Have been taking my dog here for years - they are always helpful & excellent when it comes to timeliness & taking good care of my Yorkie

Visited today for the first time. I was a little apprehensive because I can be particular. Tessa was our groomer, she took great care of my Charlie, was clear about what we could expect and left my girl looking like a rockstar. We will be sure to return the visit. Thank you Tessa!

Staff is very sweet and patient but I took my dog there for the first time to get her nails trimmed and they ended up cutting 2 of her nails very short and my poor girl was bleeding a lot for 2+ hours, even after putting styptic powder on both nails. Understand she was very nervous and staff wanted to get it done quick but wish they took more time doing her nails, my dog was definitely uncomfortable afterwards at home.

Critical: Professionalism I brought them my lab puppy. Knowing she didn't like her feet touched, we asked them to not do the feet until we came back. They muzzled my puppy and she now hates groomers.

I've tried a few other places in NE Ohio and this is by far my favorite. They are so sweet to my black lab, and his coat is always so shiny (and smells great) after his visits.

My black lab, Koda, always leaves Diggity Dogs with a shiny coat and fresh scent. The staff is very helpful and have always been able to schedule me same week. I will continue to bring him here for baths and de-sheds!

I have gone here for years. I even moved much further away and still go here. My dog looks gorgeous every time and the staff is the best ever!

Girls did great job with my dogs twice before. I left instructions that if my pup was afraid to wait to do her feet until we came back to pick her up. We walked through the door and heard our puppy crying. When asked what happened, the male owner told me my black lab puppy was vicious so he muzzled her. My dog has never even growled at anyone let alone be vicious. I asked.to see the marks my dog left on him and there was none. Please save your dogs from this needless abuse.

Took my dog Kenzie here about a week ago, never had her groomed and pampered as well as this place did. Amazing service and Kenzie came out as happy as ever. Absolutely will be back! Very good prices and definitely worth it. (((:

The entire staff was very helpful. Pleasant and understanding of my special needs pooch. Even though I just used their self service bathing equipment, they were very helpful and provided me with everything needed as well as great advice for my sensitive dog. Convenient hours. Will definitely come back!

My dog, Bella, was groomed here for 12 years and always had a positive experience. The pleasant people who work here took wonderful care of her. She was groomed by Dawn almost exclusively, but the others who cared for her were equally kind. I felt safe leaving Bella in their care and would highly recommend them to others.

This place is awesome. No appointment needed for nail clipping. I take my two dogs there which are skittish. A Doberman and a German pinscher. They are great with them. So kind and gentle and caring. They come down to the dogs level for me. Wonderful employees.

I have been taking my pup here for the past few years. They always do such a fabulous job with him. I generally take him 2-3 times a year for a full groom with de shedding treatment and then 1-3 times for a bath and brush out. All the girls are super friendly! And the prices are very reasonable! I will always take my pup there for all his grooming needs!

Ruth was Awesome! She took gental care of my little shitzu, other groomers had abused Her in the past. She was scared as always, but I was assured by Ruth everything would be ok. After, She looked lovely and even stopped at Ruth's feet and looked up at her. She always hits the door right away! I have great confidence in them. We are super happy! Plus their shoppe has tons of cute, unique and organic stuff. Thank you so much. :

Excellent groomers if you can get an appointment. Took my dog there for ten years and then I started having problems setting up appointments with their available times. Heard of many others with the same complaint. I found a new groomer 2 years ago and have no problem making appointments

Jordan is so great with my Poochon, Delly. They do a great job and are very accommodating. I would strongly recommend this place for all dog grooming needs.

I was a first time of using a dog groomers so I was a little nervous. The staff there is great, so friendly and you can tell they honestly love their job and animals. I will be making more appointments here to get our dog groomed again! Pricing is good, not too high but it's so worth it!

I am an ex dog groomer.having groomed for 14 years. It's a hard job which requires a lot of patience. I have been bringing my dog here for almost a year now and using the self grooming area. I am there for a couple hours watching the dogs being groomed as I work on my own dog and truly I am blown away by the professionalism, patience and quality of service. Absolutely the best grooming I've seen!

So friendly and they did a great job on my dogs groom! Not overpriced and they were very quick!

I brought my cairn terrier here for grooming. From the time I walked into the door he would be a hyper mess. They always were nice and friendly to us. They also did a good job and my dog is a challenge along with a moving target. He doesn't like his nails clips - hates scissors only time he sits still is the bath. Always explained the service and cost and I found them reasonable. They have a self serve bathe arrive as well. Highly recommend them. I plan on bringing my new dog here as well.

Fantastic! I used the self service wash for my two golden retrievers yesterday, and couldn't have been more impressed. Very nice facility and helpful staff. I will definitely be back.

The self service dog wash they offer is very convenient. They were really helpful by explaining the equipment and setting up the tub with me. They also provide shampoo, tear free shampoo, and eye wash (which is included in the cost). I'll definitely be returning for the next bath!

Super friendly and clean. I went to a different groomer, closer to home- This place is worth the drive for me. Easy to get appointments.

Diggity Dogs is GREAT! Deanna has been grooming King and Charlie, our 2 Cavachon brothers, since they were pups - wouldn't go anywhere else! Reasonably priced, friendly and the dogs come back looking handsome and feeling good! Thanks for your excellent service!

They really did a great job with my dog. They were able to get her in the next day, which isn't usually easy to do. When I took her in to be groomed, the place was clean and bright. Plus, the owner and staff seemed friendly. When I picked her up only 90 minutes later, she was well groomed and the owner gave her a special shampoo "because it's Christmas." If that weren't enough, a bath, blowout, teeth brushing, nail trim and gland check was only $28.

I love this place! It's little doggie boutique in the front is so cute. I like how the grooming tables are visible so you can see your dog being groomed and bathed. My only complaint is that she cut my dog a little to long, it's just short enough so it looks good for a week but grows out fast. I asked for shorter the next time and they cut her a bit too short. I That's the only thing though, the atmosphere is great, the ladies are very nice to the animals, and they smell great after it all. My dog loves to go here too.

You expect your dog to get washed, but she came back barely clean and still had to brush her off.
