Bob and family at the Dog Park Inn really helped me out with a 5 year old German Shepherd we'd recently rescued during Covid. We didn't know how socialized she was and were concerned because of some issues we'd had while walking her. Within the first visit, Bob helped us understand what was going on and gave us comfort that we could easily leave our dog in his care without issue.
He really was a life-saver when we needed a place to board her that wouldn't be so huge as to overwhelm her, but would also offer enough engagement with other dogs to keep her engaged.

We've been taking our two rescue labs to the Dog Park Inn for well over a year now. Bob & his family take great care of them! Each stay our boys come home very tired from all the playing with their friends, but happy and healthy as well. A good sign that they like it there is that when we drop them off they are very excited, never any hesitations. I highly recommend The Dog Park Inn for daycare or for extended vacations.

Thanks a million to Bob and family for taking good care of Leo. After having severe anxiety we couldn't leave him in the hotel and I called this am for some help! Don was extremely kind and accommodating for our dog. Even though he seemed to continue his barking and uneasiness they tried to calm him and kept him comfortable. Hopefully they'll have him back when we come in town again.

My dog, Buster, has been going to The Dog Park Inn every day for about 6 years, and spends more time with the O'Conner family than he does at home. Knowing he is so loved and well-cared for means everything. Bob and his family keep things extremely clean and Buster never returns home dirty or even with a "doggie odor". I love this place so much. Thank you for your dedication to taking such good care of dogs.

We needed to find a place to leave our German Shepherd at the last minute. Bob and his family screened our pooch to make sure that there wouldn't be any problems. It is a wonderful environment for dogs; and they all seem to be having lots of fun. Rocky had a great time; and we will be using The Dog Park Inn again!

They are friendly but not professional here. The last time I dropped of my dog for the weekend I returned to find that he had a ton of dog food left which is fairly uncommon even when staying at a boarding location. The owner informed me that his family went on a camping trip that same weekend so I can only assume that my dog was just not fed. The first time I brought my dog here was great (professionalism aside) but this last visit makes me wary.

I can not say enough amazing things about The Dog Park Inn! Our 5 month old St. Bernard puppy LOVES coming here for day care and comes home exhausted from all the play time and attention he gets. The owners are very trustworthy and attentive and the facility is clean and spacious. We can not recommend this place enough!

I've been bringing my dog to The Dog Park Inn for over a year now. I own a lab, he needs to play. When I moved to a small place at the beach, I struggled with taking him to any day care. Forget the added cost, Its just tough to trust someone else to watch your dog. Not being around during the day also makes it hard to see exactly how my dog is treated.
On the other hand, I want my dog to have a good life while I'm at work and running around with 15-20 dogs seems like a great time for him - so I gave it a try. I pay very close attention to how my dog acts when I drop him off, I watch his interaction with the owners and how he acts when I pick him up. He can't tell me with words how his day went but I've learned that if you watch your dog, they will tell you a few things.
I also drop him off at random hours and pick him up anywhere between 2-7pm, so I feel like I have a good understanding of how things go throughout the day. Here is what I have observed: In the morning, when I turn my car towards The Dog Park Inn, my dog gets really happy, he wags and paces the back of my car. When my dog sees the owner, he gets very excited and jumps up and licks his face (not my best training moment but I'm glad he is happy to see him).
When I'm out of town and text the owner to ask how my dog is doing, I get a text back almost right away (unless its midnight). I also often see posts of my dog playing with other dogs on their Facebook page - Although my wife mentioned she would like to see more of these. Bottom line, he comes home in good condition (no bites, no scratches.) and he is tired and ready for bed. At almost half the cost of other day care places, I'm really happy with what I see and so far from what my dog is telling me, so is he.

I have been taking my dog to The Dog Park for roughly a year now for puppy play. He currently goes there 4-5 times a week for day care, allowing him plenty of time to exercise while I'm working. The hours are very convenient and drop off/pick up is a very quick process. The dogs have a lot of room to run and play (the pictures of the facility accurately represent the facility).
As a result, my dog is excited every time we show up to the front door, and at the end of the day is exhausted. I have been happy with their service and continue to take my dog there.

THEY PUT AN ELECTRIC COLLAR ON MY GOLDEN RETRIEVER WITHOUT TELLING ME. ( I wish I could give them zero stars) DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE. I travel a lot for work so I had taken my dog here quite a few times. Normally, when I would come to pick him up, I would call first and then let myself in the side gate of their home. (Which is the entrance to their facility) After returning from my work trip, I called their phone and there wasn't an answer. So.
I let opened their side gate and too my HORROR was my golden retriever YELPING BECAUSE OF AN ELECTRIC COLLAR THEY HAD PUT ON HIM. I take my dog to work with me every single day other than when I am traveling. He is behaved and gentle. If they had an issue with my dog --they should have spoken to me about it rather than take matters into their own hands and put an electric collar on my dog. Also, it's very chaotic there.
They do not have control of their animals. I have taken my Golden to Bed n Bones and Bone Adventure. Those are both much better facilities to take your dog to. They're cleaner and they have more people watching over your animals. If you can drive further to south county, I would recommend Bed n Bones. It's a drive but completely worth it.

Love the Dog Park Inn! Came across this spot in May 2015 when I was watching my sister's dog for a week and needed a place to watch him while I was at work. When I got my own pup this year I immediately went back to DPI. Have been going there usually three times a week since July 2016 and never have any issues. My pup loves it and gets to play all day while I'm at work rather than sit in my apartment bored out of his little mind. Bob and family are awesome! If you're going to be frequent fliers get a package because it's a serious discount and makes it easy to drop off/pick up quickly.

A last minute trip and needed special care and boarding for our 2 bichon's. They were very accommodating and after looking at half dozen other places this one stood out. They don't kennel the dogs and they get to live in an open and free environment. My dogs came home happy and smelling clean without having a bath.

My Mastiff/Labrador mix, Gunner, has been going to The Dog Park Inn for almost three years. He goes for both daycare and boarding. The Dog Park Inn is the safest and most loving place for dogs. Many of my friends now spoil their dogs by having them either go to daycare or board their dogs at The Dog Park Inn. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
