You Dirty Dog, Mobile Pet Spa

This was our first experience with You Dirty Dog, and now I'm one of those people who writes a review! That is, though, how rave-worthy the service was. Savannah was nothing short of capable and warm, knowledgeable and thorough. Both of our pups watched her walk away with a smitten look in their eyes. We will absolutely be booking again.

I was really anxious about having our somewhat skittish adopted husky shepherd mix. She had been abused in the past and I'm very protective. Her groomer Sarah was amazing. She took her time to let Lola get comfortable with her, so much that Lola was watching them out the window when they left. The service was professional and they were great at communicating with me and even came a little early to allow Lola time to relax. Will be booking again soon with Sarah. I couldn't be happier

You Dirty Dog PDX has been amazing for us and our sweet Chloe! Or dog is highly reactive to other animals, so a service that comes to us and does amazing work has been necessary. We have used You Dirty Dog PDX exclusively since we rescued Chloe. Every groomer has been outstanding. Our baby comes out of the van clean, smelling wonderful and so calm! Every groomer we've experienced haS done a wonderful job and has been so polite and kind. I will continue to be a repeat customer!

My groomer is absolutely amazing. She really cares for your dog. She takes her time and really makes them feel that they're safe and to me that's a big deal for a groomer. Definitely wanna keep her from now on she will be the whole reason I stay with you dirty dog. Her name is sarah

I have been beyond pleased with Christina and her team. They are incredibly responsive, friendly, animal whisperers. They have come to my home twice now (so convenient!) and provided grooming for our 4 long haired cats and our 2 dogs. My cats had some matting and they were gentle and able to take care of the mats for us. They are incredibly kind and you can really see how deeply they care about animals.

My pets are so soft! Thank you! I just love the tiny little bow they put on my German Shepherd. So cute! I will continue to use You Dirty Dog for our fur baby grooming needs, and I'm so grateful we found them.

Go somewhere else! The quoted me $80 for a bath and trim. Then once they got started they said it would be $90. Then I had them come back for a bath and brush only and they still charged $90 per dog for a quick bath that took less than an hour. Also all of my dogs still had mats behind their ears and they sent different people both times, neither of which seemed like actually dog groomers. Really disappointing!

Me and my baby boy harley just had our first experience with this company today 3/15/22. He did grate! and loved it! He came back looking like a whole new dog ive worked in grooming as a bather and have seen some very poor grooms this was grate quality! Also much less anxiaty for my baby as well no kennel to be stuck in till its his turn hours later.

I cannot thank the company and the groomer himself for doing such a awesome job! Do your baby and yourself a big favor and go mobile grooming with these loving pros they work on one with the dog makes it much more personal and loving and no kennel. Harley and David

Been a customer of YDD for a few months now and never had an issue tell now. The Groomer was very disrespectful and rude. Showed no compassion towards my dogs. At one point started pulling my dogs ear hairs by hand causing her to yelp very loudly. At the end when it was all over and done my dog was completely terrified and shaking also limping. I'm on the verge of pressing charges. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE for your pets sake.

I've been a client of You Dirty Dog for years and have never once been disappointed! They're professional and communicative and also kind and gentle with my pups. My old dog is afraid of the groomer and having them come to us has helped a lot with her anxiety. She has a bad back and Trina has always been very gentle with her, and she's never sore or limpy like she has been after coming back from other groomers.

I can tell that she's treated kindly and they're conscious of her back and how they move her limbs. I have two Lhasa apsos which are very high maintenance coat dogs that are prone to mats, but You Dirty Dog keeps them looking incredible. My old 14 year old dog comes back looking like a fresh puppy every time : Highly recommend them!

You Dirty Dog is an amazing mobile grooming service. Christina is always so nice and extremely helpful in getting your furbaby scheduled for grooming. Then there's our groomer Chevy, she is absolutely AMAZING! Our Yorkie is a rescue pupper that had been through quite a bit before he came to us, including a horrible experience with anther groomer snipping off the tip of his tail, which resulted in him being nervous and rather skittish. Chevy has taken her time with him at every single appointment, she makes sure he's comfortable and secure the whole time she's grooming him.

Now he is happy to see her each and every appointment. I can not tell how wonderful it is to have someone grooming our baby that cares about him as much as we do. On top of that his grooming is always done impeccably. I would highly recommend You Dirty Dog and our pup gives them a wagging tail and 2 paws up!

The team at You Dirty Dog PDX has been bathing and grooming our 110-lb Newfiedoodle since he was 9 months old. They are fantastic! His fur is always soft and skin is never irritated, and they listen well. We prefer the "teddy bear" face look, and he always looks sharp after You Dirty Dog PDX is done. Plus, it's so convenient! All they need is an outlet to plug into. Then, I can run him out while I'm working, and 2 hours later. he's done!

I've been using You Dirty Dog PDX for a year and I'm always pleased with the attention and care they provide my anxious pup. Christina takes time to chat with me, answer my questions, and she reports back on how his appointment went. I appreciate that they keep notes with my requests on preferred hair length and omitting the perfume at the end (my dog gets sneezy from it) so the grooming service is always consistent. Communication is great. Sometimes they are booked several weeks out but they will reach out if appointments open up earlier.

We have been using Christina's dog grooming for two Maltese, first Addy and now Lily. Over the years we've had several of Christina's groomers and every one has been excellent. Also, Lily doesn't mind being groomed. We recommend youdirtydogpdx without reservation.

We LOVE You Dirty Dog! Christina and her team are professional, communicative, talented, and friendly. Our pups love seeing them pull up to our house and always come out looking fresh, clean, happy, and adorable. Fair prices and you cannot beat the convenience of a mobile groomer.

About 2:45 I'm sitting at a red light on north jones blvd with other vehicles. We had been waiting at red light at least 60 seconds When this White commercial Van comes up from behind in the southbound opposing traffic lane and blows through the light at least 50 mph throwing gravel at the vehicles stopped at the light. I could see a few blocks ahead that he turned right.

So I thought I might be able to get a phone # from the side of the van but no way this guy's traveling like 60 on horse road past the Kitty Ward elementary school. Then he slams on his brakes up ahead To get what looked like a caged dog out delivering to a customer I guess. As we drove by We got the name on the Van You Dirty Dog was the business ame Apparently a mobile dog wash Phone # 702 417 4777.

He was a Short Guy with bushy black hair and a beard. This guy is a menance to society and to advertise his wreck less driving skills for his employer ugh he's going to hurt someone. I wouldn't want my dog in the same Van with him driving.

They were were so quick to get back to me and were even early for our appointment. She was friendly and work super fast for my anxious dogs. Definitely going to call them again!

This grooming company is excellent! Randy did a fabulous job. My German Shepherd looks spectacular. Randy handled my dog perfectly. I signed up for regular grooming. I highly recommend this company and Randy.

Bree came out and groomed my Smokey, he looks GORGEOUS as usual! I HIGHLY recommend You Dirty Dog Mobile Grooming, I've never had any issues with them, always nice, and I am always satisfied with how my dog looks afterwards. Bree is an AMAZING groomer, couldn't ask for better.

This service was ok.called ahead of time and was early, polite, finished in a timely manner and no real "major" complaints other than my dogs hair appeared very choppy and uneven and really short If your expecting an actual hair stylist for dogs or someone with lots of experience styling for the breed.do not call this service.they only really know how to use electric hand trimmers. Dont think they have ever used thinning sheers or know what they are.

The gentleman told me " we dont hand clip" when I told them they look quite choppy.wish i knew that "before" I allowed them to groom my 2 Golden Retrievers. Feathers gone! But.its ok.i get what I paid for, price was reasonable, its only hair and it will grow back and they are going to molt soon so probably a good Idea they get a good trimming now right?.I guess. I will keep telling myself that anyway. Well.live and learn.

My only issue was that I waited about 4 weeks for an appointment. Bree showed up early and was professional and courteous. She took time to get my dogs used to her before she took them. She did two dogs at once which was nice. The nail trim was perfect and their fur was so soft. Will be using them again.

On November 12, I heard something drop outside of my apartment. I live at 10151 Dorrell Lane, Las Vegas, Nevada 89166. When I turned around, I saw one of your employees and the people that lives in the apartment above me throwing an extension cord up to their balcony. I have a glass table on my patio. That is what the extension cord hit. I walked outside to see if anything was damaged. Thankfully, nothing was damaged.

Your employee and the person that lives above me continued to throw the extension cord. This is not okay. What would have happened if the extension cord had hit someone? What if they had damaged my property?

I was referred to this company by a family member and waited weeks for an appointment. I was then cancelled by the company. I called back to reschedule but had to wait weeks for an appointment again. The evening prior to my appointment I texted to confirm. A woman named Kim confirmed my appointment for 10:30am. I waited but nobody arrived. I texted but no reply.

I called but no answer. I waited what is now months for this appointment and my dogs definitely need to be groomed by now. My time is precious to me as well as my dogs' health/well being and I feel like I have wasted so much for what should have been a simple fix. I wish this were not the case but unfortunately I will be taking my business elsewhere and will not be referring anyone to this company.

David groomed both my dogs. One a Bishon mix and a Yorkie mix. I like puppy cuts on both cause they hate to be brushed. David was on time, friendly, and gentle. Even my Bishon gave him a kiss right away. She usually has to warm up to you. Dogs know. I would definitely call them again for my dirty dogs.

I had the opportunity to have Cortez as the groomer to service my dog, Watson. Initially, I was hesitate because I have not heard of anyone experiencing a mobile groomer before. I was desperate to get my 9 month year old puppy a cut. In my previous experience, I had Watson groomed at a salon. Since he was younger than one year, they informed me they could only trim him.

When I would pick up Watson he would be wet! The groomers told me that he was afraid of the blow-dryer. While I was driving, I saw this van and decided to give it a try. I called The Dirty Dog, and I was scheduled an appointment a week in advance. When they didn't answer, they sent a text saying that they would call me back shortly. This was great because I didn't have to wait on the phone or listen to elevator music.

The day before the service, they message you to confirm the appointment. The day of the service, Cortez messaged me 30 minutes prior to the appointment to notify me that he would be on his way. To my relief, he was able to give Watson a full haircut, nail-trim, ear clean, full wash, and anal gland! The best part was that Watson did not seem afraid of the blow-dryer!

He was able to make it to the end of the service. This made me really happy. I do believe that the inside of his ears were waxed inside a little more, but overall I had a great experience.

Groomer- Cortez I am speechless on how jacked up this groomer left my Corgi. My wife requested for our Corgi to have low cut hair on her belly since Corgis are lower to the ground and low cut on her rear end for when she uses the restroom. And to give her a small trim through the rest of her body. This groomer sampled trim on the belly and we agreed.

He then was instructed to do a light trim thoroughly on my Corgi. He then ended up shaving my Corgi pretty much completely. We spoke to Pat and Kim the owner and manager apparently they are both the same person. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! & THIS WAS A FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH THE COMPANY. They then stated this is how "everyone" cuts corgi

Still using dirty dog.they now do My 2 dogs on occasion and still doing my relatives dogs.cant ever complain.they ALWAYS C OK ME THROUGH, DO A GREAT JOBi have been now using them for a year.if you book with them they can TRUST THEY ARE GENTLE WITH YOUR PETS AND YOU WILL KNOW IT WHEN YOUR DOGS LOOK FORWARD to their beauty day.thanks vanessa.
