So glad we took my precious baby to this Kennel! The owner is the best! She knows exactly what she's doing and is keen on our baby's needs. You can tell she's an animal lover! What more can you ask? Oh, and, the price! You can't beat this price! The best, all around!

I would trust no other kennel with my fur babies. I have four spoiled King Charles Cavaliers. Tina his invaluable.

We love bringing our dogs here! We have been bringing our older dachschund Frankie here for years for boarding when we go on trips and they always make you feel like you are leaving your dog with a family versus a boarding facility. We got a new puppy a couple months back and brought him for his first time this past weekend. They took great care of him.

I don't live in the area anymore but make a special trip to them just because of how great they treat my puppies. I recommend Tina and her team for your pet sitting needs!

Our Gibson and Karma are very well cared for by Tina and her skilled staff. She's in touch with us while we are away and honest about how they are doing there. They come back well-fed and clean. We've boarded at a trainer's facility on the same street before and both dogs got staph infections there and one got worms from a flea. Not at Sun Run.

They were in great shape boarding with Tina. They got tons of supervised play time. As for the negative reviews, click on those people's other reviews, and you'll see that they are unhappy people who like to exaggerate with intent of ruining someone's business via Yelp venting. I appreciate that Sun Run Kennels requires updated fecal exams with proof of negative Giardia.

That keeps all dogs even safer. We love Sun Run, and it's no wonder they are always busy and have the best reputation in town. It's the only place we will board our dogs, and the only place they are excited to go when we pull up to drop them off. Our dogs are in the best hands there.

'Mama Tina" and her crew at Sunrun Kennels took excellent care of our 2 aging doxie boys. We moved to SoCal from Ohio where we always had an in-home dogsitter. We could not find one so went on the difficult search for the best kennel in the area and that's when we found Tina. With over 30 some years in dog rescue, vast knowledge of what dogs need and want and a compassionate heart, she handled our dogs 'special needs' with their meds, pain issues etc.

We were gone almost 3 weeks and just about canceled the trip we were so sad to leave them but we are so glad we did. She posted photos of the boys quite a few days for us for our peace of mind and responded to a couple emails from us right away. She has vets at her fingertips should she need one in an emergency. She even had to go buy our special food since we undercalculated.

I really like that each dog gets their own private air conditioned kennel with their own indoor portion and a door to their own outdoor portion. We were able to bring their crates and blankets from home too. We drive over 1 hour each way to Sunrun and it is so worth the journey. Now we feel like we can travel more and the boys have a 2nd home away from home. We call it their "Summer Camp". I could not give a higher recommendation than Sunrun Kennels. Sheryl and Karen

Tina the owner is great! They really pay attention to each dog's needs and likes and they make sure the dogs are each loved while in their care.

I LOVE Sunrun Kennels! I was referred here by my vet for doggie day care and I have been so happy with all the staff! So friendly and helpful. My german shepherd can have separation anxiety and they make me feel confident in leaving her there. They work so well with her and give her loads of attention.

I've been taking my dog to Sunrun for a few years. I wouldn't leave her anywhere else. This is the only place I feel confident she will be taken care of just as well as if she was with me. The staff is awesome and the owner, Tina, is a passionate dog-lover. I've never encountered any other dog professional (vets, groomers, kennel owners) that act like Tina does with my doggie.

You can tell she truly loves her customers' pets as her own. The facility is clean, organized, and I love that they post pics on Facebook for me to see my girl while we're away. My girl always comes home happy and healthy. I highly recommend this place!

We love this home away from home for our little guy! Our dog is a little "difficult." He doesn't really know how to play and he's always nervous. But Sunrun Kennels staff love him & they make him feel safe and wanted. They hold him; they love him and they introduce him to other dogs who will play with him. Also, they were highly recommended by our veterinarian of over a decade.

As summer comes to an end we won't be traveling as much but our pooch will still be going for day care a couple days of the week. We couldn't be happier with Sunrun.

Our dog Mochi Luvs going into Sunrun Kennel-when it time to go there- I mention Sunrun Daycare-she starts Barking&Jumps up&down. Tina the owner&her entire staff are so warm&caring-they always give 100% of their time & go out of their way to accommodate us and care for the pooches. You can tell they all Love Dogs. My husband &I feel very good about having Mochi there-knowing that she is in good hands. At Sunrun they do a very good job monitoring the playtime so that all the dogs have a good time. IF YOU LOVE YOUR FURBABY, DO NOT BRING THEM HERE. My boyfriend had used them in the past, but we will not be bringing them back here ever again. First off, they are so rude. No smiles, no good words, just here's your stuff and sign here. Clearly not dog people. We dropped off our two boys Thursday morning and picked them up 3 days later on Sunday.

During all that time, they were caged in their kennels and weren't allowed to move freely, because they supposedly didn't have their Bordetella shot. This was not true - they have all their shots and we double checked with our vet today to make sure we weren't missing any. It's clearly checked off in their charts. The most frustrating part was that they didn't call/text/email us to let us know their movement would be restricted.

I have to take my dog out once or twice a day to run him, so being stuck in a cage was horrible for him. They also smelled horrible! I had to drive with the windows open because the odor was so strong. When I finally got them in the tub, the water was filthy. Good lord, they were so dirty, I had to wash them twice. This gives me reason to suspect that they didn't let them out frequently enough to relieve them and they didn't clean their kennels once they had soiled themselves. That's disgusting and poses health risks.

The real icing on the cake was when they came home starved. We gave them twice the food we usually do because they were so hungry. That tells me they didn't feed them in the morning, maybe even longer. Just don't bring them here. There are so many other options available, that it's not worth the headache or the negligence.

I want to say to all what what a wonderful place and what my experience has been with Sunrun Kennels. The owner and manager have gone out of their way to accommodate the needs of my Greyhound, Coco. Greyhounds are by nature a very sensitive breed and require extra care from time to time. When I bring her to Sunrun she is ALWAYS happy to walk through the front door and greet Tina and Mickie, and they both go out o their way to make sure she is taken care of. I thank them for giving me piece of mind when my dog is in their care. Pamela M.

My boxer, Daisy, stayed at Sunrun this past holiday break, and there are no words to describe how thoroughly disappointed I am with the way she was treated. The clear neglect that my poor dog endured is undeniable, just let the picture speak for itself. She lost roughly 10 pounds in 12 days and came home lethargic and a shell of what she once was.

When I contacted Tina, the owner, she was maddeningly rude and flippant regarding Daisy's care. My dog is like my child, and I expected Sunrun to provide the level of care that I provide for her while she's at home. Now, because of Sunrun's carelessness, I am forced to take my dog to the vet for treatment. She needs nourishment - something she was denied while at SunRun.

We've taken our dog here for almost 2 years and we love it. The staff is professional and kind. They grow to know your dog and what is best for her while under their care. We trust them with our dog completely.

Our dog Harley loves to come to Sunrun! When we go on a no-dogs allowed vacation, he gets to vacation at Sunrun with his dog buddies. They take very good care of him, and he is always sad to leave them. Keep up the great work!

Thank you Sunrun for always taking care of our tiny, furry family member Daisy! I love that Sunrun posts pictures of your furry family members on their Facebook when you're away so you can see them. Being able to see pictures of Daisy on their Facebook made me very happy and it always looks like she makes bunch of friends there:) My family and I call it a little get away for her (doggy camp)! I had been using Sunrun for my dogs for many years, but will never board with them again. I was scheduled to travel out of the country and had made a reservation at Sunrun; while on the way to the kennel I was trapped in traffic due to an accident ahead. I called Sunrun and reached their answering machine as usual, and left a message that I was on my way.

I called again 5 minutes later when I had still not cleared traffic and left another message. I called once more as I escaped the traffic jam and let them know I would be 5 minutes late, and I was, exactly. The young man on duty was locking the door as I pulled up, and said he couldn't take my dog because he had 'already clocked out' and had to get to class.

I offered to pay extra but he refused, got in his car, and drove away. My flight left at 7 a.m. the next morning, and I was very lucky after numerous frantic calls to find a friend willing to take my dog for the 10 days I was out of the country. Until this incident Sunrun had done a good job of caring for our dogs, but I cannot in good conscience continue to do business with a company that employs someone like the man who turned me away at the door due to the inconvenience of having to unlock and accept my pet. I cannot imagine a lower standard of customer service.

I checked my two dogs in during the Memorial Day weekend for three nights. My two pug mix were happy and relaxed after they came back. They smelled clean and nice (no bath). My pug corgi mix Punku (27 pounds) played a lot with other dogs and he was soooooo happy. Punku goes to the dog park and it takes him a very long time to warm up and play with other dogs, usually more than a hour.

I will even consider taking him in for a day care so he can play! Service: excellent. The staffs love dogs and they care about the dogs. Environment: nice and clean. We went in and walked around during our first visit. The dogs were calm. Price: very reasonable.

After a lot of research on different boarding places, i decided to give Sunrun kennels a shot and was not disappointed! I really liked their facilities with indoor and outdoor runs and a place for small dogs and large dogs. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I called and no-one plucked up but i left a voicemail and they called me back promptly.

They also post some great pooch pics in Facebook so i can see my puppy is having a good time. Last but not least, they have the best prices out there. So going out of town doesn't mean spending another fortune on doggie hotel. Highly recommend this place.

Duke our 5 month old American Bull just loves coming and We all lo e it too. The staff and Mickey Owner is always nice and very helpful and you can just see the love they have for babies. Love seeing his friends and him on FB. si much fun. THANK YOU so much Sunrun.

I luv this place and the dogs do too LOL! Lucky for me Dana who works there was my dogs trainer. So I was very happy and didnt hesitate bringing my kids here. Its definitely far from where I live in GG but I work just 10min away from here so it works our perfectly. Because of the distance I've only used them for boarding. I have gone on short and long trips and each time the kids are well taken care of and so happy when they come out to go home. I started out with one dog and have recently added another. They will both be boarding here for sure!
