It is our goal to serve you to the best of our ability, providing you with exceptional service and satisfaction; it is for this reason that we ask you to contact one of our trained staff members in determining the price of your grooming needs. Please keep in mind that without seeing your pet in person, prices over the phone should always be considered estimates only.
Q: Do I need to bring food? A: If your pet has a regular food or special diet, it would be best that you bring food so that nothing upsets your pets stomach while boarding; however, its not mandatory and we can provide "House Food" with a $2.50/day per animal charge. All Creatures Pet Lodge tries to maintain the best services at the lowest prices in Central Florida and because of rising supply costs, now has to charge for "House Food", However, if you bring your own food it is still free.Bring only the food that your dog needs plus 1-2 days, as any left over food is donated to local rescues and shelters.

So many better options out there. Boarded my dog in their super suite option and found that my dog had been moved to the back without my knowledge, yet I was still charged for the super suite. Once I picked up my dog, they were soaked in their own urine and I had to bathe them once I got home. I would not recommend this place for anyone looking to board with this location. Choose a location that will put the love and attention into your pet like you would.

I've boarded my German Shepherd puppy here about three times now and he truly loved being there. He's a puppy with a lot of excitement in his body like most puppies. After picking him up this last time I was told that he could no longer come because he was too hyper to handle. They described that he doesn't walk nicely on a leash and jumps on people. Which.he does when he's really excited, but don't most puppies as they are learning and maturing?
They also explained that they "have very small petite women who work there who won't be able to handle him." I personally took offense to that since I am not an ogar myself and I can handle him just fine. Upon leaving, I was able to demonstrate that he can and will behave on a leash and knows the basic commands that most dogs know such as "sit." But I was asked that he undergo "hard core training" before being considered to come back.
To add insult to injury, their credit card machine wasn't working and I had to leave to go get them cash which was an awkward inconvenience after the discussion. I've given this facility no less than $1,000 worth of business in the last 6 months or so and I am sad that my puppy won't be allowed back. They must have many other customers so losing my business is no big deal.

They are all very caring at The Lodge. My dog cries on the way there because she loves it. They play ball with her which she absolutely loves and lives for all day! I have been using The Pet Lodge for at least 10 years or more. Traci, owner, is very friendly and you can tell she loves all the creatures that come through the front door. I recommend All Creatures Pet Lodge to everyone. Sharon LeBeau

Very happy with our stay at the facility. The staff was extremely helpful and very patient even with my millions of questions on the phone. My first time boarding Ace. I was very nervous. From drop off to pick up. Was a very smooth and easy process. I will definitely be using All Creature's Pet Lodge again!

I have used this location for daycare and boarding and I have very high standards. My dog will normally stop eating when boarding so I had stopped boarding her but as she gets older it is getting hard to take her since she is so big, I have to say she loves the daycare and she has done well with boarding No issues at all. I highly recommend this location. The staff is always pleasant to deal with and always excited to see my boxer coming.

Staff is friendly and my dogs love going there. I've been boarding my dogs there for about two and a half years. We don't travel often, but they still remember us every time we go in. My wife is completely obsessive about where our animals stay, especially with our two pounds tea cup Yorkie. We always get one of the front suites, and have been very happy. My only complaint is that it is impossible to get someone on the phone on Sundays, even though they have pick up hours from 3-6.
