So let me be the game by saying that this salon was our salon for a couple years and started out amazing little by little went to horrible Christina was amazing with my girls as for the rest of the salon not treated well wouldn't let anyone else paid them every time I did I seem to recall the girls were either traumatize or there was something wrong not just that charge $90 and the dogs weren't even bathed on a day that Christina had to go home After waiting all day long for them receiving a call at 4:30 in the afternoon Being told how far behind they were and they would not have any idea how long it would take for them to be ready because their groomer had to go home sick well that all was well and good until they called back 35 minutes later and said I needed to come and get the dogs now well in 35 minutes I was there within 10 and they charged me $90 claiming the dogs have been washed and blown out impossible 35 minutes for two dogs to be washed completed front to back and D shedding so needless to say I will never go back there every time something went wrong I will make an excuse because I love the salon a couple years ago apparently from what I understand the mother no longer has it now a daughter has it who just really doesn't seem to care about your animals so no matter how long you've been going there and how well you were treated before expected sooner or later they'll do to you what they did to me I found another groomer that knows about the salon and has already taken four of their accounts what does that say about a place it just says daughters incompetent and the mother wasn't that's how I see it it's a shame that good groomers are there but bad management is going to destroy it

Used to have two Himalayan cats and they would give them a beautiful lion cut every few months or so. Would recommend for anyone seeking long haired cat cuts especially if they are outdoor cats here in Florida.

A friend recommended them to get our girls nails trimmed. We brought them in as walk ins and they had us in and out in 15 minutes. Everyone was friendly and you can tell they love the pups. They also cut the girls nail shorter than other places do which I appreciate. Highly recommend them!

The BEST groomer in town. I've tried other groomers in the area, and this is hands down the only place I can take my fur baby and know when I pick her up I'm not bringing her home with a sloppy cut. Brandi and Adrian really know what they're doing. This place is highly professional, clean, friendly, precise, well stocked with wonderful "extras", caring, and extremely efficient in taking pride in what they do. No need to look any further. this is where to go if you want top-notch results and service. There's a reason why they're always fully booked- they've earned it.

We brought our toy Yorkie here earlier today, he's come here before and we're never fully satisfied, but after today I will never come back. When picking him up today we found his carrier inside of a kennel facing a wall, who knows how long he was like this without water. Not only that but it appears the tech got too close to his eyes and now he won't open his eye even 6 hours after picking him up.

When asking the techs about it they simply said it's because his eye is watering. When looking at it you see a scratch and swollen skin. His haircut is horrible, which isn't the end of the world but paying the amount we do I'm very upset. I could care less about the quality of the haircut, what bothers me is the fact that my dog was treated the way he was. What happened today is truly far from a bad day but was completely animal cruelty. I will never go back. 10/10 would not recommend ever coming here.

I take both of my babies to this grooming salon and can't honestly say it is so worth it. The care they get is out of this world and the grooming is the best in town I've found. I have tried a few different places but none compare to the level of detail and care my girls receive at Touch of Class. Price wise, they are a little expensive BUT it's worth every penny and I will take quality over quantity any day of the week. They also sell adorable toys and have a selection of food and treats in store as well. We love you guys, thank you!

This time I went with my older Chi, Max. He does NOT like to get his nails done. But Christina did an awesome job; she was very patient with him.
