our Chocolate Lab here. The staff is great and always very friendly. We take our dog, Count Chocula, for daycare a few times a week and he just loves it. He is always excited to when we pull in and just as excited when we pick him up. They have a shaded area and baby pools for the hot months. Their pricing is pretty good, but is even better if you buy a package. They offer 10 and 20 packs which saves you a few dollars a visit.

I'll keep it short: I am looking for daycare for my dog since we are new to the area. I looked on Yelp, contacted Karen's and was told to come in for a visit. We did, was surprised that my dog was even allowed in to play without them even looking at his vet records, and the guy working was sooooo rude. When all of the other dogs ganged up on him (he's kind of submissive and cute) in a circle and started humping him, he didn't even pull the other dogs off of mine.

And I was RIGHT THERE. What would happen when I wasn't there? My dog was terrified, chewing on the fence to get out. He has happily gone to daycare for years, but will NOT be going to Karen's. I wouldn't leave a goldfish with these people!

These guys and gals have earned my trust. This is the fifth time I have my wonderful furry Black Lab stay overnight with them, the last time for nine days, and he was happy as a clam. Totally customer friendly. Their cage-free customer business model is superb You DO need a reservation here because they're normally almost full. And as well, they also require you to bring food for the pup. But considering the good care, well worth it. Love them.

Absolutely love Karen's K-9's. They know my dog by sight when he comes to visit for a play day and grooming every other month. I feel like they really take the time to know each and every one of their client's(I am referring to the dogs) they care for. Cosmo(my westie) always seems very excited to go there and see all of his friends and always seems very happy when picked up. Cosmo is very important to me and I feel very confident that Karen's K-9's treats my dog like he is important!

The establishment is very clean! And very well taken care of. The prices are very reasonable-I cannot say enough good things about them and the care they provide my dog!. He gives them 5 paws up!

Pug approved. Not to say that Ray has any opinion that would matter, but for a stuck up and almost cat-like dog like mine. he does enjoy doggy daycare here. Probably because he is so spoiled by the staff here. Very friendly and caring services provided for you four legged children. I know that I treat mine like he is a baby. perhaps which contribute to his attitude.

Oh well. They offer doggy daycare, grooming, boarding and fabulous flowers to look at. And every year there is a "theme" to the flowers. A-mazing. Be greeted by name and leave feeling relieved that your dog is in good hands.
