If you havent had your dog groomed as a puppy DONT WASTE YOUR TIME coming here they wont do it! And the old lady that helped me was so rude and super snobby just a heads up what to expect if you go

I contacted Pampered Pet at the recommendation of a hotel concierge in Manhattan for dog walking during a weekend stay. I was in NY for a family party in the Bronx and needed someone to come to the hotel and walk my dog while my family was away at the party. I was assured by Marilyn that she would personally take care of it and all arrangements were made.

After arriving in NY on Saturday afternoon about an hour before the party, and not hearing from Marilyn, I texted her. I received a return text saying she had a death in the family and couldn't make it and had no one else who could do it. While I am sympathetic to her situation, she left me in the lurch and didn't bother to call or text to let me know she could not follow through on her commitment. Very unprofessional.

I lived with my two cats for four years in an NYC apartment, and Pampered Pets made it so easy for me to travel when I needed to, with peace of mind that they would always be well cared for. The process was super-easy: a quick call to run through the dates, and run through their checklist -- any changes to their feeding regimen, where their toys were kept, etc.

I knew they had a copy of my keys and would always make sure that Fuzzy Math and Roxy had everything they needed and received some attention every day. We just moved out of the area, but we all miss Pampered Pets!

I used pampered pets recently to help take care of my brothers dog, Luna. I had a change of plans and could no longer walk/feed and look after her, as originally planned. I called pampered pets with some last minute demands and the team was super accommodating! Next day assistance and friendly service. If I am in a bind again I will use pampered pets.

Could not recommend Pampered Pets highly enough. I recently moved to the NYC with my dog, Cornbread. After a couple of years living out in the country, it was going to be a process acclimating him to the city. This made me particularly nervous, as he is an active dog that can get a bit naughty if he doesn't get solid outdoor exercise. After asking around, I came across Pampered Pets.

I called the office and spoke with Matt who was extremely helpful. He was thorough in asking questions about me and my dog and flexible when it came to scheduling Cornbread's walks (both at first, and in the future when complications in my schedule arose). We are now in a great routine and whenever I come home from work, CB is resting calmly in the apartment, which tells me he's gotten his satisfactory dose of exercise.

Both walkers we've had over the past couple of months have been courteous, reliable, and most importantly great with my dog. All around, my experience with this company has been exceptional. Would recommend to anyone looking for walkers who actually care about your pet!

Such an excellent company. We feel lucky to have found them, and our cat is so well cared for. They show patience, professionalism and care in all they do. Could not say enough positive things about them.

I would never bring my dog here. Mr. Steiner is rude and does not know how to talk to people. I tried to have a conversation with him and he is very difficult.

Really incredible cat sitting service. They were recommended by our breeder, who has very high standards. From the beginning they took so much time and attention getting all the details so that they can provide the most individualized care while you are away. We feel so secure leaving our cat because we know that he will be getting lots of love and the best care.

They even leave the sweetest reports when you come home with details of how they played, how they ate and how their litter box activity was. Their staff make sure you are back safely before they stop their services. You can tell they really care.

Wonderful service. Wish they were in Los Angeles. Always felt my pets were well-cared for went I went out of town; they eased my concerns about being away. I really appreciate knowing I had the option to have a vet tech when one of my pets needed medicine administered. Really grateful for their service.

Pampered Pets took care of my pets over this past weekend for the first time in awhile. Meagan came by before I left to get new keys and get full notes on all 3 cats. She literally spent an hour with me, to which they didn't charge me for, and was so thorough. She was the caregiver I used when I was touring out of country a few years back, but when we moved, another girl took over.

It was so wonderful to have Meagan back, although the other PP caregiver was fantastic too. This company used to be top-notch and still are 100%! I recommend them to every pet owner that I know! Big thanks to Meagan for treating my little guys with the care and kindness that they deserve. :

Pampered Pets is simply the best! They really go above and beyond what you would expect from any other dog walker. Even during the worst of snow storms, they were able to make it to my home and walk my dog while I had to work. They always leave a little note letting me know how the walk went and freshen up the water bowl. I really believe they love my little guy! Thanks Yvette, Renate and Tony for all you do!

I've used Pampered Pets twice now and can't be happier with their service! Alan and his team are really knowledgeable, very attentive to all details and 100% dependable. Will use every time!

Pampered Pets lives up to its name! I am a super satisfied customer for many years now, and can very highly recommend them! Yvette is wonderful and very responsive coordinating the pets' care. She makes sure that our dog and two bunnies are not just cared for, but truly pampered with attention and love while we are out of town. The sitters are all very caring, warm, and thoughtful.

They leave detailed notes documenting their visits; it's a lot of fun to read when we return from a trip. When a new sitter is brought onboard, Pampered Pets arranges a meeting ahead of time so we can meet the new person and our pets can become familiar with him/her. This gives me peace of mind that there is continuity of care from Pampered Pets, because there are a few sitters who know our pets well.

The Pampered Pets sitters also do a great job of keeping an eye on the house. They are happy to bring in the mail and newspapers, and turn off and on house lights per instructions. Not only are the pets well cared for, but the house too! Pampered Pets is the BEST!

I am writing my first, but not last, review on Yelp for Pampered Pets because I was so impressed with their genuine care/concern for my dog. Although I did not use their services, I am highly recommending them based on my introductory phone call. Having recently moved to the city with my 8 year old terrior/maltese mix, Nala, I realized I needed to find a new dog walker or boarder for the holiday season. (Mind you, I have never used a dog walker before!) I called Pampered Pets after finding them on Yelp and seeing their reasonable prices and explained my situation.

I spoke with Gina for about 10 minutes and explained that Nala is naturally a nervous, anxious dog when it comes to change. She was very attentive and open to learning everything she could about her. From her experience with dogs like Nala, she stressed that she shouldn't be put in a new stressful situation with different dog walkers for just the short time span of the holidays - but rather needs consistency from month to month.

Although she wanted to gain a new client and help me, she politely turned me away for the sake/health of my dog! Refreshing to have someone actually care about your pet's health rather than just wanting to take your money!
