Upon entering my second ever appt.was told by staff my dog is severely underweight I belive her name was Wendy. I choked out he hasn't made it on the scale yet. She then stated u can just tell. I then stated he was 5 lbs heavier then any of his littermates. And said that weird. She then didn't offer any recommendations for her comment OR WHAT I COULD DO TO MAKE MY BAD SITUATION WORSE.OR BETTER. Which was very appealing from the guy that always pays cash! AND KINDA DOESNT EVER WANT TO RETURN.

My first experience with Cannon Valley Vet Clinic was bringing in my foster pup, Max, in for an initial exam, so he could be cleared to be neutered. He has had some challenges from the start that other vet clinics have not been very accommodating of, but these did not stand in the way of Cannon Valley Vet Clinic providing outstanding care for Max.
The day before his neuter surgery (scheduled a month in advance), Max was up all night exhibiting signs of distress. Cannon Valley was able to get him in ASAP the day before his planned surgery to be seen (anal gland issue) so the issue could be addressed and his neuter surgery could proceed the subsequent day. Max is incredibly anxious because of his past (he was rescued from a reservation in Mandan, ND and came to the rescue w/ several issues/infections), but after only three trips to Cannon Valley Vet he already shows a level of comfort I have not seen him have around anyone else or at any other place. Max saw Dr. Dube for his emergency issue and Dr. Duncan for his neuter-- and hands down-- I can say these are the best vets I have ever encountered. Dr.'s Dube & Duncan were incredibly thorough and I truly feel Max received the best care possible. I will be switching care for my resident dog to Cannon Valley.

We love how each and every single staff member truly cares for our boy, Boon! We have taken him there since he was a puppy and will never try another vet again. They handle him with grace even though he is a big (92 pound) playful pup and they seem to keep his health as their number one priority every time we visit!

When we moved to the area a few years ago we were in need of a vet clinic for our three cats and our Shin-Tzu. We are so glad we were close to Cannon Valley Vet as I had previously visited them a few years earlier and knew they were where we should go for vet care. Their level of service is beyond any that we've had with others. We recently lost one of our kitties.
Quite simply, the amount of care and compassion that Sadi received was way more than we could have imagined. Also, this past fall, our dog had an ulcer on her eye and with Dr. Jeff's understanding of her condition and his treatment plan, Izzy's eye is doing great and in our case, she avoided loosing her eye. Most importantly, Izzy is happy and healthy.
That's was Dr. Jeff's goal and he helped Izzy and both of us reach it. Thank you to Dr. Jeff and all the entire staff for their commitment and love they give to our pets and the support they offer owners like us.

We brought our 4 year old German Shepherd in for a possible UTI, got some tests done and antibiotics. The vet ended up sending out the urine sample for further testing. We found out our dog needed to be neutered! Dr. Cameron was extremely knowledgeable, nice, helpful, we had a question about our dogs healing process. We emailed pictures and received a response from Dr. Cameron almost instantly! The response was very helpful & informing and eased our minds. Definitely will be bringing our other 2 dogs here as well! Thank you!
