Absolutely love this place! The front desk staff is very understanding and calming, the back office is incredible as well! They do everything they can to help. Normally I bring my dogs in for their vaccines, annual check up and nail trims. This was my first time having to bring my 12 year old dog in because he was not acting himself. I was so nervous and crying on the phone. They were so understanding and compassionate. I appreciate everything they do for my furbabies!

Dr Jeri is Great. She is very caring and careful with her patients. She takes the time to listen to your concerns, and explains her findings, and what treatments may be useful in an easy and precise manner. She also answers your messages quickly. Both of my dogs feel very comfortable with her. I referred her and Palm Glenn Animal Hospital very Highly.

I had a very pleasant experience and not a long office wait. Veterinarian was very nice and didn't mind answering a silly questions and gave it a lot of information about our English bulldog, about the dog food, and medical care. They are also very reasonable as far as pricing goes and very gentle with my puppy seriously going to make him are go to Veterinarian

We are extremely pleased with the care Dr Magone provided to our little rescue pug. Dr Johnson has cared for our other dogs and she is very caring and honest also. Our little pug found us and after several weeks of actively looking for her owner we decided she will be staying with us. I was not looking forward to all the cost of spaying and other care she needed.

Palm Glen took good care of our pet and did not over charge us. Initially, I was recommended to a local vet around the corner from my home, that was a mistake. Just for shots and a couple other things it cost us $400. I should have just waited the week and gone straight to Palm Glen. They are truly honest and caring vets. Thank you.

I have been a customer here for years and have always taken my pets in for treatment. But today my dog is very sick after being in there yesterday for a check up and shot. I called and spoke to the front desk person who was far less than helpful. All I was asking for was to talk to the Dr who my dog saw yesterday to ask a few questions regarding his visit and if this could be a normal side affect from the shot.

They would not allow me to speak to the Dr. I understand they may be busy so I asked if they could call me when they are free. I was informed it couldn't happen until after hours if at all. BUT.it is ok for me to bring my dog back in to receive another check up.at a charge of course! You don't have time for a 3 minute phone call but you can work in another appointment.

Their customer service and actual caring has really dropped off over the years. I guess its time to look for a new vet. You might want to consider finding a different clinic to take your pet too. I am just heart broken over how it is all about making a dollar for everything. Palm Glen.you can do better.get back to caring.

The office staff was so nice, the place is clean and the vet we saw took excellent care of my dog! Their prices are excellent. I will definitely make this our permanent vet. Dr. Johnson is wonderful and knows her stuff. My dog can be a handful and they treated him so well.

Dr. Mangone is 1 of the best. Cared for my doxie several years ago. Saved 1 of my cats about 3 years ago and has cared for both kitties since then. Highly recommend Palm Glen.even if it is a long drive.it's all about professional care for our pets.

Good prices, but poor service by the vet nurse / administration staff. Prescription request are always delayed or never done. Any for of records/communication is poor, you literally have to micro manage them over the phone to get anything done. If the intake is too high and they are short staffed they have plenty of time to fix this issue as it has been going on over a year.

Have my dog on 3 medications which is too harsh and too difficult to get them to do adequate testing to get her on another single medication. We were forced to go to another vet clinic today.

Today was my first visit to Palm Glen and it was a great experience. We will definitely be back! I really appreciate that Dr. Johnson took the time to get to know us and our situation and answer ALL of my questions. We adopted our senior dog about a year ago and we are still learning how to best care for him as he ages, so I had a lot of questions! Dr. Johnson gave me a ton of great information and advice, and helped me decide what approach was best for my dog's arthritis.

The whole staff was very kind and patient with both me and my dog and it was a fantastic experience all the way around. I am delighted to have found Palm Glen and I will definitely be bringing all 3 of my dogs here from now on. Thank you so much for providing such great care!

I love this animal hospital! My dog had an ear infection and they were able to get her all taken care of and even updated her shots! They are super great with animals and I felt peace of mind knowing my dog was in good hands. The vet tech Lexus is very knowledgeable and was an abundance of help!

Very grateful for great dental cleaning done by doctor Johnson. Seven teeth removed, no extra charge. My Yozhik ( mini poodle) recovered very quickly even he is 10 years old. He is happy and jumps as he was a puppy. I am very grateful for amazing service. Highly recommended.

Due to covid they were short staffed and backed up. I waited and hour past my appointment time because of this but I was grateful they had a time available to fit my dog in that same week. Worth checking out if you're unsure. Semi-affordable and great personable staff. Three stars for the price and future expectation for the wait for other patients' appointments.

I took my dwarf hamster in to be seen because she was in of medical care. The lovely lady with purple and blue hair was so sweet and caring. And they all took my pets health seriously! The vet was very informed and so sweet! I will happily bring all my pets for years to come!

The doctor and staff were very friendly, helpful and straight forward. Very affordable care for your loving pets! They really do care about both the pet owners and their financial situations by making it easier to afford their services, surgeries etc., and of course the animals and saving lives! I totally recommend this place over most of the valleys scamming people out of their hard earned money establishments who could care less about helping animals and saving lives!

We were fortunate that someone cancelled and we were able to get our dog an appointment on the same day we called. All of the staff were friendly and good with him which made the whole experience less stressful and more positive. Dr. Jeri was very kind and patient-listened to and answered all of mine and my husband's questions. We will definitely continue to bring our pup here in the future.

I took my handsome boy in for a diagnosis and some blood work. Dr. Johnson was kind, caring and compassionate. She also gave me lots of options. I definitely recommend this establishment. The front office staff was amazing, as well.
