In our sports med-hab facility, at RVVH we are able to perform hydrotherapy (underwater treadmill) sessions, massage, ultrasound, E-stim and laser therapy sessions for dogs. We have a collection of online forms that are can be used to request appointments and prescription refills. We also have PDFs that you are welcome to print and fill out before an appointment.

Dr. Duflo graduated with her medical degree from Michigan State University in 2010 and joined the Rogue Valley team in 2017. Her focus as a doctor is strengthening the human-animal bond and performing surgeries, particularly dental surgeries. At home she lives with her Boston Terrier, Birdie and a black Labrador retriever named Keen.

What to Expect Report

As a new client of Rogue Valley you can expect our full attention to your pets' needs. When you arrive for your appointment you will be greeted by one of our friendly receptionists, who will get your information and place you and your pet into an exam room. In most cases, one of our veterinary technicians will start by asking about your pet's medical history and current conditions.

Once we receive your request, we will contact you to confirm a date and time that is as close to your request as possible. If your appointment has not been confirmed within 24 hours, please feel free to contact the practice by phone to confirm.

I wouldn't take my dogs anywehre else! The vets are great. They take the time to explain things in detail and answer any questions. They are a bit pricy, but I don't mind because my dogs get great care and they are always able to work me in for emergencies. Highly recommend!

I brought my 1year old puppy in for an eye exam due to new onset symptoms of redness and irritation. Kim was our assistant and she was incredible. She was extremely friendly, professional and so informative on everything I had questions about. Dr. Vargo was also great, very kind, helped put my worries at ease and they were both so gentle, patient and sweet with my little guy.

Even though going to the vet will never be his favorite activity, I'm thankful to have a place like this, with such great staff, to help him feel safe and comforted. Thank you!

I was given a timely appointment for a new adopted kitty. There was very little wait time at the appointment although all of the rooms were busy with clients. I was treated professionally and my cat was treated with tenderness and care. I couldn't ask for better.

This was our first time there with our first kitten and the employees there were absolutely fantastic. The nurse and the vet was phenomenal and answered all our questions that we had, gave us an estimate on how much everything was going to be. They made you feel very welcome and comfortable. We've moved all of our pets here! Great service at reasonable rates. One of our dogs did 8 weeks rehab here after surgery. She loves the people and underwater treadmill. We even got graduation pics when she finished. Great follow up and really take time to figure out what is going on with your pet. We originally came for a second opinion and stayed.

Don't trust them with your pet! You'll regret it! A dog twice my dogs size was allowed to maul my dog before intervention. What is more disturbing is that the puncture wound that runs up the mandible on the side of her face was left untreated for 8 hours! It breaks my heart that my dog had to endure 8 hours without treatment. At that point so much time had passed that stitches were no longer an option.

When I took her to Blue Pearl Emergency Care she had to be given anesthesia so the doctor could SCRUB the wound while my dog slept. PLEASE! Don't let your fur baby be the next victim like my dog!
