Awesome experience every time. Brought a pic of a cut I liked and they did exactly that. I love the fact that you drop your pet off and they take them right in and when they're done, they'll call you to pick them up. No crating AT ALL! The staff is so sweet. I would recommend Paramus Puppy Spa to everyone. So many people stop to ask about my fur baby and where he gets groomed and I have over this place. It's worth every penny!

DO NOT COME HERE. Never I'm my life have I ever been hustled like this for any service. I was charged over $80 dollars for grooming which I read in the sign that for a whopping $80 dollars you get a bath, haircut, nails you know the standard services expected when taking your pet to the groomer. Oh and I bought two bows to place on my dogs head. THEY DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

For all I know they didn't even bathe my dog it's inane and illogical I cannot wrap my head around how I had to come home and trim my dogs body parts for hygienic reasons at home myself. I told the groomer that I wasn't satisfied and my dog needed to be actually groomed (listen it looked like all they did was place bows on her head and call me an hour later) she's 6 years old she's been groomed many many times she didn't even smell clean!

The woman told me that I would have to book an entirely different service for the hair cut how does that even make sense when she went in for a haircut to begin with. It's insane but thank god my credit card company is awesome and will be refunding me for this trash service! Don't come here! I would shed an actual tear should have gotten hustled by these "people".

The folks at Paramus Puppy Spa are so wonderful. They return my calls quickly & often can find an appointment for my dog within a day or so. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and make me feel very comfortable leaving my dog with them. They listen to what services I'd like and Roxie always comes home looking great!

Totally recommend this place. They were so great with my pet and very professional and reliable.

I love this place! I'm a first time dog owner and brought my doodle puppy to get her a short cut to beat the heat. I honestly had no clue what to ask for because this is all so new to me but they did an excellent job! I am obsessed with how cute my puppy looks and will absolutely be coming back!

Decided to take my 2 Schnauzers standard and Giant after reading some of the reviews and recently moved to the area. After paying $70 and $180 they looked like I had groomed them(which I do sometimes). I was expecting my dog's schnauzer eyebrows and cut to be on point but that was not the case. Yes their advertised prices are deceiving.

There's two main things that go into my handsome regiment. lots of rest and the Paramus Puppy Spa. Treated like royalty, greeted with smiles and given an awesome selection of colognes to spritz with at the. end. my favorites are CK-9 and Pucci. of which I have gotten compliments with both. Always feel like a VIP guest there and not just an appointment in a book. Definitely a 5 paw print rating or stars whatever you prefer.

Take your puppy there to get them clean and smelling good. Their staff provides a great service and shows how much they enjoy taking care of your pet. My puppy Katsu's first wash was seamless and trouble free.

I just want to say Thank you for sticking to your appointment times. I'm a nervous dog mom and he hates being in a crate. I wait out in the parking lot and he's done in an hour sometimes less. I hope you guys never change the way you do things because this is the only place I'll bring my nervous dog. He comes out happy and looking awesome. Well, I think he's happy to see me, but that's okay. I like that he's in and out and no dropping him off and waiting hours like so many other places. Please don't change this! Thanks again!

I just rescued a 2 year old Labrador Retriever yesterday. Hunter made a two day journey with several other dogs from Louisiana in a transport van. He was not very pleasant smelling so I was able to secure an appointment at Paramus Puppy Spa. I asked the owner for an additional treatment and she said it was unnecessary. She could have easily upsold me on additional services but chose to be honest (a rarity these days).

When I picked Hunter up about an hour later, he was smelling and looking clean. The pricing was very reasonable as well. I was expecting it to be more. Paramus Puppy Spa will be my go to to wash my dog when he needs it. It should be yours too.

The team is very nice and the place is clean. However, the haircut itself was not good at all. I have a miniature schnauzer and honestly, I would have done a better job at home. The cut was choppy, not defined and uneven. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

I've been using Paramus Puppy Spa for a number of years. I have always gotten exceptional service over the phone in scheduling and they are nothing less than outstanding when I walk through the door. They are. not the closest option for me as I live in Wood-Ridge, but I find their level of professionalism mixed with kindness more than a reason to drive the few extra minutes.

The owner is a sweetheart, and certainly hires a staff to match her (dog) loving personality. I am never dissatisfied with Brownie's cleaned up look, and with a generous selection of dog perfumes/colognes to sample at the counter we always leave looking (and smelling) our best. I would recommend the "CK-9" it's one of our favorites. You guys are awesome.

Friendly, professional and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend. This will be my go-to groomer when in the area.

Honestly disappointed by the experience not because of a haircut, but because my puppy's nail was cut so deeply it bled. This was my first time going to this groomer for my 7 month puppy since the one I had been to before was closed and a bit further. The reviews looked great and they got me in as soon as possible. The appointment only took an hour and when I got my pup, her cut was cute and she looked less messy.

I got home and within 10 min of being there I notice there is blood on the floor. I looked to see what happened and one of her front paw nails was cut so short it was bleeding! I called them up immediately to inform them and although the woman apologized, all she said was to bring her back to get some treatment for it and it hadn't been noticed at the salon.

I took her back, they put the medicine on, apologized again as I left and that was all. It seemed to not phase them as much as it did me, which says a lot! It's unfortunate because I really liked the cut they gave but cutting her nail to the point of bleeding and barely showing that it was a big mistake is definitely not any good form of customer service or care for a puppy!

I just love this place! The owner is wonderful and always has a big smile on her face! My dog is in and out and the do a great job! Bravo!

I have been coming here for a few years, they know my dog and they treat her amazing. They're always happy to see her and me. I treat my daisy like my kid so the fact that I feel safe dropping my princess off and shes excited to be there makes me feel great. Amazing customer service and I love that they love to see my baby

I Highly recommend Paramus Puppy Spa! It is a happy place! Always did a thorough & great job on our "Buddy"! Only place he was not "afraid" of, because (I knew) they were gentle & nice to him, EVEN after I left! Always a friendly, happy greeting for us and good experience! (Unlike some other places in our past! ) Buddy always looked handsome & happy when we took him home! Don't go anywhere else!

They always do a wonderful job. They go out of their way to accommodate you with the schedule and get the dog done in a timely manner so he or she does not have to stay there all day. Very friendly staff!

My name is Bob Spoto owner/operator of TikisFriendsandMe a company that provides care for pets. I send all my clients to Paramus Puppy Spa because of their professional, friendly & experienced staff. The prices are somewhat equal if not a bit cheaper to many of their neighboring grooming salons.

So happy that i gave this place a try. I just got a shih tzu and have never gone through the process of grooming since i have always had big dogs. The whole grooming process is new to me. As soon as i walked in i explained exactly that, and they were all so attentive to my pup and his needs. They went above and beyond to make sure that he was well taken care of and they gave him the CUTEST haircut!

I have been taking my shih tzu to the puppy spa for quite some time now and I must say that they are just great! When I first brought my pup in I had explained that she has had some AT-HOME eye injuries in the past and being extremely careful with her eyes is a must. They ensured me of her safety and will take all precautions necessary to avoid any contact towards her eyes. Till this day they have always done their absolute best in grooming my pup and making sure no contact has been made towards her eyes.

Always handling her with great care. I am pleased to say that the puppy spa is a great place and they truly do care for your pup's the way you would hope a groomer would! My girl is always looking great and is always a happy pup when visiting the Puppy Spa. Thank you all!

These ladies are exceptional at what they do! They are reasonably priced and take such good care of my 14 year old Sheltie, Colleen!

I saw the prices online and I thought it was reasonable. I decided to take my dog there I told her I know he is matted and needs to be shaved down. I understood that from the beginning. When I asked how much it was she said $70. I'm like can you explain to me your pricing online. She stated even though he is a small dog her starting prices is $60 and up. I'm like in your website it clearly states small dogs $40.00, medium dog $50.00 and large dog is $60.

I was confused and she said that next to the prices there is a plus sign. I never in my life paid $70 for a dog grooming. The owner is out of control. I felt like it was false advertisement. I'll never again take him there.

Our boys always come out looking like a million dollars! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the groomers are top notch!

Our little goldendoodle had a bad experience at a different groomer and Paramus Puppy Spa was highly rated and close to home so we decided to try them out. I am so happy we did. Not only does my pup look and smell great but is so happy to go and get groomed. This is an excellent and well experienced groomer and trust them 100% to treat my dog with care.

Andreia and her staff have been grooming my two dogs for a very long time now. Every appointment is always an enjoyable experience greeted by smiling faces referring to my dogs as "the girls"! Recently my younger dog, Zoey passed away suddenly due to aspirated pneumonia. I let the puppy spa know and I genuinely felt they shared in my grief. I came home a few days later to a heartfelt card sent by them.

My family and I were touched. Although it won't bring Zoey back, it's a comforting feeling knowing that my dogs were and always will be in the best of care at Paramus Puppy Spa. This was our second grooming for Stella. We love this place because they don't keep our baby for more than an hour and a half. Every place else kept our girl for hours and caged her, making her very depressed.

Finnegan has been going to puppy spa for 8 years. He loves the staff and knew we were there immediately when I pull in to the parking lot. He was always groomed beautifully! He will miss you all and let's not forget his sidekick Parker.he will miss you too

Andrea always did a great job grooming my maltese Mickey who passed away 8/28/18. Thank you Andrea for taking such good care of my sweet doggy Mickey. When I get a new dog I will be sure to come back to the Paramus Puppy Spa.

The Paramus Puppy Spa is the BEST groomer anywhere! I wouldn't trust my dog Tobey with anyone else. I've been taking my Cairn Terrier Tobey there for close to 10 years now. He consistently comes out looking handsome and happy. Whenever I say, "Want to go to the groomer?" He instantly lifts his head, dances around and barks in excitement.

He loves it there! The cuts are always professionally done, and they do it with skill and care. The place is extreme clean and inviting. The staff is always happy and excited to see both you and your pet. I could not recommend them more for your dog groomer!

Have an aggressive shih tzu and they are nothing but kind and wonderful. My dog looks great when I get him.

We have been going to Paramus Puppy Spa for over 5 years. The love and attention they give our dogs ( they have taken care of 4 of them over the years) is beyond anything you would ever expect. We have one dog that is super nervous, but runs the owner everytime with the tail wagging ( we call her his girlfriend). We had another dog for alittle over a year ( he was a foster fail) and was never groomed before coming to us and was very sick.

They took such good care of Benny and were so understanding of his issues ( he was also blind and deaf). When Benny passed they entire staff signed a condolence card.it meant alot to us. People will say " we treat them like their are our own" but in the case of PPS, they genuinely mean it

Called and got the appointment on a busy Saturday for the first time here for my puppy. Dropped him off and said they need to shave my dog down close to the skin because his hair is matted and cannot be brushed off. We were reluctant to have him shaved too close to the skin so decided not to do it, just the regular shave. When I was leaving him there, people with the same size and type dog were charged $55 so I thought the same. Came back an hour or so later I was told that he was not easy to work with.

He looked like an old dog with the haircut. They said they were able to take the matted hair out and we got charged $70! I was like what? His regular groomer charged us $50 just like the other clients that left this place and did not complain about him. The price is outrageous. Will stick with our old place.

Hi so my name is Charlie & I am an apricot golden-doodle. My mum and dad took me to Paramus Spa to get me all groomed up. I was supposed to be dematted and trimmed. My parents comb me out once every two weeks. On a bad day it takes 20 minutes. The groomer at Paramus Grooming Spa shaved me down as shown on the bottom right box. I get really cold at night and my skin is reacting really negatively due to the short shave down.

I have been to 3 other groomers and I have never been trimmed down entirely. The groomer at Paramus Spa didn't make an effort to dematt me. How is it that 3 other grooming places have been able to do it and not this place? My parents are highly displeased with the outcome. My parents feel the opted for an easer and quicker solution. My parents are never taking me back again.

When I first got my Maltese I tried 5 different groomers and for one reason or another, I just didn't feel comfortable. As I was started to lose hope I came across Paramus Puppy Spa.fast forward almost 9 years later and I would never bring my dogs anywhere else, I now have two. Andrea and her team are not just amazing groomers but wonderful and kind people as well.

My dogs don't sit in cages for hours waiting to be bathed- their appointment is their start time! There are no cage dryers- it is all by hand. I have since moved 30 minutes from PPS but I still make the drive once a month for the grooming. If you care about your dogs the way I do- then Paramus Puppy Spa is the place for you. Its a place you can be confident your furry children are loved and well taken care of.

I've been coming here for years. They have done some great lion cuts on my dog. I really like coming in because it takes them an hour. So it's great when I'm in a rush. The only down side is that I don't go to them all the time and depending on whose working they make remarks about cheating on them. Other than that I enjoy coming here.
